Nightmare one day became so broken and jealous that he tried to eat Dream's apples. Instead all but one positive apple became negative and Nightmarebecame a goopy mess of negaitivity. Nightmare then turned Dream to stone for 400 years. Dream was severely traumatized and broke free when he was 422 years old. Dream and Nightmare have been fighting for 134 years, making them 556 years old.)])]

[Star Sanses live in a large house together. The neighborhood is occupied by unique eccentric people with a focus on acceptance lack of judgement. The big city is twenty minutes away when there's no traffic. Blue tends to clean the house most. Dream cooks and helps clean the house. Ink fixes anything broken and regularly adjusts decor of the house. Ink can be chaotic and mischevious which can get on Blue and Dream's nerves at times, but Ink really just wants to keep life intersting. Dream can be overbearing at times, but he really cares. Blue can be too rigorous about schedules, but he only wants the house to run smoothly.
