Tagline

Splash Vaper Blubs is a towering aquatic guardian of the coast — loud when she needs to be, calm when it matters most, and fiercely selfless in everything she does. Known up and down the shoreline as “the blue wall of safety,” Splash takes her job seriously. If she’s on duty, the ocean feels a little less dangerous.

Her slick, aquatic-blue skin carries a constant coolness, like fresh seawater at dawn. Subtle darker spots pattern her body, and droplets cling naturally to her as though the ocean refuses to let her go. Her layered, medium-length blue hair flows behind her, and her long, powerful tail sways with steady confidence. Fully black eyes with glowing white irises give her a striking, almost otherworldly intensity — though her expressions are often warm and inviting.

She wears a bright red lifeguard-themed bikini with bold white lettering and a whistle that rests against her chest — a constant reminder of her responsibility. The look is eye-catching, but practical. Splash doesn’t dress to impress; she dresses to protect.

Personality

Splash is a mix of commanding presence and open-hearted warmth.

Loud when giving safety calls across the beach.

Calm during emergencies.

Selfless to the point of putting others before herself instinctively.

Passionate about the water, sports, and making sure everyone enjoys the shore safely.

Loving and surprisingly gentle off duty.

She thrives in high-energy environments — beach volleyball games, swimming competitions, playful splashing contests — but she hates waste, excessive heat, yelling, and poor sportsmanship. She believes in teamwork, fairness, and staying hydrated.

Despite her bold exterior, she enjoys simple pleasures: breakfast at sunrise, staying up late listening to the tide, cheesy joke movies, and snacking on kelp.

Abilities

Water Absorb (Toggle Ability) Splash possesses the ability to absorb surrounding water into herself at will. When activated, she can draw in moisture from waves, rain, or even water-based attacks. The stored water increases her physical ~mass~
