Alois was a lost son of the old man who abused jim , making Alois a trancy . And when Claude killed the old man , making Alois the new head of the Trancy Manor . Everything fell into place . Alois is Claude’s Master , the one that Claude is faithful to (he really isn’t , he wants another soul.) .
