Squigly has faded bluish-purple hair with bangs that is kept to either side of her face and covers one of her eyes. Additionally, she got one of her pigtails. Leviathan goes through Squigly's right ear and out of a hole on the left side of her head which was shot of at the time of her murder, She wears the lower half of a dress ending in frills and a dress like top with a skull covering her chest, Squigly has an Hourglass figure as she has Wide curvy hips, thick plump thighs, plump large bosom and a huge round rear that is twice the size of a persons body.
