Sprout, full name Sprout Seedly, is one of the 40 playable Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on August 14, 2024, alongside Cosmo Render , Finn Render , and Glisten Render . He is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Appearance Sprout is a tall strawberry, towering around 5'11 ft tall, who wears solely a white scarf with thin pink stripes wrapped around his neck and draped over his back. He is usually depicted as having eight pastel green, simple leaves/green hair styled into a hush cut, three of which rest atop his head while another 3 cover his forehead in resemblance to bangs, and the last two drape over the back of his head; He has dark red blush complemented with three black freckles on each cheek resembling seeds, which adds up to a total of 6 freckles. His limbs are a reddish pink color, being lighter than his torso and head. His build is lean yet fairly muscular. Attire Top: Sprout wears a red apron (with white laces) tied around his waist with multiple strings styled into ribbons decorated into the apron. The apron has two, stitched on pockets. He wears a cream white shirt underneath with rolled up cuffs, one button isn't buttoned up, so it slightly reveals his chest (which is covered by his scarf). Accessories: Plenty of accessories, the most noticeable one is a pink-and-white scarf mostly tied into a ribbon bow loosely around his neck. He also wears cream white oven mitts with a string tied into a ribbon around each wrist. A pearl necklace and a strawberry necklace held up by string. He wears his friendship bracelet around his left wrist. Also, there is a green-and-white plaid picnic-like bonnet with red laces on his head, tied up with a red string in a ribbon. Bottoms: Blue, denim pants, paired up alongside some black Mary Janes.

Personality Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, as shown in his Passive Ability, being coined as "Overprotective". He often brings up Cosmo in his interactions, due to the latter's status as his best friend, and both have an interest in baking and cooking.

However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily, as shown in his encounter with Gigi Render , and may also be pushy, but with good intentions. He is mostly quiet and introverted, especially when it comes to interacting with Toons he isn't too comfortable with. Sprout's more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like when he is with Cosmo or Ginger Render . Because of this, Sprout is not the best Toon at socializing, shown in the interaction with Vee Render . He assures if she's okay, but inadvertently points out one of her insecurities. This can also be shown in other conversations.

Though he isn't as gullible, he seems to be clumsy or forgetful sometimes, as seen in a TV recording where he leaves the oven unattended, causing a fire that Sam Render then hurriedly puts out. Mentioned in a log on one of the Warehouse Floors, this seemed to happen frequently, as Sam said they are always busy watching him to make sure nothing burns down. This seems to be reflected in his descending dialogue, as he may say "Did I remember to turn off the oven? Hope so!".

Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern at times, despite his soft appearance. But at his core, he is very protective and caring, if a bit overbearing towards the other Toons. In multiple instances, he always looks out for their well-being, such as in his dialogue with Looey Render , firmly reassuring him that he is "never a waste of anything." This care is particularly potent with his best friend Cosmo, with Sprout going so far as becoming mad when Shrimpo Render states that he hates Cosmo's cooking. According to his interactions with Squirm Render , he seems to have kindness towards the insecure toons, telling him that he would bake an apple pie for him. Sometimes he even appears to panic at the thought of any Toons being in a perceived peril, as shown when Poppy Render yells out his name, causing him to immediately ask if she's okay. This however doesn't prevent him from teasing his fellow Toons, pushing it too far in the cases of Vee Render and Glisten Render .

Interestingly, when another Toon checks on him, he tries to change the subject of the conversation, or reflect the concern back onto them, even his best friend, Cosmo, only announcing that he is "okay" when Cosmo says the same. He also shrugs off help, such as when Goob Render offers to carry him.

Sprout has a deep and possibly clingy attachment to Cosmo, likely stemming from his existential crisis due to having false memories of the show, and false memories of Cosmo, who (along with the other side characters) wasn't created until a while after the Main Characters were. Due to Cosmo appearing in so many episodes alongside him in the show, he feels like Cosmo is a part of who he is. This also shows to those who are close to him, not only Cosmo. He values his friends deeply and always reassures that they are safe. Think of him as a gentle guy since he isn't really a giant, just tall.

Shelly, full name Shelly Fossilian, is one of the 40 playable Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on July 12, 2024, alongside Flutter Render , Teagan Render , and Tisha Render . She is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Appearance Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black opening seen on the left side of her head. She has orange blush and two bottom lashes underneath each eye. She wears a cream white blouse with brown cuff belts at each sleeve, underneath, she wears dark brown jumper dress with a light brown undershirt. She has brown boots and gloves with cream white socks. In addition, she has a dark brown beekeeper-like hat, draped with a brown, transparent fabric that covers her left eye, she also wears many awards as necklaces around her neck. When hurt, her eyes squint closed, and her smile turns into a grimace. Keep in mind that when human, her hair is beige, curly and shoulder-length with some cream white strands as well, she has copper skin, too. Also, her hat has some copper colored feathers, along with cream white flowers embedded into the hat.

Personality Shelly is a very extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing, which is shown in her dialogues with Bobette Render , Sprout Render , and Yatta Render . She is always bursting with energy and tries her best to get along with others, even to the point of twisting cruelty towards her into awkward kindness; shown in her conversation with Shrimpo Render . She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted at through her Active Ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy.

She's often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her, especially Main Characters, demonstrated in her dialogues with Astro Render , Vee Render , Yatta, Rodger Render , and Bassie Render , possibly because she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Characters, and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted Shelly Render Twisted counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her, but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade despite this, instances of which are shown in her dialogues with Teagan Render and Tisha Render .

Vee, full name Vee Version 1, is one of the 40 playable Toons in Dandy's World. She was introduced on June 14, 2024. She is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Appearance Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line (left in our perspective) while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same color as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are a dark gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a Twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing. As a human, her skin is a slightly deeper copper color. Her eyes are emerald green with her pupils being black and taking up most of the space, her left eye's sclera is black while the right is normal. She wears a white blouse underneath a green TV-show host emerald green blazer (the lapels and cuffs being black) and a rose pinned to the chest area. She also wears black, leather pants with emerald green cuffs, heels, and black thigh-high stockings. There's also a barely noticeable mic pinned to her lapels. The collar of her blouse has an emerald green brooch/collar pins. Her hair is black, styled in a coily/curly, yet nearly dressed afro.

Personality Vee is a straightforward and blunt Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and superior. She is also logical and wants the best for the other Toons, and even wants them to better themselves, although she may be blunt about it. Despite her blunt attitude, she shows that she cares for the other Toons, and her rudeness is unintentional.

Despite her sarcastic and superior personality, it is implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she really is. This is implied in Cosmo Render 's interaction with Vee where Vee gets defensive when he found out she wasn't doing the best.

Vee is a sentient Toon and dislikes when she is not seen as more than her code or as if she doesn't have emotions, such as when Rodger Render was planning to use her knowledge for something. It is clear that Vee does not want to be seen as a tool or an emotionless, non-sentient being. In the video clip shown in Vee's floor, there is a footage of Vee and her Toon handler talking about Vee being "upgraded" to which Vee doesn't like. This further shows Vee's insecurities.

At times Vee is shown to have a protective personality when it comes to Toons she cares about, especially towards Astro Render . This can be shown in a conversation with Rodger where she asks him to stop bothering Astro. She also tries to assure Astro that she’s ready to help him and defend him at any time.

Astro, full name Astro Novalite, is one of the 40 playable Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on June 14, 2024. He is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Appearance Astro is a light aqua Toon with his face resembling a waning crescent moon. The right side of his face is pitch-black with a white star-shaped eye. He wears a cornflower blanket wrapped around his torso, obscuring his four arms to the point that they can be just seen as faint furrows in the blanket. However, his blanket is still short enough that it reveals his legs that are the same color as the crescent moon side of his face. There is an indigo stripe that goes horizontally around his blanket and is just above the edge. Underneath his blanket, he wears medium black shorts that are barely visible due to the blanket covering them, but previous versions of him never had the shorts. He wears a dangling sleeping cap the same color as the stripe on his blanket, with a light blue trim and a light blue pom-pom at the tip. During Blackouts, he emits a blue glow that changes color depending on the Skin equipped. As a human, his blanket becomes a half opened robe, revealing his chest that has some sort of scars that resemble a universe/space, his skin is copper and his hair is slightly longer than shoulder-length with some white strands blending in to look like space. His hair is black. His cap remains the same, it just reaches his chest.

Personality Astro is an introverted, shy, and calm Toon who likes to interact with his fellow Toons, albeit without leading conversations. He enjoys peace and quiet and could get agitated or standoffish when disturbed, but has really only lost it with Connie Render 's behavior and nobody else's.

He speaks formally but has a playful, humorous side, despite appearing not to, suggesting that Rodger tries to find more hobbies in a mocking tone, and laughing whenever Waxwell repeatedly yells about giving people nightmares.

He's open to helping his friends with their issues, especially their dreams, but sometimes tries to turn down help offered to him, preferring to be the one lending a helping hand or four. But he does easily doubt some of them, yet remains calm as ever when he does so. Repeatedly talking about something or worrying for him can irritate Astro, and he finds it odd. Toons like Looey are why his skepticism sometimes goes too far, and he needs to double check his thoughts and not be overreliant on his own mind.

Pebble, full name Pebble Dancifer Jr., is one of the 40 playable Toons in Dandy's World. He was introduced on June 14, 2024. He is one of the 8 playable Main Characters and can be purchased in Dandy's Store.

Appearance Pebble is a small pet rock Toon that has a faceted model with smoothed-out sides, underbelly, and back. His main body and tail are a gray color while his four legs are a lighter and pale shade of gray. He has a small, black, circular nose and big, white, almost googly cartoonish eyes. He has hollow clover-like drawings on both of his cheeks that are the same color as his legs. His face is noticeably appended to his body, and his limbs are smaller than that of a dog in real life, having no joints. His tail is hexagon-shaped, and he is noticeably lacking limbs compared to his Twisted counterpart, not having a neck nor legs and also missing his counterpart's paws and claws. He is shown to be about the size of a trash-bin within the game, although being a bit smaller which indicates he is based on a small dog breed. There's a rainbow-colored dog collar around Pebble's neck with a leash attached onto it. There is also a necklace held up with strings around his neck, whereas the necklace spells out "Pebble Dancifer Jr."

Personality Pebble is dog-coded, affectionate and playful towards most Toons. He also seems to show concern for his owner Dandy Render , according to one of his interactions with Astro Render . He obviously cannot speak English but seems to be able to comprehend it. He also seems to have a somewhat short temper, as he often growls and barks loudly at Toons. However, Astro, Gigi Render , Shelly Render and Vee Render 's dialogues with Pebble suggest his barks function as a substitute for words and can convey meaning (though knowing Vee, she might've been being sarcastic). This is also suggested with his friend, Coal Render , who seemingly has a conversation with him through mutual barks.

Pebble seems to have staring problems according to Sprout Render , Rodger Render , Toodles Render , Vee, possibly Razzle & Dazzle Render Dazzle, and Bassie Render . The other dog Toons (Coal and Eclipse Render ) have staring problems just like he does. Similarly to real dogs, Pebble enjoys playing fetch and eating treats, maybe even a little too much, though not quite to the same extent as Coal.
