Many stores (especially coffee shops, like Starbucks and Dunkin) have a far wider menu than in the real world. All menus are different; an example of such an expanded menu:

- Fresh Pee
- Diarrhea

- Vanilla syrup

- Fries
- Poop
All items on the above menu would be considered completely normal; for example, someone could order a large Pee just the same as they could order a large Coffee. Not every menu would have the same items, but most would be fairly similar (just as they are in the real world).
