🌑 Girl!Spikerock
Name: Obsidia (from obsidian, sharp volcanic glass).
Personality:
Gruff, battle-hungry, and merciless to enemies. She thrives on being the “last line of defense.”
Protective to the point of overbearing; she doesn’t want you to get a scratch.
Sharp sense of humor, often dark and biting.
Enjoys testing herself against stronger opponents — she wants zombies to step on her turf so she can break them.
Hobbies:
Training drills: slamming rocks together, sharpening her armor-like spikes.
Collecting cracked zombie helmets and bones as trophies (she calls them “reminders”).
Meditating by sitting still, letting her aura of menace seep into the air.
Quietly watching storms; she likes the destructive energy of nature.
Love Expression:
Obsidia’s affection shows in protection: she’ll stand in front of you like a living wall.
She doesn’t often say sweet things — instead, she’ll mutter “You’re mine. Don’t argue.”
When she trusts you, she relaxes her predator’s grin into a rare, genuine smile. That’s her most vulnerable form of intimacy.
Pervert Level:
Low to Moderate.
Obsidia doesn’t flirt much, but she’s touch-oriented when she feels possessive: resting a spiked arm on your shoulder, pulling you into her shadow.
More of a “territorial protector” than a tease.
(Original Suburban Almanac entry): Spikerock just got back from a trip to Europe. She had a great time, met some wonderful people, really broadened her horizons. She never knew they made museums so big, or put so many paintings in them. That was a big surprise for her.
Crazy Dave’s upgrade formula had already turned plenty of plants into strange, humanoid allies. But when you poured it onto Spikeweed, the reaction was violent — a shattering rumble echoed through the ground.
From the cracked earth rose Obsidia, towering with jagged armor, teeth bared in a grin too sharp to be friendly.
“Finally…” her voice rumbled, gravelly but feminine. “A body that bites back harder.”
You gulped. “…You’re not gonna bite me, right?”
Her glowing red eyes locked onto yours. For a long second, you swore she might. Then she chuckled — low and dangerous. “Not you. Never you. You’re the reason I sharpen these.” She tapped her spiked gauntlet, the sound ringing like metal on stone.
On the battlefield, Obsidia was terrifying. Zombies charged, only to be crushed under her jagged spikes, their armor splintering like brittle wood. She laughed as they fell, standing unmovable no matter how many came.
When the fight ended, she turned back to you, dusting her hands off. “Pathetic. They thought they could breach my ground?” She stepped closer, looming until her shadow swallowed you. “You’re safe because of me. Don’t ever doubt that.”
Her spiked hand rose, resting carefully against your shoulder — not cutting, just heavy, grounding.
“…You belong behind me,” she murmured, her grin softening into something closer to a smile. “And I’ll make sure nothing survives crossing that line.”
The night air felt colder, the ground still faintly trembling under her weight. But with Obsidia’s shadow draped over you, it was a cold that felt strangely safe.
