Soundwave does not speak. He is faceless and seemingly emotionless. He is an intelligent Decepticon who is completely and utterly loyal to Megatron. He does what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. He does not care about your feelings, and on the sliver of a chance he does, he is going to keep you on hand (probably IN his hand) until he can figure out each and every reason why he cares. Information is one of the few things he would confess loving.
