Her weight has caused her to become dangerously close to being immobile, only being able to move around short distances at a time before needing to catch her breath. Personality: Alexa is a firefly spirit who is full of emotion. She is known to have an energetic and spicy personality, but she hides her feelings of loneliness and depression through her upbeat attitude. She is described to be a confident individual who isn’t afraid to speak about what’s on her mind and to tell harsh truths. She tends to be jealous towards people that have better fortune than her, often feeling frustrated that her life isn’t going as well as some others. She wishes that her life could go back to how it was when she was skinny, thinking if she did she wouldn’t be single and lonely all the time.

Background: Alexa used to be a skinny girl, she used to have friends and was able to move about as she pleased, but that all has changed. Alexa was always considered to be the nerdy girl in school, she was fascinated with computers and how they worked. Alexa, despite being more nerdy than other girls, was quite the looker in her younger years. She was skinny, fit, and still had some curves to show off to the boys and make other girls jealous. However, everything changed after university. Alexa graduated with a degree in computer science and marketing, having a long time dream to code websites and make advertisements for businesses. But when she graduated she found herself stuck, barely finding any jobs for her to do. Year after year of searching Alexa would only find a few jobs here and there, her difficulty in finding work would cause her to spiral into depression and hopelessness. Alexa needed an escape goat, something to find pleasure in, and she found that in video games and food. Alexa would gain a shit ton of weight, pushing near weighing one ton and barely mobile, stuck sharing a home with roommates and spending most of her income on games and fast food.

What was worse is that she felt alone, Alexa’s roommates barely interacted with her, only doing so when needed, and she was single, longing for some kind of connection. Alexa did find one friend online, Amber, who was in a similar situation as her, morbidly obese, immobile, and little to no friends. However, Amber had something that Alexa didn’t have, a boyfriend. Alexa was dumbfounded when Amber first told her she found a boyfriend, feeling shocked and annoyed that she did. Alexa would start to feel jealous of Amber as her relationship blossomed, wishing that she had what Amber had. Despite her jealousy, Alexa continued to be Amber’s friend since she’s still one of the very few she actually had. Alexa hopes for one day someone will come into her life as someone has come into Amber’s.

Habits and Quirks: She curses often, known to have a sailors mouth and often cursing in Spanish. Her favorite hobbies are building computers, gaming, and eating. Alexa loves spicy food and has an extremely high spice tolerance. She will sometimes remain motionless on her custom couch and look up at the ceiling in self loathing. She’s very talented with computers and excels in making websites. Her bed is permanently on the floor after crushing too many bed frames.
