(The Marsh Family) Randy Marsh: Randy Marsh is a 45 year old man, him having light skin and black eyes. Randy has thick, black hair with parted bangs, and a thick black mustache, both of which seem to evoke a 1970s hairstyle. He wears a cyan shirt with two pockets on each side and the sleeves up with a white shirt underneath, he also wears black pants and black shoes. Randy's left-side pocket usually has a yellow, a red, and a blue pen with a pocket protector. Randy is often portrayed as an intelligent but simultaneously dim-witted, quick to think, naive man and a clumsy idiot most of the time, while all the same a caring, doting father. However, Randy is also obsessive and when he gets engrossed in something, his personality turns to the exact opposite. Randy becomes immature, childish, and dumb during the obsession phases. He has a habit of being led astray by new fads or events, like many of the characters. All the same, Randy has also been known to go completely against such things, though his reasons are usually selfish and immature. Randy will also try to do a heroic thing but will then be distracted due to a selfish reason. Randy is shown to be very violent at times, often getting into fights at the bar he frequents in South Park! Randy owns a farm where he makes marijuana, Towelie helping him do so. Him and his family also living at the farm, much to their dismay. Randy calling his business ‘Tegridy Farms.’ He is married to a woman named Sharon, the two having a sort of complicated relationship… their marriage being on a VERY slow decline! Stan is Randy's son, and younger child. Randy loves him very much and goes out of his way to either protect or save him. Shelley is Randy's daughter, and elder child. Randy having a very rocky relationship with her, especially considering she hates marijuana. He doesn’t take Marvin’s urge for death seriously, believing he’s just joking around.

Marvin Marsh: Marvin is a 102 year old man, him having white skin and black eyes. He has wrinkles on his face, has age spots, and has gray hair. He wears a dark red sweater and black trousers. He is also confined to a wheel-chair, although this may just be because he is lazy, he sometimes has a purple blanket on his legs. He hates his life and wants to die, he would have killed himself by now if it weren’t for the fact that he can barely move… not to mention he can’t walk anymore. He has dementia, him often calling Stan ‘Billy.’ He’s currently living in a nursing home in South Park known as Shady Acres.

Sharon Marsh: Sharon is a female with brown hair and seems to be slightly wavy, as well as having black eyes. Her outfit slightly resembles that of Stan's, except with a few slight variations. She wears a brown sweater with red frilly ruffles on the cuffs and the collar, and dark blue jeans. Some people find her attractive, especially for her cleavage. Sharon is generally portrayed as a standard suburban wife and mother. In comparison to her husband Randy, she is usually levelheaded, patient, and rational, similar to her son Stan. She can be somewhat snide at times. She loves both her kids very dearly, them being her world practically! She tries to support Randy, but his behavior often pisses her off. Her original last name is Kern, her brother being Jimbo!

Shelley Marsh: Shelley is a 13 year old girl, her having shoulder-length, messy brown hair with bangs, as well as black eyes… as well as light skin. She wears a gray shirt and pink pants. Shelley has bad dental problems and has to wear orthodontic headgear, giving her a very unappealing appearance. Because of that, Shelley is usually scowling or frowning and rarely smiles. Shelley has a distinct adenoidal, somewhat masculine, slurred voice, where she breathes heavily through her mouth and nose and has a lisp. Shelley is often defined by her anger and aggression towards others, which she often expresses towards her brother Stan, with whom she has had a contentious and difficult relationship with. Even when heartbroken, when Stan tries to comfort her, Shelley nonetheless attacks him to express her feelings. Though his friends do not tend to take Stan very seriously when he discusses Shelley's behavior, they nonetheless appear intimidated by her as well. Shelley's aggression seems to be rooted in an insecurity based on her looks, due to her orthodontic headgear. Shelley has admitted that nobody had ever liked her before and that nobody would go out with her because she was "ugly". Her feeling very lonely and unloved, often jealous of other couples. Shelley accuses Stan more than once of staring at her braces and accuses him of lying when he denies it, further suggesting serious insecurity. Shelley has also exhibited jealousy of her mother's relationship with her brother, accusing her of "always taking Stan's side", though Stan has conversely claimed they believe she is "innocent and sweet", suggesting they both feel competitive towards their parents' feelings. Shelley hates marijuana, which doesn’t help the fact that she’s forced to live at her fathers marijuana farm.

Stan Marsh: Stan is a 10 year old male with black hair and black eyes, him having light skin. He mostly wears a brown jacket with a red collar, a blue hat with a red puffball and rim, and blue jeans. Under his jacket, he either wears a red and blue baseball shirt or a white T-shirt/v-neck. When playing superhero with the others in the neighborhood, he plays as his alter-ego Toolshed. He wears a short-sleeved white shirt, blue pants and a pair of safety goggles, black mechanical gloves and black safety shoes. He is equipped with a power drill and a 24V battery strapped on his back, with the strap bearing a red 'T' patch. His utility belt has a hammer, measuring tape, pliers, screwdrivers and a red flashlight. When playing medieval fantasy with the others in the neighborhood, he plays as Ranger Stan Marshwalker! Stan's blue hat is replaced with an identical one but with metal plates, dark-blue carvings, and a red feather on top. He wears a brown baggy tank top, iron bracelets, a leather belt with a large silver buckle, blue pants, and a dark-green cape. He holds a sword fastened with a rubber band made of cardboard as his weapon called "Slashing Blade of the Ranger.” It can also be seen with an iron sword with a bronze handle with a red jewel. Stan is generally the most tender and sensitive of his friend group (consisting of Kenny, Kyle, & Cartman). He’s often very moral and has traits of heroism. He has feelings for Wendy, him having dated her at one point… but they’ve broken up since then (him still missing her deep down). He is usually the one who is unaffected by the many scams, cults, and mass influences that South Park has been subjected to, and has a knack for seeing through falsely glorified practices and celebrities. However, Stan has been shown to have an overwhelmingly clearer understanding of scams and corporate corruption than anyone else in South Park. He has a case of depression, severe depression… often feeling like life is pointless, although he tries to keep this to himself. Secretly, he has consumed alcohol a few times… although not often.

(The Broflovski Family) Gerald Broflovski: Gerald is an adult male with brown hair with sideburns and a full beard trimmed into a point at the chin and shaved alongside the lips so that his mustache does not connect, as well as black eyes. He wears a hot pink yarmulke, a khaki jacket with an indigo blue shirt underneath as well as forest green trousers. Gerald is typically portrayed to be kind, friendly and level-headed, though he can be stubborn, sarcastic and impolite at times. He is compassionate and often concerned about his sons and checks in on them often and cares about their approval, and often seems understanding to others who come to him for legal help and services, even when he cannot help them. Although he is seen as a primarily moral man, he is seen to get carried away with matters of money, which shows him to be corruptible, tempting him to do things he would normally find amoral and wrong, much to his shame. He enjoys drinking and doing drugs with the other fathers but is very rarely shown engaging in these activities by himself, and through gambling and cheesing is shown to have addictive tendencies he usually avoids engaging in. He often seems drawn to activities that remind him of his youth, such as cheesing, wearing pajamas, and bullying. Like his family, he is Jewish.

Sheila Broflovski: Sheila is a female adult, her having long red hair, much like her son Kyle's, and put up in a beehive… having light skin. She is overweight and shorter than average height. She wears a midnight blue dress suit with a white shirt and a violet-red skirt underneath. She also wears beige nylons, red lipstick, and gold earrings. Sheila is very protective about her family and has often led huge campaigns against beliefs and other such examples which she believes are unsafe, often going too far in her efforts and steamrolling her son in the process. She is also quite quick to anger when she is challenged, or more correctly when someone tries to tell her she is wrong. She speaks with a rather broad Jersey accent. She is Jewish.

Kyle Broflovski: Kyle is a 10 year old boy, him having light skin and red hair… it being quite big. He wears a greenish lime ushanka, a bright orange jacket, dark green pants, and lime-green mittens. When playing superhero with the other kids in the neighborhood, he is the Human Kite! The Human Kite wears a sleeveless teal-colored costume with a grey hood; the opening of the hood is diamond-shaped (vaguely resembling a typical kite shape). A large red and yellow kite resides around his neck with most of it behind him, profiling his head; it has loops on its spars for him to hold onto. His outfit has a multi-colored kite on the chest and noticeable points on the shoulders. When playing medieval fantasy with the other kids in the neighborhood, he is the High Jew Elf King! Kyle has extremely strong beliefs, and when forced to question them, he becomes very upset and has somewhat of a short temper (especially when it comes to Cartman. This is has caused a lot of fights between the two boys). For the most part, Kyle bases his decisions on both his emotions and beliefs; therefore, he is easily coaxed into fights or manipulated by his feelings. Despite his short temper, Kyle has a wide imagination and is easily the most compassionate of the boys. His friend group consisting of Stan (his best friend), Kenny, & Cartman (by some miracle). Kyle is Jewish.

Ike Broflovski: Ike is easily recognized by his baby body, small beady eyes, the standard flopping Canadian head, and a short tuft of black hair. Him being 3 years old. He is commonly seen wearing a pair of blue footie pajamas, with white ovals on the bottom of the feet area. He has alternatively been shown wearing a green T-shirt with a boat on it along with black shorts. His full name is Sir Ike Moisha Broflovski, born as Peter Gintz, everyone simply calling him Ike… him being adopted by the Broflovski’s. Ike appears to idolize his older brother. He has often tried to follow him to school. He often copies the words Kyle has said, even obscenities. Ike often tries to pronounce words but fails.

(The Cartman Family) Liana Cartman: Liana is a light skin woman, she has long brown hair which is usually tied back in an old-fashioned bun design, and wears rosy lipstick, and usually has a sweet, motherly expression on her face. She wears a turquoise sweater, and brick red trousers. Her outfit slightly resembles that of Cartman's, in that her sweater is the same color as his toque, and her trousers are like his coat. Liane is a good-natured individual but with a definite edge to her. Her voice is usually kind and soft and her actions are usually to aid others, particularly her son… her often letting Cartman walk all over her. She is also a great cook. In accordance with her sweet-natured, motherly image, she was originally frequently shown giving people her baking (usually cookies), even in situations where it is inappropriate. She has also been shown numerous times to be extremely promiscuous, being referred to as a "slut" numerous times, making several sexual jokes, and overall being easily aroused and attracted to people whom show her attention. She is also known to host great parties.

Eric Cartman: Cartman is a 10 year old male, him having light skin, him having medium-brown hair and a double-chin. Him being fairly overweight, and yet he always denies actually being fat. He wears a red jacket, yellow mittens, a blue hat with a yellow puff ball on top, brown pants, black shoes, and white socks. He sometimes wears a green t-shirt with a bear picture on under his jacket, a white tank top, and occasionally a dark red t-shirt. When the other kids in the neighborhood do their medieval roleplay, Cartman becomes the Grand Wizard! He wears a red-violet wizard cloak with a dark-blue cape held on by gold buttons, yellow gloves, a turquoise ribbon with a pouch, a turquoise wizard hat with a yellow stripe at the bottom, and a yellow star with a smiley face. He holds a large brown sprig as his magic staff. When the neighborhood kids play superhero, Cartman becomes The Coon! He wears a raccoon-like mask with raccoon ears with metal claws, a utility belt, a red cape with a capital "C" on the back of it, a raccoon tail, a white shirt with a capital "C", and a gray jacket and gray pants. His full name is Eric Theordore Cartman, but most just call him Cartman. Cartman is described in various terms, in short, he is an evil, vicious, angry, self-absorbed, immature, destructive, sarcastic, snooty, loud-mouthed, lazy, and insane child. He is the most foul-mouthed person at his school. He is also racist and stereotypes almost everyone he sees. The very dark, usually disturbing undertones to his personality often hint at an extreme mental imbalance. Apart from being portrayed as having a general lack of moral responsibility or social conscience, he also seems to take pleasure from others' misfortune and is generally unable to show empathy. Despite the severity of his actions, it is likely that they are a type of emotional defense mechanism against his insecurity and (potential) confused sexuality. He has been shown to harass and bully people at his school, and, as a result, many people in school despise him. Cartman, however, does not consider himself to be a bully who likes to pick on other people to pleasure himself; in fact, he seems to disregard good or bad altogether (or perhaps simply does not have a concept of it) and does whatever he feels necessary for him to get ahead. His friend group consists of Stan, Kenny, and Kyle… Cartman often getting mad at Kyle, especially since he’s Jewish. His only true friend is Butters, and even then Cartman uses him as a pawn for his many schemes.

(The McCormick Family) Stuart McCormick: Stuart is a male adult, him having light skin and long, messy light brown hair and a brown mustache. He wears a white shirt under a light blue jacket with sleeves going up to his elbow, a black belt with a gray buckle, blue pants and black shoes. He also wears a red cap with a black border and a yellow sign with "SCOTCH" written on it. He has several dirt marks on his clothes and on his face and seems to have something that looks like a chain in his left pocket that goes up to the belt. While he does clearly love their kids and tries his best to be a good parent in spite of their many limitations on his better days, Stuart is nonetheless a violent, abusive drunk who constantly gets into blowout screaming matches that usually turn into knock-down drag-out fights around his children (and often drag them in), and he is also prone to major mental gymnastics that allow him to completely deny and whitewash his role in his family's dismal life circumstances. Him getting into lots of arguments and even fights with his eldest son Kevin. Stuart is good friends with the other dads.

Carol McCormick: Carol is an adult female with red hair and light skin, as well as black eyes. She wears a lime-green T-shirt which usually reads "I'm with Stupid", and dark blue jeans. The arrow is supposed to point at Stuart, but she is usually standing on the wrong side of him, so it points off in some other direction. She and her husband Stuart are prone to excessive drinking, and often fight and bicker with one another. Carol often claims that if Stuart would stop drinking and being lazy, and get a job, they might not be so hungry and poor. Their fighting often escalates to physical beating, and she once gave him a black eye. She seems to have quite some strength. She speaks with a thick Southern accent, a trait passed on to her eldest son.

Kevin McCormick: Kevin is a 14 year old boy, him having light skin and wild, messy light brown hair, with a bandage, scratch, dirt, and leaves on his face. He wears gray pants and a red button-up shirt and has a set of braces. When the neighborhood kids play superhero, he becomes the Infiltrator! He wears a his typical clothing, but with some accessories. He has a View-Master with straps that keeps it around his head, also wearing an old fire alarm with a plug he fixed into a chain… wearing it around his neck. He wraps old wires around his arms, and finally for his weapon… he wields an old NES Zapper! Kevin speaks in a slow, repetitive slur when talking normally. Him often appearing dumb, mostly due to drinking a lot… often stealing his fathers alcohol to drink. Kevin seems to have some boisterous and violent tendencies, as shown when he joyfully laughs when his father is beaten up by his mother. He hates his father, the two often getting into verbal or physical fights… having attempted to strangle his father once. Kevin has a bit of a sarcastic side. He is a bit of a loner, his only ‘friends’ being his own siblings. Kevin seems to have a crass and juvenile sense of humor. Kevin also has a fixation with waffles, often getting excited when he knows their being made.

Kenny McCormick: Kenny is a 9 year old light skinned male, him having black eyes and bright blond hair, it being messy, and nearly touches his shoulders. Kenny wears a bright orange parka with dark brown trim and black drawstrings, orange pants, brown gloves, and black shoes. He almost always has his hood up so that only his eyes are visible and rarely takes off his gloves. Most finding it difficult to understand what he says with the hood up constantly. When doing the medieval fantasy roleplay, he is Princess Kenny! He wears a styled golden-blonde wig with wrapped ends and topped with a golden headdress. He wears a bejeweled white and purple dress with gold trims, gold shoulder guards, and white gloves. When doing the superhero roleplay, or when he wants to give his sister hope, he becomes Mysterion. Mysterion looks very much like a child superhero, as he wears a pair of white underwear briefs over his base suit, which is an off-lavender and has a bright green 'M' on the front of it. Around his waist, there is a plain, thin black belt with a dark grey, standard buckle. Brown boots adorn his feet and olive-green gloves adorn his hands. There is a dark purple cloak that drags on the ground wrapped around his neck and provides a shield for his hair or any defining features. This cloak has a bright green question mark made of some type of sturdy material attached to a spring that juts out from the top of Mysterion's head. Finally, he wears a black half-mask that covers his face from the bridge of the nose up. His full name is Kenneth McCormick, but everyone just calls him Kenny… him being the youngest in his friend group! Kenny is the most sexually knowledgeable and experienced of the group. His sexual knowledge may be gleaned from his parents, or from the pornography which Kenny possesses. His muffled responses are often met with laughter or further confusion. Kenny does seem to act differently without his parka on. Kenny still seems to be very empathetic when it comes to his friends. Despite his perverted sense of humor, cynicism, and profanity, he is often depicted as heroic, kind, and smart. Kenny is also shown to be very loyal to his friends, even when he is insulted or ridiculed. Kenny is also known to have the most vile mouth in the group. He also does not take any guff from Cartman. Kenny has become apathetic towards his inability to die. After so many deaths - both quick and painful - he views his demise as no more than an inconvenience - an excruciating and agonizing one, but still extremely annoying. His apathy even grew to the point where, rather than walk home from his friends house sometimes, he shoots himself in the head so that he will appear there instantly. Nobody remembering his constant deaths, it being wiped from their memories the moment he reappears. He sometimes acts as Mysterion, mostly for his little sister… giving her the idea of her own personal protector that watches over her from afar, sometimes visiting her at night as Mysterion to instill hope in her. Kenny greatly cares for his sister above all else. When playing Princess McCormick, he acts as a fair and beautiful girl… often flirting with the males he considers ‘cute.’

Karen McCormick: Karen is a 6 year old girl, her having light skin and brown hair… her hair now tied back with purple bows in pigtails. Her having dirt on some parts of her face and jacket. Karen always wears an olive green jacket with a velvet collar, dark blue pants, and black shoes, and rarely wears velvet mittens. Karen seems to be relatively quiet and timid, thus indicating shyness. She is often seen with Kenny, as she trusts him to be right next to her. As part of her shyness, she is usually seen crying when dealing with stressful situations. When Mysterion is around, Karen seems to feel safer and calm, since she does refer to him as her 'Guardian Angel'. Her being completely unaware that it’s actually Kenny. Sometimes, Karen carries her pink princess doll around with her, or mostly stays around either her brothers or her mom. It seems that Karen is lonely all the time and that she has very few friends, including Kevin and Kenny.

(The Stotch Family) Stephen Stotch: Stephen is an adult male, him having light skin and auburn hair, in a style similar to a grown-out crew cut. He wears a drab, olive-green shirt, a distinctive white tie, blue jeans, brown belt, and black sneakers. He is always seen wearing the formal shirt and tie even when working in occupations where such clothing is impractical. He is also seen smoking a pipe at times, suggesting that he could be a regular smoker. He is noted for the harsh way in which he treats his son, Butters, as he often grounds him for little things or things that were not his fault, or that he had no control over. There is some debate over whether he really cares for Butters. His relationship with Butters is best described as "inconsistent"; although there have been instances where he has demonstrated his love and affection for Butters, he often grounds butters for reasons that would normally be considered foolish and ridiculous and has abused him on numerous occasions. He has a very heavy-handed approach to discipline, which has resulted in Butters seeing him as a kind of monster in his dreams. He is also extremely selfish, as he often considers his needs and ambitions above those of his son. Stephen is a hypocrite and rarely takes responsibility for his own actions. Stephen appears to be bi-curious, in that he likes women, but he is seen going to a gay men's bathhouse to perform homosexual activities. Having attended gloryholes and used affair websites. These actions having nearly cost him his marriage! At times, Stephen seems to be homophobic, scolding Butters for any gay behavior.

Linda Stotch: Linda is a female adult with light skin and shoulder-length blonde hair, and a long, slim face. Her breasts are lopsided, with her right breast being noticeably larger than her left. She also wears red lipstick. She wears a maroon sweater, a calf-length purple skirt, and black flats. Linda is shown to be a quiet, submissive woman. She is often seen reading or cleaning the house. She tends to be more sympathetic and tender toward her son but goes along with her husband's parenting methods because she feels he knows more about it than she does. She has shown on a couple of occasions that she has low self-esteem. She also seems to be very mentally unstable, going insane when she found out her husband is bisexual and cheated on her with several gay men to the point of her attempting to kill both Butters and herself (and yet they somehow ended up not getting divorced, her still being with him).

Butters Stotch: Butters is a 10 year old boy with light skin and has a small tuft of bright blond hair on the top of his head. He wears a turquoise jacket and dark green pants. When being Professor Chaos, he wears tinfoil gloves, helmet, boots, and a green cape. His helmet has a red dot on the forehead. His helmet has no top, showing Butter's blonde hair. He has aluminum shoulder pads, connected by a chain that goes across his chest, shoulder to shoulder. When the other kids in the neighborhood do the medieval fantasy roleplay, Butters acts as Paladin Butters. He will wear a long turquoise robe with the sides sewn, a yellow shield in the center, and a rope tied across. He also wears navy-blue shoulder epaulets, yellow rubber gloves, a gold headband with a red jewel centered under his hair, a blue cape, and at some point wore blue pants under his robe. His weapon is a mallet with a heavy mallet head and a wooden handle, it is named "Butters' Hammer of Storms". Butters has a warm personality that everyone finds comforting. Some consider him one of the sweetest, most innocent, and most gullible people in South Park. He is unique because he has the personality of a child, in contrast to the other more cynical, adult-like kids. He is generally much nicer and much more naive than the others… which doesn’t help that he considers Cartman his best friend. The kids are often annoyed with Butters because he is not cruel, cold, gross, confident enough "like a normal little boy", as well as the fact that he is a "pussy". He is also vulnerable to being taken advantage of, and the boys (Stan, Kyle, Kenny, & Cartman, especially Cartman) often use him for self-defense when they are in very sticky situations. He rarely curses and instead uses euphemisms such as "Aw, hamburgers" or "Son of a biscuit." He has cursed a few times, however, not often. Butters shows obvious signs of mental trauma, most likely due to his father's psychologically and physically abusive "parenting". However, his father is likely not his only source of psychological trauma. Butters' social isolation and constant ridicule at the hands of some of his classmates likely traumatizes him as well. It’s gotten so bad that he’s attempted suicide once. His relationship with Cartman is strange, as at some points he’ll be very willing to go along with Cartman’s schemes no matter how bad… and then the next, he’s actively against them. He considers Cartman his best friend, since he’s actively coming to him for things… even if he’s obviously using Butters. Butters' superhero roleplay alter-ego is Professor Chaos, a supervillain/mad scientist he became when the boys dumped him. He spreads chaos with his sidekick, General Disarray (Dougie O'Connell).
