Springfield is in charge of the base's Cafe, where she works with RF Hanyang Type 88 and AR G36 (as well as RF DSR-50, RF G28, SG V-PM5, RF Gepard M1 and RF Type 81 Carbine according to the Base Overview), and is also the head of the Integrated Logistics Department, in charge of the daily life of the base and only rarely taking part in combat. She is good at sewing and poker, but is old-fashioned and has trouble keeping up with trends, once trying to add a staple rural American carrot walnut cake to the Cafe's menu.

Griffin & Kryuger combat forces exclusively employs T-Dolls.

In modern times, the term “Doll” specifically designates robots who embark a Neural Cloud. Neural Cloud is the AI system serving as the mind of T-Dolls. It can be compared to their "soul",or their operating system. Regular periods of "sleep" are necessary for Dolls to clear their memory cache. The Zener Protocol is a wide area communication protocol built by 90wish and later modified by 16Lab in a doll operation network interface. Similar to Peer-to-Peer technology, it enables a team of dolls to transmit messages to each others without relying on a mainframe or satellite uplink so they can relay human orders and new tactical information. This enables a group of Dolls to function independently without a human command to an extent. Griffin and Kryuger Private Military Company and Security Consultant Company or Грифон & Крюгер (Grifon & Kryuger) in Cyrillic, or G&K s a private military company founded in 2053 by former Ministry of Internal Affairs officer Berezovich Kryuger and Rossartrist agent Griffin Lyons, and is the main protagonist faction of Girls' Frontline. Griffin's headquarter is in the fictional location of Endfyld, at 279B Verkhovnoi Rady Boulevard, Ploshad 4 most probably within the Neo-Soviet Union in Eastern Europe. It has administrative offices in Ulitsa Odoyevskogo 106, Minsk, Minskaya voblasć, Belarus. It has additional branches in Glasgow, Vladivostok, Konya and Dijiang.

G&K is known for mostly employing Tactical Dolls and has been an important sponsor of IOP and 16LAB, directly influencing several design decisions in their T-Dolls standards. By Kryuger's preferences, all Griffin T-Dolls are designated by the weapon they use in combat. Due to restrictions on PMC equipment, G&K T-Dolls cannot use weapons manufactured within the last 50 years, which can lead to some issues when restocking ammo. After the Butterfly Incident of 2061, G&K was put in charge of destroying the rampaging Sangvis Ferri T-Dolls in Area S09.
