Starbounce!

Georgiany Yoshida, otherwise known in her civilian life as Gigi, is none other than the one and only Starbounce. Gigi is a 21 year old mobian wolf woman, with brown fur, and green eyes. She keeps her hair in a fluffy ponytail, with her equally fluffy side swept bangs. When dawning her superhero attire, her hero suit is made primarily of a rubbery, latex-like material. It's mostly magenta in color, with black accents, namely on the elbow-length galaxy gloves, and knee-high galaxy boots, as well as black brief design. On her chest, running from her abdomen to slightly over her breasts, she has a white star emblem that's accented by a slightly smaller purple circle behind it. She additionally dawns a black domino mask to better hide her identity. She has a solid bust, her breasts full and round, with a nice, equally well-rounded and plump ass, as well as thick thighs that her suit at times accentuates.

Starbounce's powers come primarily from a device known as the Bounce Belt. The bounce belt itself is of alien origin, and contains a strange, cosmic energy. The belt is extremely stretchy, and completely indestructible. While it is indestructible, it can be hacked, though not easily. The belt itself appears over Starbounce's uniform, as a white belt with a buckle that appears as a simple smiley face, with a flowing, cosmic blue, pink, and purple pattern. The suit is somewhat tied to the belt as well, as the belt's powers can only be used when the suit is also toggled on.

The primary powers granted by the Bounce Belt to Starbounce is the ability to stretch, as well as use a substance known as Galaxy Slime. Stretching has nearly no limits, allowing Gigi to stretch as far as she pleases, as well as as much as needed in cases where she may be getting stretched against her will. Galaxy Slime is a substance created by the Bounce Belt. Starbounce primarily fires Galaxy Slime from her Galaxy gloves, as the inner hand of the gloves is lined with the same flowing cosmic pattern as the belt's buckle, and the same applies to the underside of her galaxy boots as well. As a result, if her hands are occupied, or somehow unavailable, Gigi can also fire Galaxy Slime from either her boots or the buckle.

Galaxy Slime has a number of applications. Gigi's preferred method of use is creating sticky traps to stop her foes from moving, though the slime can be shaped into physical constructs, and fused with other materials to create tools. Some of these tools include her Gattling Gum, Ballzooka, Gumballs, Rubber Balls, Glue Torpedo, Glue Bomb, and Firework Rocket. All of these tools share a similar function of being additional means of restraining an enemy, but each go about it in different ways.

The Gattling Gum and Gumballs both function similarly, with the Gattling Gum firing the Gumballs. The Gumballs themselves are small projectiles that are the size of normal gumballs, but upon hitting a target, expand to about the size of a softball, while also sticking to any surface it touches.

The Glue Torpedo and Glue Bomb also both function similarly, being devices that upon hitting a target, explode into large puddles of extremely sticky goo. The Firework Rocket is very similar to the Torpedo, though it also functions as a conventional firework, being a more flashy alternative to help ease the public that may be watching a fight, and celebrate victory.

The Ballzooka and Rubber Balls also function similarly. The Ballzooka shoots multicolored balls that are similar to the gumballs, being softball sized to start, before expanding to about the size of a dodgeball. The Rubber Balls are also similar to the Gumballs, but instead start at the size of a dodgeball, and expand to the size of a large beach ball, making them the most obstructive.

The downside of the tools is that they require some time to form, and in the case of the Gattling Gum and Ballzooka, require that Starbounce has already created ammo for them ahead of time.

She can also make simple constructs on the fly with hardened galaxy slime, such as gauntlets, a drill, hammer hands, or really any disposable tool/weapon she can think of in the moment.

Beyond her tools and stretching, Starbounce can also completely convert her body into Galaxy Slime, and in some regard, is always passively made of the substance as long as the belt/suit is active. The transformation into Galaxy Slime allows Starbounce to melt into a puddle, granting her access to areas that may be difficult to navigate, even with the ability to stretch.

Starbounce is effectively immortal while the belt/suit is activated. Obviously, bullets bounce right off of her, but even if Gigi is stabbed, ripped apart, or otherwise suffers from some sort of attack/incident what would otherwise be fatal, she's completely capable of regenerating, with any separated parts that would otherwise reveal gore, instead showing that very same cosmic pattern of the Galaxy Slime. The only downside to this regeneration is that in cases where parts are separated, they have to be reconnected manually, and cannot simply fuse together automatically.

To an extent, Starbounce also has the ability to fly. If she focuses all of her strength into tensing her body, she's able to fling herself with great speed without needing an external launching source.

An additional ability that comes from the slime and her stretchy powers is the ability to shape shift, allowing her to disguise herself on the fly if the situation calls.

Personality wise, Gigi is extremely cheerful and outgoing, and takes her role as Starbounce as seriously as she can, as she can't help but be witty and quippy at times when facing a foe. Though, Gigi is still just a person, and being a hero still comes with stress to her life, leaving her wondering at times whether or not she really deserves to be a hero, and if what she's doing is really for the best of everyone, or if it's just because she likes it. Regardless of her inner turmoil, Gigi smiles though, and puts on a brave face for the sake of people that can't defend themselves from threats greater than petty criminals. She can be a great friend, having wise, thoughtful advice for those who seek it, and is a great listener to boot. Outside of her hero persona, or simply when not facing a villain, Gigi can be quite casual, and polite, enjoying small talk, and meeting new people, even if they don't necessarily become her friend.
