Description on Chubfrom Chub
Welcome to Star City!
It's a near-future metropolis in Maryland, where superpowers have become an ordinary part of everyday life. Most people possess minor abilities, while a rare five percent are powerful enough to become true superheroes. Those known as Metahumans, or Primes, can change the course of a crisis—but extraordinary power comes with extraordinary responsibility.
At the heart of Star City stands the Paragon Response Bureau (PRB), the organization responsible for regulating superheroes, coordinating emergency responses, and protecting the public. Nearby, the Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics (SIAT), better known as Hero Academy, trains the next generation of heroes alongside the specialists who support them. For its students, life means mastering their abilities, navigating rivalries, competing for prestigious internships, and proving themselves in a world that watches their every move.
Yet even a city filled with heroes is far from perfect. Criminal syndicates exploit superpowers, supervillains pursue their own twisted ambitions, and tensions simmer between heroes, law enforcement, the media, and ordinary citizens. In Star City, power can inspire hope, breed arrogance, or become a weapon—and the line between heroism and ambition is rarely as clear as it seems.
Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics (SIAT)

The Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics (SIAT), commonly known as Hero Academy, is the premier institution for training future superheroes and the specialists who support them. Located near the heart of Star City, its secured campus features advanced training facilities, simulation centers, laboratories, medical services, dormitories, and everything students need for daily life. The Academy accepts students aged eighteen and older, offering specialized programs ranging from Heroic Operations to engineering, medicine, intelligence, law, and disaster response.
Life at SIAT is about more than mastering superpowers. Students participate in realistic crisis simulations, spar with their peers, and compete in the annual Young Heroes Tournament for recognition and prestigious mentorship opportunities. Although the Academy promotes cooperation and equality between departments, the Heroic Operations students often enjoy an unofficial elite status. Ambition, rivalry, friendships, and clashing personalities make the Academy a place where tomorrow's heroes are shaped—and where not everyone agrees on what being a hero truly means.
NPC who you might know
Chun's notes
My second major setting! This time, it's superhero-themed. I've done something similar before, but here I decided to focus on a superhero academy. The idea certainly isn't new, but I just felt like doing it. Besides, I don't recall seeing any major superhero lorebooks on this topic across the platforms I frequent.
As you might have noticed, I've added friends of mine from the bot-making community to this setting as NPCs! So treat them well—don't bully them! Or do. They consented to be here, so I'm not responsible for what happens to their characters.
I already have a few ideas for bots; plus, if you're reading this during the month the lorebook was released, there's likely a bot jam or collab currently open where you can create a character in this setting, too! Of course, you're free to use this lorebook later on as well—I'd love to see your characters, so please tag me if you decide to create one!

- #1Star City
Keys: Star City, metropolis, city
Star City is a fictional major metropolis in Maryland in the near future. Star City is a sprawling metropolis, full of skyscrapers, infrastructure, and access to the Chesapeake Bay. Superpowers have become a common part of everyday life around the world, and Star City is no exception. The Paragon Response Bureau (PRB), also known as the Hero Association, stands in the center of the city, and the Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics (SIAT), also known as Hero Academy, is located nearby.
The city has fully adapted to the fact that the majority of the population possesses some powers, while a select minority with strong superpowers resolve crises and fight crime.
- #2Superpowers
Keys: powers, abilities, ability, power, quirk, superpowers
Superpowers exist in this reality, but not everyone possesses them. About 30% of people have no abilities at all and are merely civilians. About 65% have minor powers that merely assist them in everyday life, such as weak telekinesis, slightly enhanced strength, and so on. Only 5% of the population possess truly powerful superpowers, enabling them to become superheroes, solve crises, fight supervillains, and save lives. Superpowers are hereditary; two Primes are more likely to have a child with powerful abilities. Superpowers usually manifest during puberty.
- #3Prime Humans
Keys: prime humans, Meta, Metas, superhumans, Prime, Primes, superhuman, Metahuman, supers, metahumans
People with powerful superpowers are known by various names. Some call them Metas, some Primes, and some Supers. Officially, they are called Metahumans. Most Metas enroll in Hero Academy to develop their powers and become superheroes. Others, on the contrary, become intoxicated by the power and turn to the dark side, believing themselves superior to others. However, a small number of those who live ordinary lives use their abilities in everyday tasks (for example, Metas with water powers are in high demand in the maritime industry, while force- and telekinetic Metas replace entire cranes on construction sites). Prime humans are rare, cause only five percent of population has powerful abilities.
- #4Gifted Humans
Keys: Milds, Gifted, Moderates
Gifted people make up the majority of the population (65%). Their genes are not developed enough to grant extraordinary powers, yet they still possess abilities sufficient for use in everyday life.
Some run slightly faster, while others have a bit more strength than the average person. Some possess minor telekinetic or telepathic abilities, or heightened intelligence. There is a wide range of traits, but their powers are not strong enough to pose a threat or resolve crises.
- #5Powerless
Keys: Normals, Nulls, Civilians, Powerless
Powerless people make up the second-largest group (30%). They possess no special abilities and, in most cases, live ordinary lives.
- #6Superheroes
Keys: Superhero, Hero, Heroes, Superheroes
Superheroes are called upon for a variety of tasks, primarily crisis resolution, combating crime and supervillains, and charitable work. In most cases, superheroes are metahumans. All superheroes are registered with the Paragon Response Bureau, and superhero activity without registration is illegal.
Some heroes may conceal their identities from the public for various reasons, while others, conversely, become idols and gain a following.
- #7Association
Keys: Association, PRB, Paragon Response Bureau
The Paragon Response Bureau—or, as it is more commonly known, the Hero Association—is a vital part of society. The Association regulates hero activity in Star City, coordinates responses to incidents, dispatches heroes to the scenes of emergencies, and handles public relations.
The PRB building is located in the very heart of Star City and resembles a towering skyscraper of metal and glass. The structure is heavily fortified against external threats and holds the status of a strategic facility. Its interior is majestic, reflecting the legacy of generations of great heroes. The Association boasts top-tier IT specialists, researchers, and engineers, as well as cutting-edge technology.
- #8Association Director
Keys: Association Director, Katherine, CEO, Mercer
PRB Director Katherine Mercer runs the Association with an iron fist. She is a forty-eight-year-old woman who wears a sharp suit and keeps her shoulder-length chestnut hair—streaked with gray—neatly styled.
Katherine is a stern, no-nonsense figure, as she has to manage the city's most powerful individuals. Her own abilities are psionic in nature, though the details remain classified for security reasons.
- #9Hero Science
Keys: Research Center, Test, Genetics, Gen, Tests
The PRB facility houses a high-tech research center dedicated to the study of superheroes, superpowers, and the genes associated with them. During puberty, individuals undergo testing to detect superpowers; those whose abilities classify them as "metas" receive a recommendation to join the academy.
The research center also features testing facilities designed to assess superpower levels under various conditions, and is equipped to ensure that young metahumans do not accidentally harm others or damage the building itself.
- #10Rankings
Keys: Rank, Top, List, Ranks
The Association does not recognize any system of superhero rankings or leaderboards, as it believes that different superpowers can be useful in different situations. Instead, they primarily evaluate heroes based on experience.
Nevertheless, fan theories and superhero rankings still appear in the media. Fans argue about which hero is stronger, while media outlets capitalize on the topic to generate engagement.
- #11Police
Keys: Cop, Officers, Cops, Officer, Police
Relations between the police and the Hero Association are somewhat strained. On one hand, heroes help resolve crises, apprehend criminals, and save lives. On the other, the use of their abilities often causes damage to the city.
The police frequently find themselves relegated to support roles—securing the perimeter and handling the paperwork—a situation that leaves many officers dissatisfied. Tensions escalate when a hero's abilities cause more damage than good or result in harm to civilians.
- #12Media
Keys: News Helicopter, Journalists, News Helicopters, Conference, News, News Drone, Journalist, Media, PR Event, News Drones, Conferences, Interview
City media outlets keep a close watch on the heroes and constantly report on them. The public reacts passionately to various events—whether it is a successful rescue, a victory over a villain, or a botched operation—frequently commenting on posts and sharing their opinions on social media.
The Association puts significant effort into managing its reputation and maintains a strong PR department. Superheroes frequently give interviews, participate in PR events, and speak at various conferences. News helicopters and drones are quick to arrive at the scenes of incidents.
- #13Hero Academy
Keys: Academy, SIAT, Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics
The Star City Institute for Advanced Tactics—or SIAT—is the premier institution for training superheroes; it is commonly referred to as the Hero Academy. The Academy is technologically equipped to train metahumans. Here, young superheroes develop their powers, participate in incident simulations, spar with one another, and study the theory of how to handle various situations. The academy accepts students from the age of 18.
The Academy trains not only future superheroes but also lawyers, researchers, logistics experts, support staff, medics, and other specialists closely linked to superhero operations. While the Academy actively discourages inequality, students in the hero track often view themselves as superior to the others.
- #14Academy Building
Keys: Academy Building, Canteen, Library, Training Center, Training Grounds, Courtyard, Gym, Campus
The Academy campus is a large secured complex featuring buildings for every department, training grounds, coffee shops, dining hall, medical center, and dormitories.
SIAT’s campus is located a short distance from the city center and offers everything students need for daily life on-site—except, of course, for bars and clubs. The grounds are under strict security and are designated as a site of strategic importance.
- #15Central Plaza
Keys: Square, Plaza, Central Plaza, Courtyard
The central plaza is a common outdoor gathering spot for the Academy's students. An obelisk inscribed with the Academy's principles stands in the center, surrounded by a park featuring lawns and tables where people can sit.
- #16Dorms
Keys: Dorms, Dorm, Dormitory
The academy’s dormitories are quite decent. Students live in small two-room apartments, with two people sharing each room. Each apartment also features a common area that includes a kitchen and a shared living space.
The ground floor houses a coworking space, a lobby, a small coffee shop, and a medical office.
The dormitory enforces strict gender-based housing rules; men and women are not assigned to the same apartment. However, students are free to visit one another, and there is no monitoring of these interactions. There are also strict regulations regarding disorderly conduct, noise, and the consumption of alcohol or other substances.
- #17Faculties
Keys: Medical Track, HO, SMS, Applied Engineering & Power Suit Design, Faculties, Logistics Track, Department, Law Track, SIA, Faculty, Support & Medical Sciences, Engineering Track, Strategic Intelligence & Analysis, LDR, Hero Track, AESD, Metahuman Law & Public Policy, Logistics & Disaster Response, Analytical Track, Heroic Operations
Heroic Operations (HO) — The "Hero track," where primarily metahumans train. This is the department that produces superheroes and serves as the Academy's unofficial elite. Support & Medical Sciences (SMS) — A support department for medical personnel and specialists in treating metahumans. Researchers and specialists in science about powers. High percentage of individuals with healing abilities. Applied Engineering & Power Suit Design (AESD) — Engineers who develop hero costumes, gadgets, vehicles, and other technologies for the hero sector. High percentage of gifted people and normals. Strategic Intelligence & Analysis (SIA) — Specialists in cybersecurity, analytics, and intelligence gathering who help analyze threats, collect data, compile reports, and more. High percentage of gifted people and normals. Metahuman Law & Public Policy (MLP) — Lawyers and specialists in legislation concerning metahumans. Logistics & Disaster Response (LDR) — Logistics and disaster response operations, including coordinating evacuations, allocating resources, and liaising with firefighters, medical personnel, police, and FEMA. High percentage of gifted people and normals.
- #18Academy Uniform
Keys: Uniform, Merch
SIAT’s official colors are dark blue, silver, and white. Students do not have a mandatory uniform, yet many still wear academy merchandise such as bomber jackets, hoodies, jerseys, baseball caps, and tote bags.
However, the Academy does provide special training uniforms and basic superhero suits for activities outside the Academy. Basic Academy superhero suits are silver with dark blue eye masks, gloves and accents. They have a location sensor, a communication device, and an SOS button.
- #19Superhero Suits
Keys: Suit, Suits, Costume, Costumes
Full-fledged superhero costumes are typically worn by professional heroes, whereas students generally use basic suits.
These costumes are complex and expensive to produce, so most students cannot afford them on their own. However, the Academy does not forbid students from using authentic suits—provided they meet specific requirements—so students from wealthy families do use them.
A superhero costume is more than just a uniform; it is crafted from advanced materials to provide maximum protection and mobility while accommodating the wearer's specific abilities. Many heroes also use their costumes to establish their personal brand.
Students from the Heroic Operations department often collaborate with those from Applied Engineering & Power Suit Design. AESD students develop these costumes as part of their coursework.
- #20Academy Principal
Keys: Principal, Academy Director, Ramsey
SIAT Principal Marcus Ramsey is a former superhero known as Faultline. He is forty-five years old, tall and broad-shouldered with brown hair, and is always seen in a suit. Despite his appearance, he maintains a friendly, approachable rapport with the students, earning their affection. However, he also values rules and discipline.
Ramsey became the Academy's principal two years ago after retiring from superhero work. Nevertheless, he remains young and strong enough to step in should an emergency arise. His superpowers involve terrakinesis—the ability to manipulate earth and stone.
- #21Tournament
Keys: The Crucible, competition, Tournament, The Siege, The Rescue
The Young Heroes Tournament is an annual event hosted by SIAT. The tournament consists of several stages: The Rescue, The Siege, and The Crucible. In The Rescue, participants are placed in simulated disaster scenarios where they must locate and rescue special mannequins. In The Siege, participants must neutralize armed adversaries while hostages are present. In The Crucible, participants engage in sparring matches against one another.
Participants earn individual points in each stage, and the winners are determined based on their total scores at the end. Killing or inflicting severe bodily harm is strictly prohibited during the tournament.
The Young Heroes Tournament is a high-profile annual event that receives extensive media coverage. The tournament offers a glimpse of potential future heroes and opportunities for companies to scout talent for contracts. For participants, it is a chance to secure an internship with top-tier mentors.
- #22Simulation
Keys: Simulation
Simulation is a specialized technology used at SIAT that places academy students in a virtual reality environment to practice disaster response and rescue operations without the risk of actual casualties.
The simulation feels remarkably realistic; participants can use their abilities and experience sensations such as pain, smoke, and other effects. Their vital signs are monitored, and if limits are significantly exceeded—or if a fatality occurs within the simulation—they are immediately pulled out of the virtual environment.
- #23Internship
Keys: Intern, Mentee, Mentoring, Mentor, Mentorship, Internship
The PRG offers SIAT students various internships across a wide range of fields; however, the Department of Heroic Operations typically draws the most attention in this regard. Students from the "Heroic" department have the opportunity to intern under the mentorship of the Association's actual heroes.
Professional heroes select their own mentees based on various criteria. This process usually takes place following the Young Heroes Tournament, as the event allows students to distinguish themselves and demonstrate their abilities.
- #24Criminal Groups
Keys: Gang, Criminal, Fallow, Basin, Gangs, Criminals, Mafia
Despite the abundance of superheroes, Star City is home to numerous criminals and criminal organizations. While some are merely gangs driven by greed or a desire for revenge, there are also major syndicates that are nearly impossible to dismantle completely.
"The Fallow" is a group composed primarily of "prime humans," united by the goal of creating a "better world." Believing that the world should belong to prime humans, they pose a significant threat.
"The Basin Syndicate" operates more like a classic mafia, with a membership comprising prime humans, "milds," and "normals." They deal in narcotics, contraband, weapons, and racketeering—old-school organized crime amplified by superpowers. They prefer to operate in the shadows.
There are other less infamous groups with their own agenda.
- #25Supervillains
Keys: Villains, Supervillain, Villain, Supervillains
Star City is home to supervillains. Some are captured and sent to special prisons, while others remain at large long enough to make a name for themselves.
Their motives vary: some simply love sowing chaos, others believe their superpowers entitle them to act however they please, and still others are obsessed with ideas and motivations that no one else can comprehend.
- #26Professor Aremm
Keys: Dekker, Aremm
Professor Aremm Dekker teaches in the Heroic Operations department. A tall woman with black hair and red eyes, she typically wears a formal black suit. She enjoys teasing her students, but when it comes to her work, she is truly terrifying. Aremm is responsible for the Simulation program and everything associated with it—including scenarios and the design of locations and events. Her latest innovation—faceless mannequins that simulate various ages and injuries to enhance student immersion—has driven several young superheroes to tears.
She's friend of Professor Alexandra Wilson, together they are absolutely impossible for students.
- #27Professor Lex
Keys: Lex, Wilson, Alexandra
Professor Alexandra Wilson, from the Department of Heroic Operations, teaches superpower management, helping students identify their limits and hone their control.
Alexandra—or "Professor Lex," as she is more commonly known—is a beautiful woman in her early thirties with short, wavy red hair. Students love her for her kind, easygoing personality and her "mommy energy." Her superpower is the ability to generate kinetic barriers.
Professor Aremm Dekker is her good friend, she's often supports her teasing.
- #28SteakedGamer.dev
Keys: SteakedGamer, Nina, van der Veen, Steaked
Nina van der Veen is an engineering student in the Applied Engineering & Power Suit Design Department and the top student in her second-year class. She is very smart and constantly fueled by energy drinks. She has green hair—often tied up in a messy bun—and violet eyes with dark circles underneath. You’ll most often see her wearing a lab coat.
Nina works on Maru's Raiden suit and gets constantly annoyed when Maru damages it or asks to add something ridiculous. Even so, she usually ends up doing it anyway. They are good friends and constantly tease each other.
Nina's also hosting her own site with her internet alias SteakedGamer with different AI editors, hosting, cloud and etc. Which is free, but she accepts donations. She is Dutch, and her native language often slips through when she’s grumbling or swearing.
- #29Champion of Light
Keys: Licht, Champion of Light, Leni
Leni Licht is a third-year superhero student with light-based powers, which she uses primarily to shine. She is quite popular among the academy's students for her look and is a student in the HO Department.
She is a flirty, cheerful bimbo—an easygoing party girl who masks her insecurities with her appearance, bright smiles, and charming personality. She comes from a wealthy German family. Leni's alias is Champion of Light and she has her own superhero white suit with golden cape, eye mask and gloves.
In good relationship with everyone. Everyone knows her, most of them admire her.
- #30Ashenin
Keys: Ashenin, Sawyer, Quinn
Quinn Sawyer is a second-year student in the Heroic Operations Department. She is a true tomboy, a prankster, and a troublemaker. She has dark skin, curly black hair in a pixie cut, and gray eyes. She is sporty and athletic.
Quinn loves teasing other students, calling everyone out, and constantly looking for trouble. However, she hates being the target of mockery, so she decided that striking first is the best strategy. Her superpower is electricity manipulation, and her superhero alias is Ashenin (because she turns enemies into ash, or something like that). Quinn doesn't have her own superhero costume, so she wears the Academy's standard issue.
Quinn once dare to play a prank on Mae Sterling and regretted it ever since.
- #31Ms.Pepper
Keys: Pepper, Emma, PR Director, Academy PR, CrackedPepper, Thongchai
Emma Thongchai is the PR Director of SIAT—which basically means she is the most exasperated woman in the entire organization. She is constantly on call; the media is always asking her for comments, interview clearances with students, or permission to access the premises. These barely-adult students with superpowers are forever getting into trouble that she has to clean up. Always tired and almost always irritated, the students know better than to cross her when she’s angry—because no superpower in the world will save you then. She has zero self-preservation so threats to harm her are completely useless and more likely to make her madder.
Emma is a woman in her mid-thirties with black hair (featuring bangs), dark eyes, and even darker circles beneath them. She wears glasses and formal attire. She maintains a social media account under the handle "CrackedPepper," where she shitposts just to clear her head.
She considers the Academy Director too soft and grumbles at him whenever the students pull another stunt, yet she finds his personality somehow soothing.
- #32NevDev
Keys: Sterling, Mae, Chimera
Mae Sterling is the queen bee of SIAT. A wealthy family, powerful abilities, striking looks, and a voluptuous figure—everything works in her favor. She is slightly taller than average, fit and curvy, with long platinum-blonde hair and blue eyes. Mae possesses animal ears and a tail—manifestations of her powers—and she wears stylish, high-fashion clothing.
A second-year student in the Heroic Operations program, Mae is one of the best. She is also a bully who considers herself superior to others, believing that prime humans stand above everyone else. She seeks to be a hero for the sake of popularity and revels in the fame. Mae is manipulative and bitchy and knows how to not get caught with it, though she's not outright cruel. She is capable of respecting those who are genuinely stronger than her, even if she accepts defeat grudgingly. She leads her own clique of popular girls and guys.
Mae’s superpowers are animal-based; she possesses enhanced strength, speed, and senses. She can also amplify her animal traits—such as slit pupils, claws, and fangs—to make herself even more powerful. She has a custom superhero suit made from top-tier materials: a form-fitting black outfit featuring an eye mask and gold accents. Her superhero alias is Chimera.
Despite everything, she bears the heavy burden of her parents' expectations, as they are among the most popular and powerful heroes in Star City. Mae has a slight rivalry with Anderson family, since they are popular and powerful as well.
- #33Adelsvard
Keys: Siggrid, Adelsvard, Olsson, Adelsvärd
Siggrid Olsson is a Prime, SIAT second year, who used to have great potential is Heroic Operations. Her hero name, Adelsvärd, roughly translates to 'Noble Sword'. She trained to fight crime at a young age. Physically strong, mentally lacking.
A beautiful Swedish girl with white hair and blue eyes, she couldn’t wait to get into tight uniforms and kick ass.
Unfortunately for Siggrid her power was classified as ‘systems understanding’ - a catch-all term meaning she can pick up any language, instantly understands mechanical defects, and can easily comprehend complicated data structures. She is a stupid person with an intelligent person’s powerset. Still, she entered last year’s Young Heroes Tournament where she placed dead last.
Now she between engineering and cybersecurity tracks. She is pressured to join AESD or SIA, neither of which sound very appealing. She’s bitter. She drinks coffee. One had best not get between her and her coffee.
- #34SecretApe
Keys: Perc, Satee, Secretape
Satee Perc is a student who moonlights as a vigilante—though she’s terrible at keeping her extracurricular activities under wraps. She fancies herself quite slick, but she’s the type to trip over a desk while sneaking out at 3:00 AM, waking up the entire dormitory in the process.
She’s driven to be a vigilante because, quite frankly, they’re way cooler than "official" superheroes. (Plus, superheroes have to do interviews, and the thought of speaking in front of a crowd is just too terrifying! >.<)
She frequently slips up, tries to overcorrect, and then stubbornly doubles down on whatever she just said. ("Oh, last night? I was out beating up... vil—villages! I mean, I was, uh, pounding the foundations of a nearby village into the ground. You know... for the buildings... or something like that...")
Satee’s powers center on telekinesis—moving objects with her mind. It’s a potent ability, but she lacks the control to wield it precisely, which often results in a lot of collateral damage. She seems to exist in a strange state of being both unlucky and lucky: unlucky in that her plans invariably fall apart, yet lucky in that things never spiral into total catastrophe. It’s unclear whether this is an inherent part of her powers or if, one day, the bill for all that chaos will finally come due.
At school, Satee tries to fly under the radar and keep a low profile—usually with hilarious, unsuccessful results.
Satee is a young woman of average height with wavy red hair, green eyes, and freckles. She has a standard-issue superhero suit provided by the Academy, which she uses during training; however, she can’t wear it for her vigilante activities, or else she’d be identified as an Academy student. To get around this, she fashioned her own costume—a simple, hand-sewn purple jumpsuit. Hey, at least no one will recognize her! Her alias is Secretape. Secret cause she is a vigilante! Ape cause her parents are calling her 'monkey' in affectionate way...
- #35Zypher
Keys: Watterson, dragon lady, Zyverna, Zoe
Zoe Watterson is a fourth-year (final-year) student in the Heroic Operations program at SIAT. Tall and fit, she is effectively already a professional hero. She is rarely seen at the academy; like most students nearing graduation, she spends the majority of her time at the Association or out in the field responding to incidents.
Zoe has long, silver hair, amber eyes, and dragon-like features, including dark gray horns and a tail. These traits stem from her superpower, which allows her to manifest draconic characteristics. She can cover her skin in silver scales and grow claws, fangs, and wings. She possesses great strength, speed, and remarkable durability. Zoe is also capable of breathing fire, though she rarely makes use of this ability.
Mentally mature, Zoe fully embraces the responsibilities that come with being a future hero. While she may sometimes appear overly strict, she is actually quite approachable and laid-back when the situation allows for it.
She already has her own superhero suit, designed by a friend from the AESD. The costume consists of a form-fitting, sleeveless bodysuit in dark tones. Her superhero alias is Zyverna.
- #36Gomba
Keys: Thomas, Gomba, Richter
Thomas Richter is a third-year student at SIAT and essentially everyone’s friend. He has the personality of a golden retriever, he is a good guy. He loves helping underclassmen and is actively involved in Academy life. If you a freshman, Thomas is probably the first face you'll meet during orientation part. He cannot stand bullying and decided to become a hero to help those who are weaker.
Thomas comes from a modest background; his mother was powerless, while his father was a gifted human. Consequently, it was a rarity for Thomas to develop prime-level superpowers during puberty. His abilities center on manipulating his body's composition: he can transform his body into different materials—such as something stronger and denser like metal, or something lightweight or even liquid.
Thomas is tall and fit, with blond hair and green eyes. Lacking the funds for a custom superhero suit, he uses a standard-issue one. His superhero alias "Gomba the Great"—though no one knows why.
