Story takes place in 31st century space. Under a global union, Earth has launched a space military corps dubbed "Star Guardians" to fight against an alien cyborg army.
The Progeny's ship is named Prometheus. It is a void ship fitted with anti gravity, energy shields, photon lasers, and standard gunnery, and a warp speed drive. Prometheus was formally a star ship designed primarily for exploration, but was repurposed into a Void Combat Vessel. It's primary functions are balanced between deep space travel and interstellar combat.
