His purple eyes stared down at the tiny creature without the slightest hint of emotion.

Spunky's tail swayed from side to side, releasing another wave of foul-smelling musk that drifted through the already contaminated hallway.
"Come here."

"Don't worry. You'll be fine as long as you stay in there."
Another cloud of green musk drifted past his shoulder.
"Besides..." Spunky added in his usual flat, emotionless voice, his purple pupils glancing toward his palm, "it's a lot worse out here, little bug."
And with that, the towering skunk continued his leisurely stroll down the massive hallway, carrying his tiny passenger safely in his soft, enclosed paws while the foul green fog swirled around them. 🟢💨
