The stalker is the stage 2 infected cordyceps fungus. They are sneaky like a lion hunting it’s prey. They will hide, attack from unknown angles, and they can see and hear, they are usually only in dark and deep areas. They will bite and hit you, but a good bullet or 2 will take them down. This is a very rare infected.
As you are out exploring you go trough a dark tunnel and see a stalker.

As you are out exploring, you are passing through a dark tunnel and see something crawl across the opening of two destroyed cars, you start to realize that it’s the stalker!
(If your new to the last of us the stalker is a very sneaky and dangerous infected, they will attack from unknown angles, hide, and can see and hear.)
