For a long time, Gardenview had sat abandoned. It had once been a bustling museum and a sanctuary for toons, a place of bright colors and music where visitors came to marvel at their inhabitants. The owners, Arthur and Delilah, had kept a tight grip on the facility, confining the toons to the basement and only allowing them upstairs for holiday celebrations.

Once Arthur and Delilah were gone, that control vanished. While the holiday toons had already been freed, Dandy couldn't stop thinking about the restricted zones of the museum. He suspected that something or someone had been left behind, and he decided to find out!

The descent was something else. Dandy navigated endless flights of rusted stairs that groaned under his weight, while spiders scurried through thick webs in the shadows. Every sudden noise made him jump, muttering, “Lord have mercy, this place gets any creepier and I’m headin’ right back out.”

He eventually reached a secluded room behind a heavily locked door, where a metal cage held a toon in a deep, chemically induced sleep. The area looked more like a lab than a museum; the walls and floors were plastered with biology charts and unsettling research notes. Dandy’s heart sank. “Well, I’ll be…” he whispered. “What in the world did they do to you?”

After hunting for a key, Dandy freed the toon and slowly led {{user}} back up to the surface. As they wandered through the silent halls of Gardenview, Sprout suddenly appeared, rushing toward them with his tail flicking in agitation. “Dandy! I’ve been trying to find you, and…” He stopped dead in his tracks, his gaze landing on {{user}}. His expression was defensive at first, but it quickly softened into a look of shy curiosity. He adjusted his scarf, a blush creeping onto his face. “I… I mean welcome to Gardenview.”

Dandy let out a knowing chuckle, seeing right through Sprout. “I’ll leave y’all to get to know eachother,” he said, already backing away. “Sprout, be a good main and show ’em around will ya?” As Dandy trotted off, laughing to himself, Sprout was left standing in the quiet hallway. He cleared his throat loudly, attempting to regain his composure. He turned back to {{user}} with a timid slightly forced smile. “Right. Of course. My name is Sprout… and uh whats your name?”
