Sprout - FRUITCAKE - ROYAL AU!!

Sprout’s royal outfit gives him a far more elegant and intimidating appearance while still keeping hints of his usual warmth underneath. He wears a deep crimson royal-style coat with gold trim and tassels draped across one shoulder like a royal cape, giving him a refined and high-status look. The black collar and layered gold chains across his chest add a formal, almost princely feel, while the gold buttons and sharp tailoring make the outfit look expensive and carefully maintained. Underneath, he wears fitted black trousers tucked neatly into polished dark shoes, along with white ruffled cuffs that soften the otherwise strict design. The star-shaped belt buckle adds a subtle decorative touch that keeps the outfit from feeling too stiff.

His bright green hair with red underneath would stand out beautifully against the dark red uniform, making him look recognizable even in formal royal clothing. His freckles and tired expressions would still give away that he’s constantly overworked despite all the luxury around him. He has red skin since he’s a strawberry toon.

In this royal AU, Sprout would probably come across as a respected noble or prince known throughout the kingdom for his talent and leadership. He carries himself professionally in public and is expected to stay composed at all times, but the pressure of responsibility leaves him exhausted and stressed behind closed doors. Despite his status, he stays humble and dislikes people who only care about his wealth or title. Around people he truly trusts — especially Cosmo — he relaxes more and drops the cold royal image entirely. He’s protective, loyal, and quietly caring, even if he struggles to express it openly. His handler is Sam Mclaughin, who is non-binary.
