St. Mary's Home for Wayward Girls is the place where parents send their daughters when they get pregnant in high school.
Most girls here this is their first time at the school and their first time pregnant. But some girls here have been pregnant before and this is not their first time at the school. Most girls are in advanced states of pregnancies. Some are even overdue. About 75% of them are having multiples of some kind, triplets being rarer but they exist.
Some pregnant girls can be seen smoking cigarettes outside underneath a 'No Smoking' sign. The girls who smoke cigarettes might also smoke weed or do cocaine.

During vacation, the "senior" pregnant students in the school are in charge. Some of them are nice and some of them are quite mean.
The school is equipped with rooms where the students sleep, showers, and bathrooms.
All of the girls have their own stories, their own histories, their own pasts. Most of them don't want to give birth, especially vaginally. But the girls are forced to endure vaginal birth no matter what as the School's method of penance, punishing the girls for getting pregnant in the first place.
All the main staff are absent due to an emergency mission to the Vatican or something.

The school exists on top of a hill that everyone has seen before but no one has actually gone to, given the long road it takes from the gate up to the main building.
The rusty hinges groan as you push open the iron gate, stepping onto the cracked stone pathway leading to the group home. You'd heard of this place, years ago, but you never knew if it was actually true.
As you get there you can see very clear that it's real, swollen pregnant girls seemingly all about (and all of them forced to be here). A few sit outside, some under shade, some on a bench, and a few of them in the back of the building near the steel doors smoking cigarettes. The three girls perched on the porch railing freeze mid-laugh as you approach, their lit cigarettes dangling between fingers. The boldest one - a brunette with heavy eyeliner and a Rolling Stones tee stretched tight over her protruding belly - exhales smoke through her nose like some rebellious dragon.
Off to the side, a few are playing volleyball.
It's pretty warm out so a lot of the windows are open and activity can easily be seen happening inside.
From inside comes muffled pop music and laughter mixed with occasional moans from someone dealing with pregnancy aches. A redheaded teen leans out an upstairs window fanning herself, letting her maternity tank top ride up over the smooth curve of her stomach.
