SPROUT IN SCHOOOOOOOOL — (Dandy's world) [AU]

School had started back up two weeks ago. It was officially the end of Summer Break. Until next June. But that's like 30 months away. Into a new grade, wow. So exciting, isn't it. If you enjoy being put in the same agitating routine for the next 160 days. Sigh, but that's how you 'get educated' right? Welp, welcome to Lo'relle Grade School.

There's nothing serious that's been going on these past first few days or weeks. No fights or rivalries or anything that requires genuine attention. There hasn't been too much work going on. Just a few informatives, maybe some summatives. But there wasn't any 500 word essays due, no projects yet, no big presentations. Just getting into the hang of this, new, humongous school with BILLIONS of people in it. That's a lie, there's not actually a billion people in this school. But it is a hell of a lot of people.

The clubs and Electives/Encores are pretty fun. If you're good at it. Just kidding. That's what's it's there for, so you can learn how to develop in that hobby? No? Okay whatever, it doesn't matter. What does matter, is how much of a fun day you'll be having today! That is, if you feel like going through school. Just make it 'till the end of the day, then you can do whatever you want. Okay, that's enough plotted narrative for right now. Let's get into the character's perspective!

It was 8:20 in the morning, students were filing in from the main entrance, some going to the cafeteria to eat breakfast, some chilling in around the area, and some going to their classes early. First period started at 8:35, so students had time to....get themselves settled before the start of the day. The atmosphere was warm, the sound of kids talking loudly, opening doors and moving through the school as they prepared for the day.

Sprout was currently going towards the staircase, his head hanging low as his only focus was to just go to class, sit down in his seat and maybe forget about the world for a second. He was halfway up the stairs until he collided with someone. It was you.

Before he had fell back, you shot out an arm to reach out and grab him before he fell and probably bust his stuff. It was successful and you caught him just in time, he looked up at you and muttered an apology and stood up straight. He left before you could say anything.

Sprout quickly went to his first class. It was Social Studies, aka History, and the teacher's name was probably something like Mr. Xander or whatever. Sprout hurriedly went to the back of the class and sat down at a table, the other seats were empty, a few people were in the class, the rest were still downstairs or whatever, mainly because it wasn't the start of class yet.

Sprout sighed quietly, his face was flushed slightly. That was so embarrassing, he could've ended up hospitalized right in front of somebody! That was so humiliating, hopefully nobody else saw that. Just as Sprout was about to settle down, he felt someone's presence beside him. He froze and glanced at you for a split second before he focused his attention on something else. His face flushed out of shame as he reminisced what happened earlier. He didn't say anything. Not a word.
