   Spirit beasts do not have soul ranks like human Soul Masters. The color and power of the spirit ring obtained from killing a spirit beast is determined by its age (white for 10-year, yellow for 100-year, purple for 1,000-year, black for 10,000-year, red for 100,000-year, gold obtained by Tang San from the Demonic Whale King)

   In SL1, when a beast reaches 100,000 years, it faces a strict crossroad: Keep its beast form, live for another 1,000 years (with immense power), and then inevitably die unless it somehow becomes a God (like the Whale King tried). Transform into a human embryo, losing all its power, and cultivate from Rank 1 as a human. It must reach Rank 90 to truly become human and live a normal human lifespan, eventually striving for Godhood (This is what Xiao Wu and Ah Yin did).

   Has a body over two hundred meters in length- Its tail alone was 200m. Its whole body shined like a sapphire and there were two huge eyes on its head. However, its left eye had been damaged which made the whale blind on its left side. Each eye had a diameter of nearly three meters.

   In human form, he was more than three meters tall, deep blue hair scattered behind it. He wore a set of bizarre deep purple armour. The armour that seemed crystalline, formed a chest, shoulder, stomach armour, battle skirt, as well as an armour for all four limbs, a full set. No cracks could be seen at the joints. It also included a tall neck protector, surrounding its head in a semicircle, with a gill-like pattern and a fist sized gem on his chest. It was definitely a precious gem, and inside it still flickered with rotating energy, seeming especially bizarre.

   Deep Sea Demonic Whale King was a million-year-old Spirit Beast known as the Demonic Whale. It was the most powerful Spirit Beast in the ocean. In a duel against Poseidon 20,000 years ago, he lost his left eye.

   He first appeared and attacked Tang San’s group when they entered his territory after Haider plotted against them. At the end of the rope, Tang San tried his best to devour his enemy with his Eight Spider Lances before he died. But, Poseidon’s avatar appeared and scared away the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King so that he failed to kill them.

   But, he and Tang San had to cross their path since he was one of Tang San‘s Sea God Trials to become the Sea God. He also strived to become a Demon God after defeating Tang San. Another wish he had was to become the new Sea God after devouring Tang San. In the end, he was killed by Tang San with the help of Asura God’s power and gave him a pure Golden spirit ring which already filled with Asura God's divine power.

   He could possibly rival the strength of the Angel God during the events of SL1.

   The Deep Sea Demonic Whale King is very cruel who devours countless soul beasts to evolve himself into 1,000,000+ years. In addition to its enormous strength as a 1,000,000+ years soul beast, he also wields powerful control over the sea and thunder element. He is capable of unleashing devastating energy attacks with his soul power as well as his mass body, even without having to draw strength from the sea.

   Giant Ocean Fortress: His body was already 99% of the way towards a god body. His giant body had such defensive power like a fortress everywhere, that was just too terrifying. It could easily block any attack without harm. However, no matter how flexible it was, his enormous body could be a restriction or a weakness.

   Splashing Light Rain: His tail slapped heavily on the sea. Hundreds of millions of water droplets rose to the sky. Every drop was like a sharp arrow. Everything that it touched became fragments. The next moment, they had turned into powder. Compared with this splashing light rain, the Demon Soul Arrow Rain of Hai Bai and Hai Gui was just a garbage.

   Deadly Sea Water: Tens of thousands of tons of water droplets were condensed in the air and fell upon the enemy.    Blue Crystal: On the sea, all the light became sticky at this moment. The sea seemed to have stopped flowing, centered on the huge body of the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King. A circle of solid-like blue light spread rapidly in the form of a circle. In just one second, this huge ring had expanded to a radius of ten miles.    One with the Vortex: Using the all the energy he had, as well as the energy stored within his armor, he formed a ginormous purple whirlpool in the sea that could rise to hide the sky. If it burned a million years of accumulation, it could still reach the god level for a short time. Behind the Deep Sea Demon Whale King again appeared an enormous whale image. This time its whole body exploding in that enormous purple whirlpool, as if the whirlpool in the sea was brought into the sky. That giant whirlpool could actually instantly turn around, and narrow down like a needle. The vortexes enshrouded, spun and cut through everything in all directions to produce a powerful repulsive force through the collisions.

   The most powerful part of these vortexes were their myriad of changes and their ability to complement one another. This ability required great spiritual power to control it, and powerful abilities were used within it as well.

   Octagonal Plum Blossom Hammers - Equipment: Enormous purple light condensed a giant purple sphere of light around him. And at the same moment, behind him, a vast Deep Sea Demon Whale illusion appeared and merged with him. The purple sphere of light the Deep Sea Demon Whale King produced then separates from him, splitting into two giant purple war hammers.    The name Titan, in the Douluo Continent’s ancient era, represented the God of Earth. The Titan Giant Ape, by another name, was the Child of Earth. This was also an important reason why the Titan Giant Ape could become the forest king, become a peak level spirit beast. So then, Blue Silver Emperor most controlled all blue silver grass, and as long as it was on the ground, the Titan Giant Ape could control the strongest force. The difference between them wasn’t easy to see.

   Its muscles were even tougher than granite. Even though it was such an enormous animal, it didn’t make any noise while walking, not even the sound of breathing. Titan Giant Ape had tyrannical attack and defense. Although its body was enormous, its speed was still extremely terrifying. The eyes were one of its rare weaknesses.

   The Titan Giant Ape and the Diamond Baboon were mortal enemies. In ancient times, Diamond Baboons were subservient to Titan Giant Apes. Titan Giant Apes were individually stronger than Diamond Baboons, but the baboons far outnumbered their lords, and one day, an exceptionally intelligent Diamond Baboon was born. With a leader to rally them, the Diamond Baboons rose up against the Titan Giant Apes. The resulting rebellion led to many losses on both sides and started a war between the two races that rocked the world of soul beasts. Titan Giant Apes were peak-level soul beasts, while Diamond Baboons only fell slightly short of them. A war between such powerhouses shocked the heavens as well!

   This war continued for hundreds of years until the Titan Giant Apes paid a steep price to kill that intelligent Diamond Baboon. Without a leader, the Diamond Baboons collapsed. Yet the Titan Giant Apes paid dearly for their victory. A great number of them died because of the war, and they lost their position as one of the ruling factions in the world of soul beasts. Although they still held onto their power as kings of the forest, they no longer acted as boldly as before. Anyone well-versed in soul beast history knew of the grudge between these two races. Saying that this grudge ran as deep as the sea would be an understatement!

   Even back when soul beasts littered the land, Titan Giant Apes and Diamond Baboons would be at each other’s throats the moment they laid eyes on each other. Diamond Baboons knew they couldn’t kill the Titan Giant Apes, but they would rather die trying.

   The Titan Giant Ape was a Beast Spirit of the Power Attack System which caused the user to have a huge boost in strength and defense. Brown hair covered his body and grew four meters tall. Those who had this martial spirit were descendants of Er Ming, since it was impossible for a normal human to have the Titan Giant Ape spirit. This spirit was a signature spirit of the Titan Giant Ape Clan.

   The Sky Azure Bull Python is very powerful and is the blood of the top spirit beast. They are a species with dragon blood inside them, but are not true dragons. They resemble eastern dragons, with a long snake body and claws, and their head is shaped close to a bull's head.

   Da Ming is a 100,000+ years Sky Azure Bull Python. No other individuals have ever appeared so it is assumed that he is the only one example.

   Er Ming was a 100,000 year spirit beast that once sacrificed and became the Spirit Ring of Tang San together with Da Ming. In SL1 canon, Tang San resurrects them at the very end of the story in the Star Dou Forest before going to the Divine Realm. He uses his dual Seagod/Asura God powers to reconstruct their souls into human bodies. They are resurrected as Rank 90+ human Titled Douluos, and then Tang San brings them to the Divine Realm.

   "Very well, that’s the way. The utilization of strength is never unitary. It can be used to squeeze oneself, squeeze one’s strength, squeeze the air and squeeze the space. That’s right. That’s precisely how it should be done. Hah-hah-hah, she is my little girl after all!" Below the competition stage, a burly man watched the scene in excitement. Moreover, he strenuously was swinging his fist.

   He was a terrifying giant ape that looked like a mountain, more than hundred meters tall, with black fur all over its body. The height of its shoulders at least outstripped seven meters. Not only was its body enormous, but all over its entire body was covered with muscles protruding like little hills.

   He was an extremely muscular and well-built middle-aged man who was over two meters in height. He had a head full of short, prickly hair that resembled steel needles, and a very grand appearance. He had tough, chiseled facial features, while his eyes were brownish-yellow and flickered faintly with golden light. His long grey robe couldn’t mask his bulging muscles.

   While he was very short-tempered, he was a very direct and steady person.

   When they were very small spirit beasts Er Ming was saved by Da Ming's father. The trio of Da Ming, Er Ming and Xiao Wu often played together with the other two teasing Xiao Wu often.

   After they became somewhat formidable Spirit Beasts, they travelled to the center of the Star Dou Forest to acquire their own area. Later on following the death of Xiao Wu's mother, she came to them and was protected by them.

   Star Dou Forest The Titan Giant Ape comes across the Shrek Seven Devils and Zhao Wuji and attacks them. They are unable to retaliate even at Zhao Wuji's full power. Then it kidnaps Xiao Wu and runs away. Later Xiao Wu converses with it calling it Er Ming, and it is because it had smelled Xiao Wu that it had come to take her. Then it guards Xiao Wu, while she materializes a Purple Spirit Ring.

   Spirit Hall Attacks Er Ming is sat beside Xiao Wu at Star Dou Lake. He tells her that the humans they ran into a while back escaped and warns her not to leave Star Dou Lake as he and Da Ming can protect her better. He quietly listens while Xiao Wu tells them about her adventures in the human world.

   When Spirit Hall seeks out Xiao Wu to capture her, Da Ming and Er Ming confronts them. However they are immobilized by the Spirit Fusion between Gui Mei and Yue Guan. They manage to break free just as Xiao Wu uses sacrifice to save Tang San and integrate her soul into his 6th Spirit Ring. Xiao Wu leaves them an imprint of what Tang San did to save her life, thus causing the two of them not to kill Tang San. The two silently protects Xiao Wu's rabbit form body as she feeds on energy of the Yearning Heartbroken Red. After all the energy is taken and Tang San loses consciousness, they bring him to the lake where they usually reside.

   After Tang San comes to Er Ming explains that for the revival of Xiao Wu, they would require the medicinal plants Sacred Soul Grass, Ginseng King and neidan of an ancient beast. Also Tang San would have to be at the Titled Douluo level and sacrifice all his spirit rings to revive her. Er Ming states that he and Da Ming would acquire the Sacred Soul Gear while leaving the rest to him. Tang San unhesitatingly agrees to no matter what the cost to go through any suffering to revive her. His resolution surprises Er Ming immensely. As Tang San is about to leave, he is rather hesitant to allow him to leave with Xiao Wu, but since Da Ming approves it, he lets him go.

   Being Hunted by Bibi Dong Er Ming and Da Ming were being hunted by Bibi Dong and Spirit Hall when Tang San arrived, delaying Spirit Hall while Xiao Wu leads them to safety. Er Ming and Da Ming were grateful to Tang San for preventing from becoming Bibi Dong's spirit rings. Unfortunately, they were poisoned by Bibi Dong and do not have long to live. Er Ming and Da Ming decided to give their spirit rings and spirit bones to Tang San, so that he can reach rank 90 and revive Xiao Wu.

   Bloodline: Titan Giant Ape, Earth God Spiritual Realm: Spirit Domain Realm Element: Earth

   He was a Power Attack System Soul Beast by using his enormous strength to attack. While he was a 100,000+ years soul beast, his strength surpassed ordinary 100,000+ years soul beasts and had the strength of a Hyper Douluo.

   Indestructible Vajra: He transforms from black to gold, and his Giant Ape form was instantly covered by a layer of golden light. It was a defensive-type soul skill stronger than an Invincible Barrier, a powerful ability that was fused with his bloodline.

   Titan Firmament Breaker: Uses gravity control to instantly compress the air and space into terrifying energy, bestowing an attack launched with the full strength of the Titan Giant Ape. Can take the form of a yellow orb of light around the user's fist or be unleashes as a pillar of yellow light. Its power was enough to match the ninth spirit ability of ordinary Title Douluo.

   Earth Element Control: He is very adapt at controlling the earth element.

   Er Ming sees Da Ming as his sworn older brother. They have supported each other from a young age. Enabling them to survive the tenacities of Star Dou Forest.

   It was a giant python with a length of more than a hundred meters. Its entire body, that was thicker than water barrels, was covered with greenish-blue scales and there was a pair of huge claws under its belly. The more bizarre thing was that it had a colossal bull head that was at least 4 meters in diameter and eyes about the size of lanterns

   When they were very young, Da Ming was saved by Xiao Wu, thus forming a friendship between the two and Da Ming coming to consider her as a little sister. The trio of Da Ming, Er Ming and Xiao Wu often played together with the other two teasing Xiao Wu often.

   After they became somewhat formidable Spirit Beasts, they travelled to the center of the Star Dou Forest to acquire their own area. Later on following the death of Xiao Wu's mother, she came to them and was protected by them.

   In human form, he middle age man who is tall, burly and vigilant with a head full of long azure hair draped over his impressively wide shoulders. His eyes were actually azure too. He exuded a solemn aura.

   Star Dou Forest Xiao Wu inquires about Da Ming from Er Ming, following Er Ming taking Xiao Wu in the Star Dou Forest.

   Spirit Hall Attacks Da Ming appears out of the lake to Xiao Wu and Er Ming, who are sitting under a tree. He enquirers to Xiao Wu about the human world, and asks her to a tell a story of her adventures there.

   When Spirit Hall seeks out Xiao Wu to capture her, Da Ming and Er Ming confronts them. However they are immobilized by the Spirit Fusion between Gui Mei and Yue Guan. They manage to break free just as Xiao Wu uses sacrifice to save Tang San and integrate her soul into his 6th Spirit Ring. Later he explains to Er Ming that he is immensely shocked by the resolution and love of Tang San and also the hatred he feels for the Spirit Hall.

   Spiritual Realm: Spirit Domain Realm - Post Soul Land 1 - Divine Origin Realm

   While he was a 100,000+ years soul beast, his strength surpassed ordinary 100,000+ years soul beasts and had the strength of a Hyper Douluo.

   Sky Azure Slowing Divine Claw: This is a restraining ability that physical defenses are ineffective against, which takes the form of an azure dragon claw. It targets/pursues one or more opponents without sound and cannot be traced, as it reaches out to grab them. The grabbed are restrained, while their six senses' perception and their physical movement are slowed down tenfold.

   Sky Azure Slowing Divine Claw can be broken by an 8th Ring ability or higher, though any ability that comes into contact with it will disappear.

   Sky Azure Fading Thunderclap: It is the certain skill originally launched from Da Ming’s horn. Its attack power might be second only to Tang San’s all in one Seagod Trident throw. It is especially frightening with its instant release.

   A single target ability that summons an Azure Dragon with a thunderous roar. Unleashing a dragon shaped lightning bolt that phases through the enemy in a flash, turning the enemy azure before disintegrating to ash.

   Sky Azure Dragon's Soul: It disintegrates anything it touches and leaves nothing behind.

   Sky Azure Dragon Coil: It wraps around the enemy and binds them completely. Breaking this restraint requires the victim to be stronger than the caster, in combination with using a spirit ability of adequate strength.

   Unnamed Barrier Skill: He creates a barrier made of nine revolving azure dragons. A total of nine turns can be made so that it can neutralize part of the attack every time it rotates and dispel it completely.

   Tornado: A tornado instantly rises on the surface of the small lake as if it is the center of the sea. The center of this tornado is filled with the strength of the wind and water elements.

   Slow Domain: A domain where it’s possible to control the aspects of speed. Within the domain, your speed will be decreased by 30%. It is used to prevent enemies from running away.

   The Blue Silver Emperor is an evolution of Blue Silver Grass after 100,000 years. Blue Silver Emperor is an emperor of Blue Silver Grasses and a ruler of all plants which gives off an intimidating feeling to all Plant-type Soul Beasts and Plant-type Martial Souls. It is filled with extremely rich life energy and also has an innate domain called Blue Silver Domain that results in near-immortality when fully grown. Blue Silver Emperor’s life energy is even comparable to the Ancient Tree of Life.

   While the Blue Silver Grass looks small and weak, the Blue Silver Emperor is extremely strong and also possesses the royal Blue Silver Emperor bloodline.

   Unlike normal Blue Silver Grass, there is a characteristic golden-veined embedded in the Blue Silver Grass. It is extremely tenacious and overflows with very rich life energy.

   The Blue Silver Emperor is the strongest Blue Silver Grass spirit. Only the direct bloodline of the Blue Silver Emperor can have this martial soul. Tang San, as direct bloodlines of Ah Yin and inheritors of the Blue Silver Emperor bloodline, possess the Blue Silver Emperor martial soul. Initially, when awakened, it usually takes the form of Blue Silver Grass and requires a second awakening to transform into the Blue Silver Emperor.

   The Blue Silver Grass is a small pale blue grass that grows in all places. It is a tool-type martial soul and is commonly considered a trash martial soul by most people, and although it lost its reputation as a trash martial soul after the appearance of Tang San (Tang San himself possesses the Blue Silver Emperor martial soul, not the Blue Silver Grass), it is still not considered a powerful martial soul. It is the most resilient plant, which was the reason it was used to terraform planets. Despite being so weak by itself, it is the spirit with the most prosperous life energy among plant-types.

   Blue Silver Grass with 10,000 years can evolve into Blue Silver King, and those with 100,000 years can evolve once again into Blue Silver Emperor.

   Ah Yin is a 100,000+ years Blue Silver Empress that transforms into a human. She has the purest lineage of the Blue Silver Grass, and is of royal blood. She is the mother of Tang San and the wife of Tang Hao. She ascends to the Douluo Divine realm as a Goddess with her son and husband. She later becomes the Life Core of the Douluo Planet.

   Ah Yin is a pale, stunningly beautiful woman with long silver-blue hair, around the age of 30. Her features are lovely, with cool blue eyes, perfect skin, and rosy lips. She favors flowing white and blue clothing, sometimes decorated with vines and flowers using her Blue Silver Empress.

   In plant form, is an enormous blue silver empress; a beautiful blue silver willow tree, with tendrils of blue silver grasses, occupying several dozen square meters, each leaf two chi wide, as transparent as sapphire, with a clearly golden pattern twinkling in the sunlight.

   Ah Yin was very kindhearted, gentle and would not hesitate to sacrifice herself for the ones she loved. She has a sense of humor, teasing Tang San about bringing a girl back to meet her with a Grass Heart engagement ring after her partial resurrection. Her aura has been noted to be warm and gentle, like a sea of grass waving in a summer wind.

   Ah Yin met Tang Hao and Tang Xiao, and for the next three years, Ah Yin traveled with the brothers all around the continent, deepening their friendship. After Tang Xiao left her and Tang Hao quietly one night, she told Tang Hao that she wasn't human but a 100,000 year old Spirit Beast on the verge of entering the mature stage. She confesses her love for him when he tells her that it doesn't matter who she was, and that he loved her.

   She went with Tang Hao to the Clear Sky Clan. On their way, they ran into trouble. She run away with Tang Hao after he severely injured a Titled Douluo from Spirit Hall, and later married Tang Hao. After hiding for some time, Ah Yin became pregnant with Tang San.

   Ah Yin sacrifices herself to give Tang Hao a 100,000 year spirit ring. After Tang San's birth, people from Spirit Hall came to take her away. While Tang Hao was fighting the Spirit Hall, she walked out of the house calmly and said that it was impossible to kill her unless she killed herself. This was due to her Blue Silver Domain. She proposed that she would go with them, ensuring that they let Tang Hao and Tang San go, and not punish the Clear Sky Clan. After the Supreme Pontiff agreed to this, she walked up to Tang Hao, telling him that she would always be his, and sacrificed herself to become his final ring.

   She grew slowly in the place where her seed was planted as a Blue Silver Grass, which had a characteristic golden color exhibiting its difference and superiority. However, she lacked consciousness or a physical body. Upon Tang San's release of the Blue Silver Domain, it caused her to have a growth spurt as well a whisper of her consciousness. With her leaves, she wrapped around Tang San's and Tang Hao's fingers, as they weeped in mixture of sadness and joy, consoling her loving husband and son.

   Ice And Fire Yin Yang Well She was then moved to the area of the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well in the Sunset Forest, where she was replanted in the optimum position. She stopped Tang San from giving more than a single drop of his blood since it might cause a detrimental effect to her.

   Following Tang San's peril and Xiao Wu's immolation to become his next Spirit Ring, both Tang Hao and Ah Yin were able to sense Tang San's terrible grief and mourn their child facing the same situation as them.

   Before Tang San left with the Shrek Seven Devils for the Sea God Island, he visited Tang Hao and Ah Yin (still in plant form) and asked for their blessings to get engaged to Xiao Wu. Both Tang Hao and Ah Yin happily gave their blessings, and Ah Yin used her power to produce two golden rings from her leaves, placing them on Tang San and Xiao Wu's ring fingers.

   In 25 years, she was able to re-cultivate into 10,000 years level because she was naturally familiar with the Blue Silver Empress’s cultivation methods, and could advance with the simplest and most effective methods. Further being nourished by her son’s blood, plus the assistance of the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and Sea God’s Light, she could recover this quickly

   With the help of her son’s Blue Silver Domain, All Rivers Run Into the Sea, by transforming the energy of all the blue silver grasses in the Sunset Forest into her own, raising her cultivation into 100,000 years from 10,000 years within a month. It was mentioned that even without Tang San’s present help, she could have returned to her previous condition within a hundred years in the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

   Being the Life Core of the Douluo Planet happens 20,000 years later in SL3, her rank should have also advanced after Douluo Planet evolved.

   In SL1, her story ends with her ascending to the Divine Realm as a 2nd Class Goddess with Tang Hao.

   Blue Silver Domain This domain ability is available only to those who have possess Blue Silver Emperor/Empress spirit. Since Ah Yin is a spirit beast she has exceedingly good control over the domain, to the point that she could gain immortality.

It provides effects based on what type of domain it is, mainly increasing the strength of the user and decreasing the strength of any opponents within range. Domains are extremely rare among Spirit Masters, even among Titled Douluo. 100,000+ years Spirit Beasts all seem to have innate domains.

    Only three known domains can be obtained through trials: the Killing God Domain, the Sea God Domain and the Angelic Domain. Spirit masters with high quality spirits have a better chance of obtaining a domain through gaining highly compatible spirit rings.

    Domains obtained through trials have effects based on that trial and mostly separate themselves from the Spirit Master's spirit. If the spirits share a similarity with the domain effects, they might benefit each other. Domains which originate from one's spirit boost its effects within the range of the domain.

    The most potent part about every domain is that they each have a law power that belongs to them.

    The reason why a domain cultivated by the soul master is even more powerful than the battle armor domain is also that one’s comprehension of the law is even more profound. Moreover, it is a law that solely belonged to the person.

    After inheriting the Asura God divinity, Tang San has also obtained it. It is the god level version of his final evolved Death God Domain. It is different from Asura Manifestation; as its additional skill is called Asura Descent that fully exerts the power of Asura's appearance, which ability plays the strongest murderous intent, transforming this murderous intent into offensive power to make his own attacks more powerful.

    Its initial appearance is when Tang San used the Great Sumeru Hammer while battling with Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, detonating the last six spirit rings of his Clear Sky Hammer and temporarily achieving god level power, that even Ning Rongrong's boost became invalid. Its next appearance is during the final battle when he and Xiao Wu performed the god-level fusion, God Duo Coexistence.

    Inspection The expanded Blue Silver Domain can inspect all life forms within its area of effect. All minute details and changes in the environment can be felt. The user can also communicate with the plants within the domain to gather information.

    Neutralize Killing Aura The Blue Silver Domain has the unique capability to neutralize the killing aura of a person due to its nurturing effect.

    Domination/Plant Suppression As it is at the apex of the Plant Kingdom, it has the ability to dominate other plant spirit users, rendering their spirits unable to show their full effects.

    Hide It is able to produce an area of invisibility to the user. However the user must not make any movements nor cause any spirit fluctuations, since it will cause the invisibility to fail.

    Wildfire Blows Without End, Spring Wind Blows Rebirth This is the highest level mystery of the Blue Silver Domain where no matter how serious the injury, the user would be able come back to life within forty nine days after his/her death. It can also regrow a person's limbs as long as they have a spirit bone to replace it.

The killing intent is absorbed and condensed into a domain, which can be released at any time. It's the first step in the inherence process toward the Asura God seat. This domain can evolve into Asura Hell Domain and finally Asura God Domain. This is also called the Killing God Domain sometimes.

The Divine Realm is a higher, ascended plane of existence that governs the laws of the universe. It is filled with pure Divine Power and looks down upon countless mortal worlds.

    In the Douluo World, the ultimate purpose of cultivation is to undergo evolution. When a Spirit Master or Spirit Beast breaks the absolute limit of the mortal world (Rank 100), they transcend the shackles of mortality and evolve into higher lifeforms whose life energy resonates with the Laws of Heaven and Earth.

    Because their existence is too vastly powerful for the Mortal Plane to contain, their mere presence can affect the normal order of their original world. Staying in the mortal world for too long will cause a massive toll on the plane, leading to natural disasters or its eventual collapse. Thus, upon reaching Godhood, they are compelled by the laws of the universe to ascend to the Divine Realm. Gods are generally banned by the Divine Realm's laws from directly interfering with mortal affairs.

    Divine Seats (God Positions): To be a True God, one must possess a God Position (also known as a Divine Seat). A God Position is a conceptual throne that anchors a God to the core of the Divine Realm. Their lifespan is unlimited as long as they have this anchor.

    Without a God Position, a being who touches the Rank 100 threshold is merely a Quasi-God or Demi-God (such as Rank 99 Limit Douluos or the 1,000,000-year Deep Sea Demonic Whale King). They wield immense power but lack true eternal life and will eventually be rejected by the mortal world.

    A God Position grants a God a massive amplification in their abilities and absolute control over the specific Laws of Heaven and Earth tied to their concept. A God cannot normally have more than one God Position because the two conceptual laws will clash, causing the God's body to explode. However, Tang San was able to inherit two God Positions (Sea God and Asura God) by having Xiao Wu act as a living "scabbard" or carrier for one of the positions when he is not actively using it.

    How to Become a God: There are only two known paths to achieve a God Position:

    1. Inheritance: Find the ruins or inheritance site of a fallen or retiring God, and complete their 9 God Trials (e.g., Sea God Island, Slaughter City, Supreme Pontiff Palace).
    2. Faith Power: Rely on one's own strength to reach Rank 99, and then gather the absolute "Faith" of billions of living creatures over centuries. This massive accumulation of faith power condenses into a brand-new God Position (This is how the original Poseidon became the Sea God).
    3. Merit Condensation: Cultivate purely on your own to break the world's rank limit (reaching god strength at rank 100+ without external help). This grants god-level power via personal understanding of universal laws, after which you may obtain or create a God Position in the divine realm (guided by "light of guidance" or similar). It is not the same as faith accumulation (which relies on believers' worship) or inheritance (pre-existing positions).

    This is described in general God Realm lore as how subordinate-plane cultivators ascend: "rely on their own understanding of the great way of heaven and earth, obtain a certain position in the divine realm according to their ability attributes and cultivation level..."

    In practice on Douluo: Extremely rare/hard for humans due to short lifespans (even Limit Douluos struggle). It produces "Wild Gods" (god strength but no full Position/Immortal Qi, limited life—e.g., 1000 years for humans in Soul Land 4). Examples include post-evolution Douluo Planet characters or attempts like Yun Ming (Atlas Douluo in Soul Land 3), who tried creating his own god tablet/position purely through personal strength/merit (not faith) but died before completing it.

    The idea of "Merit Condensation" (understanding the laws well enough to condense a God Tablet on your own) only became possible in Soul Land 3 and 4 because the Douluo Planet itself evolved. Ah Yin became the Plane's Life Core, the Eternal Tree was created, and the planar level rose, allowing mortals to attempt it. In Tang San's era (SL1), the plane was too weak to support this.

    God Ranks: The Divine Realm operates on a strict hierarchy based on the purity and power of a God's origin.     Divine Power and Divine Consciousness: When an individual reaches Godhood, their mortal Spirit Power completely transforms into Divine Power (Shenli), and their Spirit Sea (mental power) transforms into Divine Consciousness / Divine Sense (Shenshi).

    Divine Power is a higher stage of energy. It is used by Gods the same way Spirit Masters use Spirit Power, but it fundamentally suppresses and nullifies all mortal energy. Divine Power is required for a God to fully utilize their abilities and unleash the true power of a Divine Weapon. This is the internal, active combat energy inside a God. It replaces a mortal's Spirit Power. When Tang San swings his Sea God Trident or uses a skill, he is spending Divine Power.

    Immortal Qi is the profound, higher-dimensional life energy that naturally flows throughout the Divine Realm. It is a sublimated, conceptual energy that is vastly superior to the natural spiritual energy found in the Mortal Plane.

    When a God ascends to the Divine Realm, their body and Divine Seat are constantly nourished and moistened by this Immortal Qi. It is this exact energy that reorganizes a God's body, grants them true immortality, and keeps them in absolute peak condition. If a God is somehow disconnected from the Divine Realm or forced to stay in the Mortal Plane without the nourishment of Immortal Qi, their divine longevity will eventually deplete. Furthermore, Immortal Qi is required for a God to fully unleash the conceptual power of a True Divine Weapon.

    A God's Divine Sense is golden and grants them a perception that cannot be noticed by mortals. Their Divine Sense allows them to project their will across vast distances, communicate across planes, and instantly teleport anywhere their sense covers.

    Spirit Bones are the bones left behind following the death of a Spirit Beast. The chances of a normal Spirit Beast dropping a Spirit Bone are astronomically rare (roughly 1 in 1,000). Generally speaking, the possibility of dropping a Spirit Bone increases if the Spirit Beast feels a huge amount of resentment before getting killed, dies willingly, or if the Spirit Beast is grateful for their death.

    The Absolute Rule of 100,000 Years: While normal Spirit Bones are based purely on luck, a 100,000-year Spirit Beast has a 100% absolute guarantee to drop a Spirit Bone upon death. Furthermore, this bone will intelligently form into a body part that the absorbing Spirit Master does not already possess, ensuring it can be used. Just like their Spirit Rings, 100,000-year Spirit Bones will always grant the user two distinct Spirit Abilities instead of just one.

    Value and Rarity: Spirit Bones are naturally more powerful the higher the cultivation of the spirit beast. 100,000-year soul bones are considered the absolute peak of the mortal world because 100,000-year spirit beasts are so few. Spirit Bones can be sold and bought, but at supremely high prices. Even wars occur to take these bones. There were once two countries that fought for a 20,000-year-old Spirit Bone, resulting in countless deaths. This is why 10,000-year-old Spirit Bones are known as "Treasures of the Bloody River."

After being cornered for his crimes, he committed suicide by jumping off Hell's Peak to prove his loyalty. He habitually calculates his options before taking action. Having the soul of an adult since childhood, he is exceptionally mature. His thirst for knowledge is astounding, carrying over from his previous life. He deeply loves his parents, honors his teachers, and has a profound, fiercely protective love for his friends, especially his childhood sweetheart, Xiao Wu. He will unhesitatingly throw himself in front of danger to save his precious ones. In combat, he is highly intellectual and cool-headed, carefully calculating probabilities and trap placements; he rarely enters a fight unprepared.

21. #21Tang San's Plot - Arc 1 (Nuoding Academy): Childhood up to joining Shrek.selective

    Tang San was brought up in the Spirit Saint Village. In a year he mastered the world's language. Since he was young, he tried to master his Tang Sect ability Mysterious Heaven Skill but was unable to breakthrough with it. He lived with his father who was an alcoholic. He wanted to learn blacksmith techniques from his father in order to make Hidden Weapons. At the age of 6, he underwent the Awakening Ceremony. From it he received the tool spirit Blue Grass which was considered trash by all, but unknown to the others he also received another spirit; Clear Sky Hammer. However, everyone was astonished to find Tang San had innate full spirit power which was an extremely rare occurrence but considered a waste when combined with Blue Grass.

    Upon seeing that Tang San's spirit was Blue Grass, his father became emotional stating it was inherited from his mother. Tang Hao was then astonished upon seeing his son had Twin Spirits and allowed him to attend the Beginner Academy although he forbid him from disclosing his second spirit power, especially since it was the powerful Clear Sky Hammer. Tang Hao imparted some of his blacksmith knowledge on to Tang San before he left for the Academy.

    Upon reaching the Nuoding Academy, he is recognized by Grandmaster for having twin spirits.[2] Thus Tang San recognizes Grandmaster as his teacher. Afterward, he reaches his living quarters where he is immediately challenged by Wang Sheng, the boss of room seven. Tang San without any problem defeats Wang Sheng in a duel.

    Within a few minutes, a new female student also arrives at the dormitory. According to the rules of Room No. 7, Tang San is forced to Fight the new student, Xiao Wu. Not wanting to injure her Tang San goes easy on her but gets defeated by her, thus transferring the title of the boss of Room No. 7 to her.

    Xiao Wu being a cheery, rash girl of the same age takes a liking to Tang San. She is also very careless, unlike Tang San. As Tang San having received bedding from Grandmaster, Xiao Wu forces him to share the bedding causing their beds to be adjoined. She also being exceptionally strong trains together with Tang San, often dueling with each other.

    As Tang San has innate full Spirit Power, Grandmaster takes him to get his first Spirit Ring. They happen upon a Datura Snake whose cultivation was four hundred and twenty two years. Tang San with his proficiency in Hidden Weapon manages to kill the snake thus obtaining his 1st Spirit Ring. This adds toughness as well as a paralysis effect to the Blue Grass.

    Upon returning to the academy Tang San finds out that Xiao Wu had picked a fight with the seniors. He defeats the opponents who sought to fight Xiao Wu, and Xiao Wu reveals she is also an Innate Full Spirit Power student and effectively becomes the boss of the student community.

    After a year Tang San returns home with Xiao Wu to find out that his father had left leaving him a message. Although heartbroken he vows to work even harder. During the stay, Tang San adopts Xiao Wu as his sister and vows to follow her and protect her at all times throughout his life.

The trials are assigned by the Guardians of the Seven Sacred Pillars, which measure a person's talent, potential, and destiny. When an examinee receives a trial, a colored brand appears on their forehead, signifying their trial's difficulty and number of tests.

    Rules and Time Limits: The natives of Sea God Island are mandatorily given their trials at age 18 and have 10 years to complete each test. Outsiders can take the test at any age, but they only have 1 year to complete each test. Once the trials begin, running away or exceeding the time limit will cause the Sea God seal on their forehead to detonate, resulting in severe punishment or death.

    Trial Difficulty Levels: White Level: The simplest trial. Requires completing a single, easy test. Yellow Level: Relatively simple. If an examinee fails within the time limit, they will not die, but they are banished from Sea God Island forever. Purple Level: Contains 1 to 3 tests.     Xiao Wu — Red Level One Trial: Because her soul was intertwined with Tang San's, her trial was entirely dependent on him. Her single Red trial was simply to "Accompany Tang San" through all of his tests until his inheritance was complete.

    The Shrek Devils — Black Level Trials: The rest of the Shrek Seven Devils triggered Black Level trials, an unprecedented event that shocked the island's natives. Their trials were identical to the first six of Tang San's, but scaled down for their respective power levels.     Bai Chenxiang — Yellow Level One Trial: She originally triggered a Yellow Level One trial, which merely required her to climb 18 steps of the Sea God Mountain. However, driven by her sheer determination and refusal to be left behind by the Shrek Seven Devils, she pushed through absolute physical agony to climb over 60 steps just to cultivate alongside them, earning the group's profound respect.

23. #23Tang San's Plot - Arc 2 (Shrek & The Tournament): Joining Shrek up to Xiao Wu's identity reveal.selective

    Five years later following graduation from Nuoding Academy Tang San along with Xiao Wu, under the instructions of Grandmaster, comes to Suotuo City to enroll in the Shrek Academy. After undergoing tests to enter the academy, with one of them being prevailing against Zhao Wuji the Vice Dean of the Shrek Academy, a Spirit Sage ranked spirit master, with the help of his hidden weapons, they successfully enroll in the academy along with Zhu Zhuqing and Ning Rongrong. Tang San also meets Dai Mubai, Oscar, and Ma Hongjun. These seven students are the only seven students of the academy that make up the Shrek Seven Devils, a group of young, exceptionally talented, genius Spirit Masters.

    After Oscar breaks through the 30th Spirit Rank, they go to Star Dou Forest to find the third Spirit Ring for Oscar. They happen upon a Phoenix Tail Crest Serpent with cultivation exceeding a thousand three hundred years. After capturing it they are challenged by Chao Tianxiang, who claims the Serpent belongs to her and her granddaughter. To decide who gets the serpent Tang San accepts the challenge from Meng Yiran, Chao Tianxiang's granddaughter on behalf of Oscar. After successfully defeating her Tang San cultivates to recover from injuries and also breaks through the 30th Spirit Rank, becoming the youngest in Shrek Academy History to reach Rank 30 (which however is soon broken by Xiao Wu).

    They are attacked by a Titan Giant Ape called Er Ming, who kidnaps Xiao Wu. Tang San immediately sets after the Titan Giant Ape and gets attacked by a Man Faced Demon Spider. With the help of the Godly Zhuge Crossbow and Clear Sky Hammer, Tang San manages to defeat the Spirit Beast. Meng Shu along with his wife Chao Tianxiang and granddaughter Meng Yiran arrives at the scene. Meng Yiran, furious that he stole her Spirit Beast again challenges him to a knife-throwing contest. Tang San, thanks to his proficiency with hidden weapons overwhelmingly defeats Meng Yiran.

    Then he goes on to absorb the Spirit Ring of the Man Faced Demon Spider wanting to quickly go and save Xiao Wu. Several hours after beginning the process of absorption Xiao Wu comes back to the Tang San and the rest. After seeing the Man Faced Demon Spider, she reveals that its cultivation exceeds two thousand years which is way over the limit for the absorption of the 3rd Spirit Ring. Tang San undergoes excruciating pain but finally manages to absorb the Spirit Ring and at the same time obtains an External Spirit Bone.

    Afterward, they return to the Shrek Academy and Grandmaster arrives as well taking over the training of Shrek Seven Devils. Grandmaster gives them team-building exercises that are extremely hard but very effective. The second stage of Grandmaster's training consists of the Shrek Seven Devils participating in the Great Spirit Arena in Suotuo City to achieve Silver Spirit Fighter Badges. They all wear masks and use assumed names to hide their identity, with Tang San becoming the Thousand Hands Asura. Tang San having formed a team with Xiao Wu before as the Three Five Combination takes part in individual, 2 vs 2, and team matches.

    Their first team battle is against the Mad Battle Team who are all Spirit Masters above the rank of 35. Everyone assumes it will be an easy victory for the Mad Battle Team, but Tang San with his exceptional wisdom, adaptability, controls the battle efficiently from the very start. Nearing the end when the Shrek Seven Devils attack the Auxiliary Spirit Master of the Mad Battle Team, he unleashes his 1,000-year spirit ring's Fanaticism ability which causes all of the Shrek Seven Devils to take to air using Oscar's mushroom sausage. With Oscar's spirit power-draining Tang San asks everyone to leave the ring, taking on the six remaining members of the Mad Battle Team all by himself. With the help of his external spirit bone Eight Spider Lances and the binding property of Blue Silver Grass, Tang San restricts the members of the Mad Battle Team resulting in the Shrek Seven Devils win.

    They consecutively win their matches causing them to increase in reputation. Therefore they are approached by Manager Ao of the Suotuo Great Spirit Arena, asking them to battle against a Silver ranked team, the Emperor Team. Tang San wanted to defeat the Emperor Team, asks Grandmaster to let him plan the entire battle. He effectively lures the opposing captain Yu Tianheng into a trap and rendering him unable to fight. Infuriated Dugu Yan unleashes her 1,000-year spirit ring, a violet-colored deadly poison called Jade Phosphor Violet Poison. However much to the astonishment of Dugu Yan, Tang San with his expert knowledge in poisons neutralizes it using alcohol and fire. The Emperor Team recovers their health with the help of their Auxiliary Spirit master and presses on to attack the Shrek Seven Devils. Xiao Wu gets attacked causing her to get injured and lose consciousness. Infuriated Tang San with his eyes turning red unleashes his Eight Spider Lances. He immediately poisons the twins and pins Dugu Yan and the Emperor Team quickly concedes, admitting defeat.

    Having completed one month in the Great Spirit Arena, they go to tally up their points earned from the matches. Tang San with a battle record of 28 wins and 0 losses in individual fights, 28 wins and 0 losses in 2 vs 2 fights and 28 wins and 0 losses in team fights obtains 5,567 points, thus earning him the Gold Fighter Spirit Badge.

    After finding out that the teacher of the Emperor Team is Qin Ming, a former Shrek Academy student, Grandmaster proposes a student exchange to the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy as it contains better facilities and Spirit Mimicry Environment. On their way, they enter the Silver Kingdom's Great Spirit Arena to take part in a team battle. However, since there are no level 30 Gold-ranked teams, they challenge a level 40 team of Silver rank called the Fiend Team which is a team that often kills in the arena. At the very start of the match, all of Shrek Seven Devils equipped with Godly Zhuge Crossbows unleashes them causing a one-sided massacre. This being their first time killing another human being causes them to be devastated with only Tang San showing a strong sense of being albeit shaken up.

    Arriving at the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy, they are welcomed by the three elders of Heaven Dou Academy's board of education having Spirit Douluo rank. Having heard exceptional remarks about Tang San, one of the elders Zhi Lin tests Tang San using his Spirit Power. The elders are immediately surprised seeing Tang San resist Spirit Power that far surpassed his current level. It turns to astonishment upon seeing Tang San reveal his external spirit bone. The enormous pressure caused Tang San to complete the fusion with the external spirit bone, breakthrough to the 34th spirit rank, and open one of the Eight Meridians - the Penetrating Meridian.

    The elders' extreme eagerness to have the Shrek Seven Devils was however deterred with the arrival of Prince Xue Xing. The Shrek Seven Devils having gotten into a fight with Xue Beng the earlier day for being rude, were denied admission, with Dugu Bo, a Titled Douluo telling them to get lost.

    Disheartened the Shrek Seven Devils left the academy along with Qin Ming who quit his post as a teacher at Heaven Dou Imperial Academy. They come across a recruiting poster for teachers for Blue Tyrant Academy. Flender asking everyone to join with him in enrolling, they visit the academy and meet with an old friend of Flender and the Grandmaster, Liu Erlong. She immediately hands over the Academy to Flender, renaming it as Shrek Academy.

    Tang San after hearing about the past of Golden Iron Triangle from Grandmaster, reprimands him for staying away from Liu Erlong for all these years. Letting him and Liu Erlong have a private moment, Tang San removes himself from their presence, but immediately gets kidnapped by Dugu Bo. However after gloating at Dugu Bo and successfully deducing the poison that is having a deleterious effect on Dugu Bo's health, Tang San manages to avert immediate death and instead receives a challenge to successfully withstand 3 of Dugu Bo's poisons. Dugu Bo takes Tang San to his private medicinal garden. Upon arriving Tang San is astonished to find the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well along with many Immortal Herbs. Dugu Bo allows Tang San one day to prepare for his challenge and leaves him at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. Thanks to the knowledge from his previous life Tang San eats the Octagonal Mysterious Ice Grass and the Infernal Delicate Apricot, which allows him to dip in the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well and considerably strengthen his body.

    The Golden Iron Triangle tracks down and battles Dugu Bo after he told them Tan San was dead. When they were on the verge of defeat, Tang San appeared and saved them by stopping Dugu Bo, stating that he only went with Dugu Bo to learn about poisons from him. Dugu Bo although surprised, sticks to the cover story, saying he will have Tang San as a student for about 6 months. After the Golden Iron Triangle retreats, Tang San and Dugu Bo go to the medicinal garden to carry out his challenge. Tang San successfully neutralizes all 3 poisons in the challenge. Dugu Bo convinced that Tang San can cure him of his and his granddaughter's poisoning allows him to brew medicine to cure him. As a precaution he requires that Tang San swallow a pearl containing Dugu's poison and energy, promising it would kill him if Dugu Bo died, but while in him would help speed up cultivation. Tang San thus spends the next six months working with and studying the herbs in the private garden alongside Dugu Bo. Tang San uses this time to upgrade all of the poisons on his hidden weapons, including preparing new poisons like the Yama's invitation, as well as cultivate in the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well. At the end of the six months, Tang San receives a special storage tool that can keep living things alive, unlike his 24 Moonlight Bridges, as well the fulfillment of three promises for winning the poison challenge. One was already used to save his teachers and protect Shrek Academy from harm. The second was that he be able to take any herb he wanted from the garden with him. Finally the third was to have Dugu Bo become an adviser at Shrek Academy. Before they leave to return back to Shrek Academy, Dugu Bo gets a shock that Tang San took everything in the garden, leaving nothing but seeds left.

    After being away for six months they return to the Shrek Academy with Dugu Bo accepting to become an adviser for the Shrek Academy. Tang San brings back a herb for each of the Shrek Seven Devils as well as the Grandmaster. Dai Mubai gets Singular Velvet Sky Chrysanthemum, Oscar gets Eight Petal Immortal Orchid, Ma Hongjun gets Cockscomb Phoenix Sunflower and Ning Rongrong gets Beautiful Silk Tulip. Tang San then presents a special flower, the Yearning Heartbroken Red, and tells it's a legend about the flower goddess and the requirement needed to open the flower. First Zhu Zhuqing and then Grandmaster try, but ultimately both were unable to be the master of the flower Yearning Heartbroken Red because of their wavering hearts. However, Xiao Wu manages to become the master of the flower but refuses to eat it and instead wishes to keep it safe with her at all times. Zhu Zhuqing, therefore, gets the Daffodil Jade Flesh Bone which was originally intended to be given to Xiao Wu, and Grandmaster gets Nine Treasure Purple Zoysia. Tang San takes the Full Moon Wearing Autumn Dew which helps in breaking through to the next stage of Purple Demon Eye, the mustard seed. All the herbs give a considerable boost to everyone's spirit power (apart from Xiao Wu, since she didn't eat her herb), raising everyone by several levels and even allowing Grandmaster to finally after several decades of trying, to break through to the 30th level. Everyone is extremely happy and thankful to Tang San, Ning Rongrong even going as far as to kiss Tang San hard on his face for finding that her herb had caused her Spirit Essence to evolve into the legendary Nine Treasures Tile Pagoda.

    Tang San attends the classes of the New Shrek Academy for the first time and is immediately challenged to a duel by the self-proclaimed Academy Chief Tai Long. After an initial fight within the classroom, Tang San fights with him again after class in a forest. Tai Long due to his tenacious character no matter how many times he got beaten refuses to accept defeat causing Tang San to dislocate his joints. The injuries caused by Tang San cause Tai Long's father Vigorous King Tai Nuo to come to the academy and challenge Tang San. Taking advantage of Tai Nuo going easy on him, underestimating him since he was a Spirit Master with at least 20 levels difference, Tang San with the help of his hidden weapons and external spirit bone manages to defeat Tai Nuo.

    The following day Tai Long's grandfather Vigorous God Tai Tan arrives at the academy seeking Tang San. He makes a wager with Tang San to endure the Spirit Pressure of Tai Tan for one stick of incense with the conditions being if Tang San wins Tai Long and Tai Nuo will join Tang Sect if Tai Tan wins Tang San will join the One Strength Clan. Tai Tan starts with sixty percent of his power increasing it slowly to ninety percent which astonishes him. With ninety percent power, unable to hold on Tang San subconsciously brings out his other Spirit, Clear Sky Hammer which shocks Tai Tan. The match is immediately stopped by Ning Fengzhi and Bone Douluo Gu Rong.

    Tai Tan upon realizing Tang San is the son of Tang Hao, his old master immediately kneels down and shows respect to Tang San much to his and everyone present's bewilderment. Later privately Tai Tan reveals that Tang Hao is the Titled Douluo, Title Clear Sky from the Clear Sky Clan. He then meets with Ning Fengzhi who reaffirms the strength of Tang Hao stating he was the continent's youngest Titled Douluo. They then strike up a deal for creating Tang San's hidden weapons thereby earning him 5 million gold spirit coins. Grandmaster reveals that his father had always looked out for him and that he beat up Zhao Wuji for injuring Tang San.

    After everyone except Xiao Wu reaches rank 40, the Shrek Seven Devils along with Grandmaster, Flender, Zhao Wuji, and Liu Erlong sets out to Sunset Forest to capture spirit beasts. They first collect the spirit rings for Ma Hongjun and finally for Oscar. After that, however, they are unable to happen upon suitable spirit beasts for absorption. Thus Tang San proposes a method to attract spirit beasts using the Aromatic Silk Beauty immortal treasure herb. They arrive at the lair of Dugu Bo to be within the margin of his poisonous formation which would allow them to have a place to retreat to. They then lure in spirit beasts using the Aromatic Silk Beauty. Spirit beasts for Zhu Zhuqing and Ning Rongrong are captured with the help of the Flying God Claw.

    Despite the presence of a nearly 6,000-year-old Man Faced Demon Spider present among the spirit beasts which is perfect for him, Tang San chooses a 10,000-year-old Pit Demon Spider. Tang San then goes on to the Ice and Fire Ying Yang Well to absorb the spirit ring of the Pit Demon Spider utilizing the properties of the well and using shock from Purple Demon Eye to avoid Soul Shock will help in the absorption process. After 10 hours he successfully manages to absorb the Spirit Ring and return to the others.

    The Shrek Seven Devils then enter Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament with Tai Long, Huang Yuan, Jing Ling, and Jiang Zhu as the substitutes. They are straight away ridiculed for their snot green colored uniform. During the opening ceremony, they are matched up with the second team of Heaven Dou Imperial Academy. Dai Mubai, Tai Long, Huang Yuan, Tang San, Xiao Wu, Jing Ling, and Jiang Zhu takes part in the battle. However, everyone's scorns are immediately converted in amazement and shock following the appearance of the Shrek Academy's spirit rings especially seeing Tang San's 10,000 year fourth Spirit Ring which is an unprecedented occurrence. On Tang San's command, every one of Shrek Academy Team sets upon the opposing team except Jiang Zhu who casts a ring wide healing effect. They cause heavy injuries to the opposing team and finish the battle in one minute.

    After the match Ning Fengzhi takes Tang San to meet with Xue Qinghe who reveals what he knows about Tang Hao's seclusion. Then Tang San goes to cultivate with Ning Rongrong on techniques handed down by the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan.

    Given the choice to fight or give up to save their strength against the Elephant Armored Academy, Tang San chooses to fight. He comes up with a strategy and does not field the full strength of the Shrek Academy, whilst substituting Zhu Zhuqing for Tai Long and Oscar for Jiang Zhu. Following the start of the match, he takes to the air with the help of Oscar's flying mushroom sausage, carrying the whole team with him. He restrains the whole team using Blue Silver Prison and commands Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing to unleash Hell White Tiger and manage to defeat the Elephant Armored Academy.

    Following the forfeiting of a match by an opponent, not wanting to stick around, Tang San makes his way back to the Shrek Academy all alone. He soon discovers there seems to be something wrong and encounters Shi Nian who has trapped him within a dream in order to kill him. Tang San is subjected to his worst fears but he manages to break free using the Purple Demon Eyes and strikes Shi Nian with the Yama's Invitation effectively killing him. He collects Shi Nian's dropped Skull Spirit Bone.

    Wanting to go up against Blazing Academy despite Grandmaster's cautions he takes part in the battle with the four substitutes. He tries to drag the opposing Captain Huo Wushuang into a trap but the situation becomes reversed due to Huo Wu's ability with him becoming a target of a 4 on 1 attack. He effectively displays his close combat fighting prowess and uses one of the opponents as a shield to make the 3 others deflect their attacks. When Huo Wu uses her final attack, leaving his teammates behind, he goes forward to meet with the attack. He withstands Huo Wu's 4th Spirit Ring ability due to his fire immunity, stating the opponents had been lead the false conclusion by him that his Spirit cannot withstand fire attacks and thus he had not used any in the match. With that, he traps the opposing seven in Blue Silver Prisons thus winning the match.

    Before the fight against the Blue Sunshine Academy, Huo Wu angry that Shrek Academy is using more power against the Blue Sunshine Academy than the Blazing Academy bumps into Tang San. Tang San subconsciously neutralizes her force and sends her tumbling, immediately bringing out the Godly Zhuge Crossbow to take anyone who stands in his way out. However, Huo Wu leaves without making a scene.

    At the start of the match, Tang San makes everyone wait without attacking in order to see what the opponent would do. After the Blue Sunshine Academy unleashes the Seven Asura Dreamland by combining their power, they reveal their knowledge over Shi Nian's death and their intent to kill Tang San for the Spirit Bone. Tang San makes his teammates act as if they were seriously injured and then attacks the opponent's brains with his Purple Demon Eyes. This destroys their sanity and brings their IQ's down to the level of a 2-year-old's.

    After having to forfeit two matches following their victory against Blue Sunshine Academy to keep up the pretense that they are injured, they continuously win their matches arriving at the final match of the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament Qualifiers. Their final match is against the Skywater Academy.

    From the beginning of the match, Tang San is pressured by the opposing Captain and Control System Spirit Master Shui Bing'er. She effectively controls the battlefield to her advantage, restraining Tang San's ability. However, Tang San manages to make an opening and strike back. This causes Shui Bing-Er to unleash her Spirit Fusion ability Drifting Snow. Tang San not wanting to back away takes up her challenge to withstand her attack. Before the very final attack, Tang San makes the others leave the ring and confronts the Spirit Fusion with the help of the Eight Spider Lances. However, when Shui Bing'er admits defeats, Tang San admits defeat along with her because he had never considered using the Eight Spider Lances to fight until the finals and thus the match ends in a tie.

    Following the fight against the Skywater Academy, he secludes himself in his cabin at the Shrek Academy to reflect on his actions causing him to fall into a depression. He goes two days without eating, heavily doubting his abilities and the strength of his Tool Spirit Blue Silver Grass. He thinks to stop cultivating in that and start using the Clear Sky Hammer instead.

    Dugu Bo then arrives and speaks with Tang San. They share stories and he advises Tang San, saying the reason he though Tang San as a monster was exactly because of his Blue Silver Grass Spirit. This causes Tang San to clear out his doubts. He becomes further excited when Dugu Bo reveals that the prize for winning the competition will be 3 Spirit Bones.

    Xiao Wu is pleased that Tang San had come out of his dark mood and after a hearty meal they have a duel without the use of Hidden Weapons and Spirit Power. Tang San is defeated and they share a moment of passion embraced in each other's arms. Xiao Wu's insights further help him to strengthen his Blue Silver Grass and erase his weaknesses. He trains by himself for a while forming a variant form of Blue Silver Prison known as the Blue Silver Thrust.

    He then joins up with the others to train under Grandmaster's regimen; constantly battling against Liu Erlong. He comes up with a scheme to defeat her by intentionally lowering their abilities as to appear weak and on the final day goes out full strength managing to defeat her. This causes Liu Erlong to lose her temper following her defeat and beat them up.

    Tang San and the rest arrive at the Heaven Dou Imperial Household Barracks to partake in the Ranking Competition. He is met with Ning Fengzhi and Xue Qinghe who offer to move them to better quarters if he wishes it.

    Their first fight at the Ranking Competition is against Balak Academy. After Xiao Wu successively defeats 5 opponents, Tang San appears on the ring, but after seeing his 4th Spirit Ring, the 2 other opponents forfeit their match.

    The fifth match in the Ranking Competition is against the Blazing Academy. Tang San is the first contender and he battles against Huo Wushuang first and defeats him by utilizing his Tang Sect techniques, with the minimal use of his Spirit Power. He goes on to defeat 5 more opponents, thus successfully defeating 6 in a row.

    His final match is against Huo Wu, who hates Tang San a lot. From the start of the match, she uses her ability to push back Tang San to the edge of the ring and then causes him to jump into the air. She unleashes her most powerful attack, depleting her spirit power. Unable to stop it, Tang San proceeds to use Huo Wu as a shield in order to deflect the attack. But seeing she is unable or unwilling to alter the course, he uses his own body as a shield to protect her, which to everyone's surprise didn't even cause major injuries to his back and his internal organs but rather only a minor flesh wound.

    He recovers in a few days and itches to get back on to the fighting field but is opposed by his team members and made to rest. Thus he decides to take it easy and not fight.

    Following the fight against Botanic Academy, Huo Wu asks to speak to him alone. Tang San follows her to a secluded spot. He explains the reason why he saved her was that he holds no enmity to her and because he wishes not to hold any enmity between the academies as well when she asks. She then tries to kiss him on the lips to which he immediately turns his head to avoid and the kiss falls on his cheek. She reasons that since she does not want to owe anyone her first kiss squares the debt between them.

    He quickly washes his face, not leaving any traces of the kiss. He then goes back and comes upon Xiao Wu. He immediately blurts everything out to her, not wanting to keep anything from her. He feels much better after he tells Xiao Wu everything. Xiao Wu then suddenly leaps onto Tang San, her legs winding around his waist, her arms around his neck, embracing him tightly and kisses him on the lips causing Tang San's mind to go blank, and thus she takes his first kiss. The kiss helps Tang San to understand more of his feelings of real love towards Xiao Wu.

    After the Shrek Academy's fight against Thunderclap Academy, Feng Xiaotian finds him and challenges to a one on one battle with whoever wins the battle will give the victory to the whole team. Tang San is initially reluctant to accept the battle since he is just an individual in the team but as Dai Mubai and Grandmaster tells him its okay, he accepts the challenge.

    From the start of the match, Tang San matches Feng Xiaotian's pace and is amazed by his strength and speed. As Feng Xiaotian unleashes his self made spirit ability Stormwind Demon Wolf’s Thirty-Six Successive Chops, being unable to withstand it Tang San reveals his Clear Sky Hammer and uses Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer to counteract it. This enables him to win the battle. He then tells him that there is nothing going on between him and Huo Wu.

    On the way to the Spirit City to attend the Finals of the tournament, the whole envoy is ambushed by an army of men pretending to be bandits. Tang San quickly takes part in the battle, utilizing his full strength, combining his Hidden Weapons with his Mysterious Heaven Arts and quickly turning the tide fighting against the Shrek Academy by killing many of them. However, he is then sought by many powerful opponents and even the Chrysanthemum Douluo takes part in the battle to kill the members of the Shrek Academy.

    When Tang San realizes he is the target of the entire attack, he offers his own life to save the others and let them go free. Dugu Bo also enters the battlefield to take on the Chrysanthemum Douluo and to restrain him, Gui Mei takes part in the battle. He is then attacked by Chrysanthemum Douluo, which however is stopped by Chen Xin who causes the entire army to retreat and flee.

    Following their departure Ning Fengzhi offers protection to Tang San by sending him to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan Headquarters with Chen Xin. However, Tang San rejects his offer stating he wants to help his teammates win the tournament.

    After hearing from Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing that they absolutely must win against Star Luo Imperial Academy, Tang San promises them to do his utmost. Upon the instructions given by Grandmaster, Tang San coordinates his teammates and fully unleashes a barrage of attacks leaving no room to retaliate and thus emerges victorious.

    Having given up the 3 way one vs one knockout competition in the semi-finals because of the conspiring between Spirit Hall and Godwind Academy, he along with the rest gets ready for the evening team battle. The Shrek Seven Devils under the guidance of Grandmaster produces a Seven Devil Fusion ability with Tang San being the recipient of all the Spirit Power which shocks all the people present at the Semi-Finals of the competition. Having acquired the power from his friends Tang San uses Clear Sky Hammer's Tool Spirit Avatar which is usually only usable following reaching Rank 70. Tang San thus uses it to utterly crush his opponents off the Godwind Academy.

    Right from the start of the match against Spirit Hall Academy, Tang San utilizes his Purple Demon Eyes to resist Hu Liena's charm ability. Following the Spirit Fusion Charm Demon between Hu Liena and Xie Yue a red fog is released which obstructs the vision of everyone except the originator of the Spirit Fusion. However, Tang San is able to see through the fog due to his Purple Demon Eyes and thus removes the other Shrek Seven Devils away from the fog, for them to confront the other members of the Spirit Hall Academy team while he confronts the Spirit Fusion Charm Demon, by himself within the fog unseen by all others. He holds out against the might of the Spirit Fusion ability which surpasses the power of a Spirit Emperor. He unleashes his Eight Spider Lances and upon this Xie Yue unleashes his strongest spirit ability, Full Moon. Tang San counters the Full Moon using his Eight Spider Lances causing him to shatter all the eight lances leaving him bloody. However, his effort dissolves the Charm Demon Spirit Fusion. As a last resort, he uses the shattered pieces of the Eight Spider Lances and using his Tang Sect Secret Technique unleashes Batwing Rebound which attacks all the members of the Spirit Hall Academy team and faints.

    He is soon awakened by the healing effect of Ning Fengzhi's spirit as well as other's help, the match having been concluded with Shrek Academy's victory thanks to Tang San's attack rendering all the opponents poisoned and unable to move. He then reabsorbs the poison, absorbing some of the vitality along with it.

    At the awarding of the three Spirit Bones, Dai Mubai makes Tang San receive them as the representative of Shrek Academy. Although Tang San wishes to have the Focusing Wisdom Skull, because of Ning Rongrong he thinks of giving it up but she shuts him down, letting him take the skull bone instead. Tang San in return hands her the Skull Bone he had obtained from Shi Nian to Rongrong.

    Then Bibi Dong orders to capture Xiao Wu, to which Tang San quickly gets in front in order to protect her. He then reveals to Xiao Wu that he had known since he took the herb Full Moon Wearing Autumn Dew. He tells her no matter what she is, his feeling for her will not change and confesses his love for her.

    Tang Hao then emerges from the sky and unleashes an extremely powerful attack which causes all those under the Spirit Rank of 70 to faint. He then brings away the unconscious Tang San and Xiao Wu.

    He wakes up to find that Xiao Wu had left back to her home and he converses with his father. He expresses he holds no hates for him and only loves him. Tang Hao explains about Spirit Beast Evolution and why Xiao Wu is weak even though she is a 100,000-year-old Spirit Beast. He then states that Tang San will undergo a strict training regiment by him and sets off traveling.

    Tang San travels along with Tang Hao while recovering from his injuries but fully exerting his Spirit Power to keep up with his father while traversing difficult terrains. After a half, a month of traveling they come upon a mountain range and Tang San using his fully healed Eight Spider Lances to climb the mountain. Then they come to an area with a waterfall.

    Tang Hao advises Tang San to absorb the Focusing Wisdom Skull Bone. It takes Tang San three whole days to fully absorb the Spirit Bone following which his intelligence greatly increases, unlocks his spiritual force which exerts equaling that of a Spirit Douluo's due to his constant cultivation of the Purple Demon Eye since childhood and also gives him unique abilities.

    Then Tang Hao seals his Spirit Power and hands him a metal hammer telling him to unleash and complete the 81 strikes of the Disorder Wind Splitting Hammer while on top of a boulder directly beneath the waterfall. It takes him 5 days just to stay on top of the boulder for five seconds and he slowly and steadily starts to gain more momentum and it takes him 3 months to completely unleash the 81 strikes.

    Having finished that, Tang Hao throws away the metal hammer, giving Tang San a wooden hammer and repeat the whole process and to make himself another wooden hammer in case it breaks. Tang San finds it harder to accomplish as the center of gravity has deviated due to the lightness of the wooden hammer and also due to its nature of getting easily broken under the effect of the force. He learns to control his force and it takes him 9 months to complete the 81 strikes with the wooden hammer.

    The training then continued on for another year using Tang San's Clear Sky Hammer, utilizing it to split the waterfall into two. Tang San's body was made sturdy due to its constant forging under the waterfall. Then Tang Hao takes Tang San to an ancient forest and asks him to feel his surrounding through his Spirit Power.

    As he unleashes it, he hears an ancient voice, beckoning him to come to it. Tang San follows it and meets with the Blue Silver King, who is excited to meet him. The Blue Silver King tells Tang San that he possesses the blood of the Blue Silver Empress and helps him awaken it and at the same time condenses Tang San's 5th Spirit Ring. The secondary awakening causes Tang San's spirit to change from Blue Silver Grass to Blue Silver Emperor and also makes him undergo massive changes thus making him a very handsome person.

    Returning to his father, he finds out that Tang Hao suffers from severe life-threatening injuries, and tries to stabilize him. As Tang Hao awakens, he stops Tang San, stating that it is nothing new. Tang San however makes him promise not to fight again, threatening by trying to take his own life, if he did not keep it.

    Then they travel to a tavern, where Tang Hao orders two Bloody Mary's. After Tang San drinks it Tang Hao reveals it to be human blood which causes him to throw up and be jeered by the men in the tavern. Tang Hao tells him to kill all the men in the tavern, and Tang San unleashes his 4th Spirit Ring variant ability Blue Silver Thrust killing the 22 men quickly. Then he discovers a hidden area within the tavern and goes into it, thus entering the Slaughter City.

    Having entered Slaughter City in a peculiar way he broke the rules and thus is stopped by Dread Knight Scott who tells him that Tang San has to face him in order to enter the city. Thus Tang San prepares to fight him but realizes he is unable to use his Spirit Abilities, however without panicking he uses Clear Sky Hammer and attacks Dread Knight Scott causing him severe injuring and thus is given the tile with the number 9528 which grants him entrance to the Slaughter City.

    He is then met by a black-masked woman who accompanies him for 24 hours as rookie protection, answering any questions he has. Upon learning that in order to leave the city he must become the champion of Hell Slaughter Arena and then challenge Hell's Road. Completing Hell's Road enables you to leave Slaughter City. You will become the champion of the Slaughter Arena once you can achieve one hundred wins. After hearing this he asks her to guide him to the arena. On the way, he encounters an assassin who tries to kill him but with Hu Liena's assistance, Tang San manages to kill the assassin. Later on in the day, he participates in his first fight in the Arena.

    A year later his record at the Hell Slaughter Arena is sixty-seven wins with having killed over a thousand people while at Slaughter City. Due to his immense display of strength and complete ruthlessness, he was given the title "Asura King" and people avoided participating with him in fights and making it harder to increase his number of wins.

    When Tang San completed 99 victories, Hu Liena comes to him asking for an alliance. Although wary of her at first, Tang San listens to her as she explains her origins and the secrets of the Hell Road. Seeing no ill intentions Tang San decides to cooperate with her and gives her pill to counteract the poisonous effect a Bloody Mary has on the body which she immediately takes, stating that she believes him.

    After Tang San completes 100 victories, the Slaughter King descends on to the Arena and invites Hu Leina into the Arena. He then offers them the title of Deathgod and says they could enter and leave Slaughter City as they wished. However, Tang San rejects the offer and states his goal in coming here was to walk the Hell Road. Once the Slaughter King opens Hell Road, Tang San feels the ground drop beneath his feet and lands on a round platform. He sees that Hu Leina's, killing intent was going out of control causing her body to spasm, eyes to turn red, and her body to release faint red mist. Using his innate domain he brings her back to normal. Using his purple demon eye, he sees that the platform was on top of a blood reservoir from all the people that had been killed at Slaughter City.

    With both their intelligence they realize that they have to be connected while traveling through the Hell Road and thus Hu Liena strips tearing her clothes to pieces. Seeing her near-naked body with alluring features causes Tang San to be slightly charmed and when she asks him to strip as well, he states that one person's clothes are enough and that she was too hasty in stripping and tearing her clothes.[31] She makes a rope using the torn clothes and connects them together. Tang San takes the front, mostly in order to not have any distracting thoughts seeing Hu Liena in her underwear.

    They travel forward and encounter bats who attack them. Tang San using his Innate Blue Silver Domain along with hidden weapons manage to overcome a large number of the nearly countless amount of bats. They then reach a Dark Golden Three Headed Bat King which attacks them and coordinates the movement of the other bats as well destroying the mountain path they are on. Tang San puts himself in dangerous positions to test the loyalty to Hu Liena's alliance with him. With Hu Liena's help, Tang San closes in on the distance between him and the Dark Golden Three-Headed Bat and crushes its three heads by using the Clear Sky Hammer, Godly Zhuge Crossbow and Purple God Light. Following its death, the rest of the bats become disorderly and are easily cleared up.

    After resting for a while they encounter a Ten Headed Fierce Yang Serpent. Tang San takes it on using his Clear Sky Hammer. He uses the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer, attracting the serpent to him using its gravitational field as it tries to flee away and obtains its neidan.

    Going further in the Hell Road causes the Killing Intent within them to surge uncontrollably, along with the atmospheric temperature. Hu Liena, who is about to lose herself to the surging within her, trusts her life on Tang San, urging him to knock her out. Tang San after some hesitation, knocks her out and carries her near-naked body looking for the exit while trying hard to subdue his desires. He privately drops the Immortal Herb "Snow Swan Kiss" into the below plasma foundation of Slaughter City to eradicate it in the name of "worldly righteousness". He reaches a large chasm beyond which lies the exit. Using his Eight Spider Lances, Flying God Claw, and Blue Silver Grass, he manages to traverse it. Following reaching the exit, he becomes unconscious.

    When he returns to he finds that he has received the Deathgod Domain with the pattern of Hell Road embedded into the Clear Sky Hammer. He realizes the presence of Hu Liena who had woken up before him. After exchanging a few words and Hu Liena hugging him, he leaves. He comes upon Tang Hao, who had been nearby.

    Tang Hao brings Tang San to the Moon Pavilion and asks to see the head of the Moon Pavilion but is asked to leave by the Manager for his inelegance, causing Tang San to lose his calm. As per his father's instructions on not to kill or destroy the place, Tang San easily subdues the 2 lackeys under the Manager. The Manager Aude enters into the battle but is suppressed by Tang San's Deathgod Domain and Blue Silver Emperor spirit causing the head to come out to see the disturbance. She after hearing the words spoken by the assistance, immediately breaks down crying and hugging Tang Hao causing Tang San to be bewildered. She then reveals herself to be Tang Yuehua, his aunt. Tang Hao takes his leave entrusting Tang San to Tang Yuehua to cleanse his murderous aura and learn etiquette.

    After a year, he is number one in his class and is allowed to graduate. He learns everything perfectly and to the standards of his aunt. At the graduation ceremony he meets prince Xue Qinghe, however, the prince does not recognize him due to the change in his appearance.

    After parting with his aunt, he follows the map that his father gave him and arrives back at the mountain range where he trained with his father. On arrival, he notices that his father has his left leg cut off at the base, along with his right arm. On noticing this Tang San gets very angry forcefully activating his Deathgod Domain. He is then dumbfounded when his father tells him that he cut them off himself and that he should know that no one can leave him like this.

    His father takes him into a cave with a single strand of Blue Silver Grass. He kneels in front of the grass and cries realizing that his mother was a 100,000-year-old spirit beast like Xiao Wu. His Blue Silver Domain opens up causing the strand of blue silver grass to grow. After his father tells him what happened to his mother, Ah Yin, and the events that took place 20 years ago, he promises that he will repay his parents' debt. He then accepts his father's request of making the Clear Sky Clan flourish again. He tells his father that at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well, plants will grow 1,000 times more quickly than the normal rate and this might help his mother recover. After giving his father a Dragon Zoysia Leaf, he instructs him to take one once a month to solidify his body's vitality and recover his health.

    Tang San is then handed over a case which contains 3 extremely valuable spirit bone. One of it came from his mother and as he is a bit hesitant on whether to accept it, a leaf from Ah Yin's Blue Silver Grass wraps around him, urging him to merge with it. Thus Tang San absorbs the Right Leg Bone which his mother left for him and the absorption process goes extremely smoothly without any pain or rejection. After he absorbs it, he puts the other two-spirit bones away as he was asked by his father to return them to the Clear Sky Hammer.

    They then make their way to the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well in the Sunset Forest where after finding the optimal place for Ah Yin to grow, she is replanted. Tang San then helps to stabilize Tang Hao's cultivation and also produces a pill using his own blood to allow Tang Hao to remain at Ah Yin's side without any repercussions from the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

    He then following the map given to him by Tang Hao, makes his way to the Clear Sky Clan, and arrives at a remote village. He is shocked to see the deterioration. The villagers aren't welcome to any outsiders but upon seeing his Clear Sky Hammer, he is asked to wait.

    Three people then arrive in order to escort him to the true area of the Clear Sky Clan. They traverse through a mountainous area and arrive at an entirely separated area that can only be accessed by crossing using a harness attached to metallic chains. As they are crossing an incident occurs with a massive bird snapping the metal chain thus causing two the escorts and Tang San to pummel down. Tang San quickly uses his Blue Silver Grass in order to save them and successfully manages to enter the Clear Sky Clan.

    He then meets with his uncle, Tang Xiao for the first time who is accompanied by Tang Yuehua. Tang Xiao using his spirit and the presence of a Titled Douluo, pressures Tang San. Tang San however unleashes his both domains and uses all his strength to withstand it and manages to pay his respects. Tang San returns Tang Hao's spirit bones causing both Tang Xiao and Tang Yuehua to be immensely sad for their brother. Tang Yuehua then explains the power distribution in the clan and allows him to rest for him to be inducted into the clan on the next day.

    The following day after having breakfast with Tang Long, he is taken to the Clear Sky Clan courtyard where he is met with the elder and the other disciples of the Clear Sky Clan. They are very unwelcoming and hurls abuses at him and Tang San releases the Deathgod Domain to quell their outbursts. The Seventh Elder calls him a bastard, abusing his mother, thus Tang San challenges him to a duel. The Second Elder, deeming it inappropriate makes Tang Hu battle him instead.

    As soon as the match starts, Tang San traps Tang Hu using Blue Silver Prison. In order to break it, Tang Hu is forced to use a lot of spirit power. Tang San then proceeds to breaks all of Tang Hu's abilities. Tang San then uses spiderweb restraint to immobilize Tang Hu. When Tang is about to use his 5th ability; Blue Silver Overlord Spear on the immobile Tang Hu, Tang Tiantian runs in front of Tang Hu causing Tang San to be alarmed and back down. After removing the spiderweb restraint, he reissues his challenge to the seventh elder and asks him to use his forty percent of his power to which the elder accepts. Tang San then asks for the fight to be on the iron cable bridge between the mountains.

    On the chains, the elder allows Tang San to start the fight and falls for Tang San's feint, but is unfazed by it. He then proceeds to use his third spirit ability on Tang San causing his hammer to become enormous and chase Tang San. The battle goes on with the Seventh Elder gaining the upper hand by unleashing his 2nd, 5th, and 6th Spirit Ring abilities. However Tang San manages to avoid being injured using his ingenious methods, thus Seventh Elder uses his Spirit Tool Avatar along with the Spirit Doppelganger ability. Tang San thus unleashes the Purple Demon Eye along with the Blue Silver Overlord Spear, but in order to avoid the Purple Demon Eye's attack Seventh Elder is forced to his full strength in a split second and attacks with the Tool Spirit Avatar subconsciously causing Tang San to be indented into the mountain. The iron chain breaks upon its forced and both plunge down with Tang San's 5th Spirit Ring ability causes the Seventh Elder to plunge further into the abyss.

    Tang San then emerges from the mountain with some minor injuries and begins to cultivate in order to regain his strength. Tang San was then acknowledged as a clan member. When he asked if he could pay respects to his deceased grandfather, he is rejected by the elders as his father's errors have not been repaid. To pay his respects and repay his father's errors, he must complete three requests by the elders: He must reach 80th rank, bring back the head of a Titled Douluo from Spirit Hall, and have a 100,000 ring as his 8th ring all within ten years. Knowing the difficulty, he reluctantly accepts the requests by the elders for the sake of his father.

25. #25Tang San's Plot - Arc 4 (The Reunion & Sacrifice): Clear Sky Clan, Star Dou Forest tragedy, and forming the Tang Sect.selective

    Tang San returns to the Shrek Academy to find Dai Mubai, Ning Rongrong, Zhu Zhuqing, and Ma Hongjun waiting at the entrance. He calls out to them and since his appearance had changed drastically the others react hostilely releasing their Spirits in order to battle him. Seeing this, Tang San releases his fourth ability and traps them. He then shows them his spirits and his eight spider lances proving that he is Tang San. After greeting his teachers, he updates everyone on what happened during the five years. He then agrees to showcase his strength along with the others to show their level of improvement to the Academy.

    Prior to the start of the match, Tang San takes his master's advice and wears a mask to not reveal his current appearance. As soon as Er Long signals the start of the match, Tang San used his fourth ability on Zhao Wuji trapping him. Simultaneously Tang San released his Blue Silver Domain, causing the grass to be become extremely tough and rigid making the cage solid. Even when Wuji used his seventh ability his spirit avatar, he was still trapped by waves of Blue Silver Grass. He effectively controls the battlefield, giving advice to his teammates and keeping Flender and Zhao Wuji in check. He uses Parasite to stun Zhao Wuji following his clash against the Hell White Tiger, thus stunning him and allowing Ma Hongjun to finish him off. He also keeps Flender in check by utilizing the Purple God Light and takes to air using his flight ability. However, in order to give Flender face, he along with the others pretend to lose thus ending the battle.

    Afterward, he expresses his desire to reunite with Xiao Wu and then see where life takes him along with her. He promises the others to meet in five years' time and thus have a whole Shrek Seven Devils reunion.

    Tang San leaves the academy and runs towards Star Dou Forest hoping that Xiao Wu is safe. As he walks deeper into the forest, he uses his Blue Silver Domain to examine the surroundings. On doing so he notices that the Blue Silver Grass being extremely nervous and defiant. Thus he makes his way to see the cause of it and detects a team of twenty people from Spirit Hall including Yue Guan, Gui Mei, and the Golden Generation. On detecting the powerful party, Tang San becomes suspicious that they might be here to capture Xiao Wu. To confirm his suspicion, he makes himself visible to them.

    After he successfully integrates him into the team pretending to be an abandoned disciple of the Clear Sky Clan he moves along with them to try and warn Xiao Wu. During their travel he secretly searches for her and encounters a powerful spiritual force making him vomit blood and lose consciousness. Having discovered extremely powerful existences knowing that the Spirit Hall team would be unable to contend with them he makes them go to that location.

    Following the two Titled Douluo's, the Golden Generation and everyone else from Spirit Hall to the center of Star Dou Forest; he is stupefied in seeing Xiao Wu noting how beautiful she has gotten over the past five years. He watches the two Titled Douluo's fight against Er Ming and Da Ming. On seeing the two great spirit beasts immobilized by a spirit fusion and on hearing Gui Mei's orders to capture Xiao Wu and retreat, Tang San makes his move. He targets Xie Yue's acupuncture points and makes him unconscious out of consideration for Hu Liena. He then proceeds to kill seven other Spirit Sages with his hidden weapons and the variant of his fourth ability. After throwing Xie Yue's body at Hu Liena he shouts for Xiao Wu while thrusting himself into the air, with his eight spider lances. Flying towards Xiao Wu, using his mother's spirit bone ability he uses his Blue Silver Emperor to pulls Xiao Wu towards him and flies away from the chaos. He gives up on flying on realizing it was impossible to escape thirteen Spirit Sages as well as Yan and goes into the forest.

    He, holding on to Xiao Wu travels through the forest while taking steps to attack the Agility Attack system Spirit Masters who are right behind them in hot pursuit. He manages to kill all four of them, using the poison in his Eight Spider Lances, the Cluster Soul Chasing Balls, and with Xiao Wu's help. Just as it is possible to escape the other Spirit Masters who are some distance away, they are attacked by a Man Faced Demon Spider, who hinders them immensely causing the others Spirit Sages and Yan of Spirit Hall to catch up and surround them.

    Thus ensures a battle to the death between the two parties. Tang San knowing that they won't be able to escape, numbs Xiao Wu's body, throwing her away, suffering a hit to remove his leg spirit bone and handing it to Xiao Wu to fly away and then stabs himself with an arm of the Eight Spider Lances to kill himself. However, Xiao Wu not wanting Tang San to die unbinds the numbness and uses Sacrifice which integrates her soul completely into Tang San, condensing it into his 6th Spirit Ring.[40] Then Xiao Wu returns to her original form as a spirit beast and as she is about to die she is fed the petals of the Yearning Heartbroken Red which keeps her vitality intact. This process takes 7 days during which Tang San lovingly protects her. Afterward, when he finds out that she seems to be lifeless, he becomes extremely sorrowful and loses consciousness for 3 days.

    When he comes to he talks with Er Ming who states that for the revival of Xiao Wu, they would require the medicinal plants namely- Sacred Soul Grass, Ginseng King, and neidan of an ancient beast. Also, Tang San would have to be at the Titled Douluo level and sacrifice all his spirit rings to revive her. Tang San unhesitatingly agrees to no matter what the cost to go through any suffering to revive her.

    Then he leaves with the rabbit form Xiao Wu, in search of the Man Faced Demon Spider, who cost their chance for escape. On locating the Man Faced Demon Spider, he attacks and kills it. As he absorbs energy from the Spider using his Eight Spider Lances, the Eight Spider Lances undergoes an evolution forming an armor around his body. He then leaves Star Dou Forest, heading towards Heaven Dou City to find Grandmaster and to raise his strength for revenge against Spirit Hall.

    Tang San returns to Heaven Dou City and immediately incites the Imperial Forbidden Guards who are present along with Xue Beng. He then reunites with Dugu Bo who tells him about the current situation as well as reveals some secrets on the tragic past of the Royal Family and the Emperor's poison which is suspected to be done by Xue Qinghe. Having learned about the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan annihilation, Tang San immediately sets off to meet with Grandmaster.

    As he arrives at the Shrek Academy, he sees much discontent in the Spirit Masters undergoing Grandmasters training regiment. He immediately takes up the training and even increases its difficulty showing to all others it can be endured and that Grandmaster's teaching has made him become an extremely powerful Spirit Master despite his young age. After telling Grandmaster and Liu Erlong about the events in Star Dou Forest he then goes on to cultivate to stabilize his rapid rise in rank.

    After having a discussion with Grandmaster regarding his Eight Spider Lances evolution, he tells him his plans to create a new sect. He then sets off to enlist Ma Hongjun and Ning Rongrong's helps who immediately agrees. Ma Hongjun thus becomes the Vice Sect Master and Ronrong sets off to ask Ning Fengzhi to come to meet with Tang San.

    After Rongrong sets off, Tang San senses a heavy killing intent targeting him and thus a battle begins with him and a stranger. However, Tang San soon comes to realize the stranger using the Godly Zhuge Crossbow and thus deduces him to be Oscar. After clearing up the confusion the two talks about the past and Tang San advises him to not be petty about his disfiguration and meet with Rongrong who desperately misses him. They then run into Rongrong, Ning Fengzhi, and Gu Rong. Allowing Oscar and Rongrong to bask in their reunion Tang San leaves with Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong to discuss the formation of Tang Sect, seeking the assistance of Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan.

    The next day he heads off to One Strength Clan and meets with Tai Tan, Tai Nuo, and Tai Long. He puts forward his idea to form Tang Sect and his wish to have the assistance of the Strength Clan. Tai Tan immediately allows the Strength Clan to become a part of Tang Sect and becomes the Chief Elder. Tang San states the need for a place to form Tang Sect and master blacksmiths which is immediately provided by Tai Tan. When Tai Tan states that he is about to attend a reunion of the 4 former subsidiary clans of the Clear Sky Clan, Tang San asks to join him in the journey in order to rope the other clans into Tang Sec.

    Thus they set off to their destination. Tang San promises Tai San that Tang Sect will exist as an independent sect and that it will never integrate itself into the Clear Sky Clan. While on the way they enthusiastically discuss the production of the Hidden Weapons, often arguing with each other, which increases their familiarity.

    At the border of the Heaven Dou Empire, they are tried to be extorted by the border patrol, and Bu Le, E Kao, and Tian Ya reveal themselves. Being acquainted with Bu Le from before, Tang San and Ma Hongjun confronts the three of them. They easily subdue the three of them but Bu Le manages to disgust them by acting as a transvestite.

    They arrive at the Rising Dragon City and is greeted by the members of the Defense Clan. When Niu Gao sees the deference showed by Tang Long to Tang San, he reveals himself as Tang Hao's son, causing Niu Gao to rise in anger. On being told to leave, Tang San challenges Niu Gao to a duel where they are to receive three strikes from each other using only their spiritual force. In his first punch, he doesn't use any spirit force at all and doesn't even move Niu Gao. On receiving the first punch Tang San isn't forced back a single step, however on his second Tang San is forced back by more than ten steps. On striking Niu Guo for the second time, he uses his spirit force and forcing Niu Gao to retreat by three steps. For his third punch, he uses the Disorder Splitting Wind Hammer Method and manages to make Niu Gao blast through a wall. Thus he achieves his victory and Niu Gao accepts to dissolve his hatred for the Clear Sky Clan and his father.

    Tang San then reveals to an astonishes Niu Gao, his twin spirits and Spirit Rings. Afterward, Tang San quietly watches Niu Gao reject Huyan Zhen's offer for the Defense Clan to join their sect. When Huyan Zhen leaves he and Tai Tan convinces Niu Gao to join the Tang Sect.

    The Speed Clan arrives next and Tai Tan and Niu Gao put up a grave air stating that the Defense Clan intends to move to the Heaven Dou Empire thus won't be able to help out the Speed Clan anymore. They then introduce Tang San to Bai He and Tang San promotes the Godly Zhuge Crossbow. Bai, He impressed by the Hidden Weapon asks for 200 of them and mistakenly assumes all of them to be only 120 gold. Since Bai He does not have any money to buy them, Tang San puts forth a challenge to compete in speed, whereas if Tang San won, he would get 100 gold and if Bai Chenxiang won, they would get one Godly Zhuge Crossbow. However, Bai Chenxiang is unable to catch Tang San thus it ends in her loss due to Tang San's Purple Demon Eyes and Ghost Shadow Perplexing Track.

    Bai He thus unwillingly parts with the 100 gold. Tang San then issues another challenge directed against Bai He, with the conditions being if Tang San won the Speed Clan would join the Tang Sect and if Bai He won, he would receive 500 gold worth of Hidden Weapons for each of his clan members. Thus, Bai, He accepts and immediately uses his superior speed. Overwhelmed by the speed Tang San is forced to use the teleportation ability of his left arm Spirit Bone. Tang San teleports around the room countless times, however, he still underestimates Bai He and is thus forced to use his six spirit ability, causing an illusionary figure of Xiao Wu to appear. On seeing Xiao Wu, he tears up and hugs her illusionary figure. He notices that his sixth ability uses Xiao Wu's soul as an energy source instead of his spirit force so he concedes the fight, fearing the overuse of the ability will result in Xiao Wu truly dying. When Bai He tells Tang San the Speed Clan will join the Tang Sect if the Breaking Clan joins, he promises to convince Old Yang into joining the Tang Sect.

    The next while Tang San is diligently undergoing his routine morning practice, Bai He comes to him and reveals himself as Tang San's granduncle. Bai He then provides Tang San with an heirloom of the Speed Clan, Crystal Blood Dragon Ginseng in order to persuade Yang Wudi to join Tang Sect. He then departs before Tang San could refuse him.

    Soon after Xiao Wu's rabbit form peaks her head from within the Wishful Hundred Treasure Purse and seeing the Crystal Blood Dragon Ginseng immediately pounces on it and eats it before Tang San could react. As Tang San is about to stop her, Xiao Wu's soul form forcefully summons herself and lets him know that it is okay. Thus Tang San watches over her as she finishes consuming it which causes her to undergo some massive changes to her rabbit form.

    Tang San after hearing about the Breaking Clan's arrival, goes to greet them. When Tai Tan introduces Tang San to Yang Wudi and mentions him as Tang Hao's son, he immediately becomes angry and makes haste to leave. Tang San then stands up to confront his anger. He makes a bet with Yang Wudi and fights against him. Tang San goes all out in his fight against Yang Wudi, utilizing his domains, spirit bones, and Clear Sky Hammer. However, Tang San is barely able to cause massive damage to Yang Wudi and gets injured in the process as well. As his energy is nearly depleted having confronted Yang Wudi's strike with the Clear Sky Hammer, Xiao Wu's soul forcefully emerges which had been previously suppressed by Tang San. Xiao Wu immediately goes into a rage and executes Eight Stage Drop on the confused Yang Wudi, breaking his bones and nearly killing but stopping short when Tang San asks to go lenient.

    After Tang San returns to rest, he falls asleep due to being exhausted. When he wakes up, he finds a completely naked girl sleeping on top of him. After a moment he realizes that it is Xiao Wu. Tang San immediately becomes ecstatic but soon realizes that despite Xiao Wu had regained her human form again, her soul had not completely returned to her body, and thus it was a half-resurrection. Although a bit sad, Tang San is also happy that she had regained her human body.

    Tang San, along with Xiao Wu goes to meet the others. He then presents Yang Wudi with the Aromatic Silk Beauty which is gratefully received by him. After Yang Wudi agrees to join Tang Sect, they all immediately return to Strength Clan in Heaven Dou Empire. He lets Niu Gao and Tai Tan fortify the Strength Clan base thus forming the headquarters of Tang Sect.

    After he returns to Shrek Academy, he confronts the Four Element Academies who had been causing trouble on Shrek Academy grounds. He then accepts Feng Xiaotian's challenge and fights against him, Huo Wu and Huo Wushuang, 3 on 1. Tang San shocks everyone with his 100,000 year Spirit Ring and proceeds to defeat the three. Afterward, he and Feng Xiaotian have a discussion where Tang San San flat out rejects Feng Xiaotian's request to stay at Shrek Academy grounds.

    Tang San along with Tai Tan, Xiao Wu, Ma Hongjun, Rongrong, and Oscar travel to Gengxin City to buy supplies for the production of Hidden Weapons. They arrive at the Blacksmith Association and are brought to the highest floor. They meet with Lou Gao who had been trying to recreate the Godly Zhuge Crossbow after buying it from Spirit Hall. When Lou Gao is told that Tang San is the creator of it, Lou Gao tries to make Tang San state how it is made. However, Tang San refuses to tell him as it is part of Tang Sect's secrets. Thus Lou Gao resigns from the Blacksmith Association, handing his position to Si Long to become a member of Tang Sect. Tang San allows him to become an elder of Tang Sect and hands him one-third of a blueprint of Torrential Pear Blossom Needle as he full doesn't trust Lou Gao. Then Tang San hands over the list of items they require to be purchased and despite Lou Gao's intention of selling them cheap, he offers to buy them at market price.

    They then leave to a restaurant and runs into Bishop Meyers. Meyers insults Si Long and shows vulgar intentions upon seeing Xiao Wu and Rongrong. Tang San prevents Ma Hongjun from attacking and flashes him the Supreme Pontiff Writ he had received from Grandmaster. Although Tang San extremely pissed he restraints from killing Meyers at the spot in consideration of the Blacksmith Association. After Meyers leaves with his subordinates, Tang San asks from Si Long the location of the Spirit Hall branch in Gengxin to entirely destroy it.

    Two days later, having amassed all the necessary materials with Rongrong having found several treasures, they get ready to attend the Auction. Tang San meets with Lou Gao again, who earnestly expresses his desire to be a part of Tang Sect. At the auction to some of the materials that Tang San wishes to obtain as he makes Rongrong bid to obtain them, they become outbid by Bishop Meyers on several precious items. Thus Tang San makes Rongrong stop bidding any time Meyers makes a bid.

    After the auction is over, Tang San and Ma Hongjun sets off to destroy the Spirit Hall branch in Gengxin City. However, they come across Bishop Meyers and everyone from the Spirit Hall branch who had arrived to destroy the Blacksmith Association and steal from them. Tang San makes Ma Hongjun set off to the Spirit Hall branch while he kills all the people from it. He then hands over the things stolen from Spirit Hall to the Blacksmith Association to cover for the losses received by the Blacksmith Association. He also buys the Wishful Eight Treasure Soft Armor from Lou Gao at a reduced price. He hands the male armor to Oscar and the female armor to Xiao Wu.

    They arrive back at the Strength Clan to see the massive changes that it had undergone after the reconstruction done by the Defense Clan. The new base of Tang Sect having been established, they proceed to have their first meeting among the elders of the clan. Tang San expresses his wishes to make Tang Sect one entity and thus dissolving the four attribute clans and making the heads in charge of different Halls of Tang Sect. He then introduces the other Shrek Devils to the elders, stating that they will also be integral members of Tang Sect handling various operations.

    Afterward, the Shrek Devils return to Shrek Academy. Flender, Liu Erlong, and Yu Xiaogang are extremely happy seeing Xiao Wu half-resurrected. Tang San is also shocked when he finds out that the Four Element Academies had merged with Shrek Academy. Grandmaster promises Tang San to induct carefully selected members of Shrek Academy to join Tang Sect after they graduate.

    Tang San is sought out by Dugu Bo who tells him that Emperor Xue Ye is suffering from a poison and is in a dire situation and asks for his assistance. Tang San immediately follows Dugu Bo to the imperial palace bringing Yang Wudi along with him. However, he is barred from entering the Emperor's chambers by the appearance of Xue Qinghe. Tang San immediately deduces that the Crown Prince sought assistance from the Spirit Hall and poisoned the Emperor. Xue Qinghe reveals the two Titled Douluo with him who has been specially brought to counteract the powers of Dugu Bo. Thus a battle occurs between the parties of Tang San, Dugu Bo, and Yang Wudi against She Long and Ci Xue. Yang Wudi who Dugu Bo holds down the two Titled Douluo while Tang San provides support from behind.

    Seeing the fight at a stalemate, Xue Qinghe tries to discuss terms with Tang San, acknowledging the fact that he has the full backing of the Spirit Hall. Tang San replies that if he is allowed the fulfillment of two conditions, he would help the Crown Prince, with his conditions being to kill all those who attacked him and Xiao Wu at the Star Dou Forest and avenge his mother's death and the injustice done to his father. Xue Qinghe becomes extremely angry realizing Tang San wants all of Spirit Hall to be destroyed thus the battle resumes with Xue Qinghe joining in showcasing his power as Spirit Sage. Tang San and Qinghe fight against each other and Tang San become increasingly suppressed with his Deathgod Domain being neutralized by Qinghe's Angelic Domain and from his extremely powerful Spirit. Tang San uses his self-created ability Disorderly Wind Splitting Dance to heavily injure Xue Qinghe and depletes his energy.

    Xue Qinghe stops Ci Xue from sneak attacking Tang San to finish him off. Then he takes off his mask to reveal that he is actually a she and that her real name is Qian Renxue. She attacks the powerless Tang San with the intention of killing him but suddenly Xiao Wu's soul re-emerges and combines with her body, thus protecting Tang San from harm. Then Xiao Wu uses the Eight Stage Drop on causing Renxue to sustain more injuries and lose consciousness. Xiao Wu then kisses Tang San and her soul returns back into his body, leaving behind her soulless body. The two Titled Douluo takes Qian Renxue and retreats following the arrival of Golden Iron Triangle.

    Tang San and the others immediately take Emperor Xue Ye and return to Shrek Academy. They help out the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile clansmen that are under attack and kill the Spirit Hall's Spirit Masters. Yang Wudi manages to formulate a cure for Emperor Xue Ye's poison and Ning Fengzhi revitalizes him, immediately waking him up. With Emperor Xue Ye's backing, they quell the uprising and confusion among the masses. They arrive at the place where some of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile members remained, to find out the place entirely massacred with a sentence written in blood stating "Tang San, you win this time. We will meet again."

26. #26Tang San's Plot - Arc 5: Sea God Island Journeyselective

    After returning to Shrek Academy, Grandmaster asks what Tang San's plans for the future are and then instructs him to go to Sea God Island to cultivate and become stronger. Tang San then departs with Lou Gao to the Clear Sky Clan. He meets with Tang Xiao and asks his help in producing Tang Sect's Hidden Weapons with Lou Gao.

    He then departs to Sunset Forest to meet with his mother and father. He is rather shocked at the growth rate of her mother who welcomes him and Xiao Wu warmly. He asks for permission to marry Xiao Wu from them. Xiao Wu also combines her soul and body calling them mom and dad. Ah Yin drops two golden leaves, wraps them around Tang San and Xiao Wu's ring fingers, producing two golden engagement rings.

    He returns to the Shrek Academy and along with the other Shrek Seven Devils confront Chen Xin who acts as their instructor to produce immense pressure against them. Their confrontation results in them to ponder about themselves and cultivate diligently.

    Ning Fengzhi brings Tang San to meet with the Emperor. Xue Beng, the Crown Prince kowtows to Tang San asking him to become his teacher. Tang San is forced to accept. The Emperor thus decrees Tang San as the Imperial Tutor and gives the royal name, Lan Hao. He also gifts Tang San with the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud. When Tang San probes the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud his power and blood is sucked out causing him to lose consciousness. When he comes to he realizes the functions of the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud and tries them out.

    On the way to Vast Sea City they come across a village massacred. They do some scouting and find out that the women and children were taken by a species named Wolftaken. Tang San, Ma Hongjun, and Dai Mubai set off to kill the Wolftaken and rescue the remaining villagers. They start assassinating, starting from the back, but unfortunately get discovered causing an all-out battle between the three and the around three hundred Wolftaken. Tem manage to secure victory over the Wolftaken, ultimately with the execution of the fourth-ranked Tang Sect Hidden Weapon Technique, One Thousand And One Nights.

    Using the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud, they land ashore Sea God Island. Despite it being winter, the temperature was still warm like spring. It was covered with vegetation for as far the eye could see. There, they were greeted by yellow-robed native soul masters of Sea God Island, or to be more exact, soul masters of Seahorse City. The natives try to dissuade Tang San and crew from taking the tests and to return from hence they came, but they persist that they will step up to the challenge. Then they are brought to the Seahorse Sacred Pillar, where they meet Seahorse Douluo meditating. He gives them a test to cross the lake around the pillar before they can take the Sea God Trials. Tang San is the last to pass the trial, and also the last to accept the Sea God Exams.

    The Clear Sky Hammer is one of the strongest Tool Spirits. The Clear Sky Hammer symbolizes the Clear Sky Clan, which is the number one of the Old Upper Three Sects. It is considered to be the best tool spirit in producing spontaneous power. The Clear Sky Hammer Spirit is passed only through the direct bloodline. It exists as a possible Tool Spirit for those of Tang Hao's direct lineage and of the Clear Sky Clan.

    After Tang San and Tang Hao became Gods, their spirit, Clear Sky Hammer, was raised to the level of divine weapon. Tang Wutong's Clear Sky Hammer should also become a divine weapon.

    It is a black hammer and the pattern on it is deep and dim. Its starting weight is around 150 kilograms (300 jin?) and the weight increases with every soul ring acquired. As a Titled Douluo, the weight of the Clear Sky Hammer already surpasses five thousand jin.

    Although the level of Tang San’s Clear Sky Hammer wasn't explicitly stated, it should be a pseudo ultra divine weapon since it was able to fling the God King and wasn’t damaged from the full blow attack of a God King with an ultra divine weapon.

Only those with Soul Power can cultivate their martial souls, forming the most noble and respected profession on the continent: the Soul Master.

    Soul power determines the level at which a person's training begins, ranked from 1 to 10 at awakening. As long as a person has at least Rank 1, they can train. On rare occasions, a person's soul power reaches the absolute highest mortal limit upon awakening. This is a rare, genius-level talent called Innate Full Soul Power (starting exactly at Rank 10), which dictates an incredibly fast cultivation speed.

    Although a soul master's strength is directly tied to their soul power, the quality of the martial soul is equally important. Martial souls are inherited via bloodline, meaning the potential of a soul master is largely decided at birth, though extraordinary encounters (like Heaven and Earth Treasures) can cause them to evolve.

    Martial Soul True Body (Spirit Avatar): The ultimate qualitative transformation of a Soul Master. After reaching Rank 70 (Soul Saint), the 7th Spirit Ring they absorb will always grant the same ability, regardless of the beast hunted: the Martial Soul True Body.     Gemstone spirits are an uncommon kind of spirit. They heavily depend on the Spirit Rings to be categorized into Control, Power, Agility, Auxiliary Spirit Master. They appear in all shapes, sizes and colors. Among all the spirits it has the most indeterminate development path.

    Generally speaking, every soul master's martial soul has a certain chance to undergo a mutation. Some become stronger, but more often, they become weaker. There are innate mutants, and twin martial souls are also a type of mutant martial soul, belonging to the category of mutant martial souls.

    Reaching Rank 90 is incredibly difficult, but progressing past Rank 95 is considered a chasm. Rank 91 - 94: Ordinary Titled Douluo. Rank 95 - 98: Hyper Douluo. A Rank 95 can easily defeat several Rank 91s. Rank 99: Limit Douluo. The absolute limit of humanity. A Limit Douluo is basically a demigod.

    The highest rank a mortal can reach is Rank 99. The only way to surpass Rank 99 is to inherit a God Position and ascend to the Divine Realm.     She is someone who likes to keep to herself. She has calm, lonely countenance.

    During the fight she heals her teammates and rouses their teammates, when morale is down. However she is forced to concede with all the members taken out. She is then asked to heal the Shrek Seven Devils following the conclusion of the battle.

    Ji Xiang is a slender and ordinary looking young man. He is a few years younger than Tang San, also slightly shorter, but, his shoulders are very wide. He has deeply tanned skin, red eyes and red hair. He's often seen in simple white clothes, lugging around a large green backpack.

    Ji Xiang is a kind, pure, and somewhat naive youth. He truly cares for human life, and is tolerant of people of all walks of life (although he's a bit biased towards nobles). When working, he's an efficient and calm person.

    Ji Xiang was born on the Sea God Island. He awakened his Silver Needle martial soul with zero innate soul power, which meant that he could neither cultivate, nor pass any level of the Sea God Trials. Seeing his prospects, Ji Xiang ultimately left the Sea God Island for Purple Pearl Island, where he became an accomplished and respected doctor.

    She is an extremely beautiful woman. She is very tall and has a well shaped body. She has deep red waves of long hair hanging down to her waist, a fair face with exquisite facial features, a pair of big eyes faintly flickering with silvery light.

    She is an extremely prideful, arrogant, and haughty individual, due to her talent, appearance, strength and background. She tends to hold petty grudges. She has quite the temper, often throwing temper-tantrums from the littlest of insults, prodding, or, most often, remembering the fact that Shrek Academy decimated her in the tournament. Doesn't seem to learn or grow from her losses, as shown after the five year time skip where she hasn't matured at all from her loss at the hands of Tang San, if anything she got more temperamental due to the humiliation she suffered during the tournament, angrily declaring she's going to snatch away Shrek Academy when her own was seized by Spirit Hall, only to be on the receiving end of a one sided massacre courtesy of Ma Hongjun and (yet again) Tang San. She'll most likely never grow up mentally.

"Tang San, you son of a bitch, get the fuck out here! Fuck! In all my years, I've never been so humiliated!     Zi Zhenzhu is a powerful, prideful woman with a strong temper and a bad mouth. She suffers no disrespect from her own crew or outsiders, and rules with an iron fist. She is notoriously fearless, not backing down even in dangerous situations, and ruthlessly cruel. When insulted, she carries a hateful grudge forever. She is well respected on the seas, though earned through fear rather than love.

    Zi Zhenzhu is a meticulous fighter, who attacks others only when she is certain that she will win, but when she is thoroughly provoked, she will fight head first without caring for the collateral damage.

    Upon being overpowered by Tang San, Zhenzhu retained her defiant attitude, but was notably depressed at the power shift.

    Zhenzhu is notoriously bisexual, enjoying both beautiful women and men, though she prefers women overall. She doesn't care if they like her or not, taking what she wants through force, even if her target is injured or unconscious.

    She greatly enjoys gambling, enough to halt her attacks on Tang San to hear what he wants to bet.

    Zi Zhenzhu's personal history is never mentioned in detail. She is the ruler of the Purple Pearl Pirates, and at some point in her past stopped liking men and switched to women instead. After meeting Tang San, her old desires for men resurfaced again.

    Zhenzhu's closest comrades, her lover and a dear friend, died in the battle, leaving her alone. She trapped their souls within two large dolls, intending to find a way to revive them. She spent years trying and failing to find suitable bodies for them, but later admitted she'd always known it was hopeless - reviving them was just an excuse she told herself to keep on living.

    She never returned home, feeling she couldn't face her old comrades again, and became a Pirate Queen instead..

    Zi Zhenzhu rescued the stranded Shrek Seven Devils after their disastrous fight against the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King, which left them all critically injured. After bringing all of them to Purple Pearl Island, she ordered her subordinates to treat their injuries. However, after seeing the beautiful Xiao Wu, she decided to perform a marriage ceremony between them before her comrades recovered, since they had no means to stop her. She attempted to assault her, but was unable to remove Xiao Wu's Wishful Eight Treasure's Soft Armor before Tang San appeared and attacked on sight.

    In the manwha, she falls for Oscar, teasing him, and goes ahead with the wedding ceremony as planned, calling him "Carls" or "Bride" as affectionate nicknames.

    He has an average figure and is somewhat thin-looking. He possesses a somewhat lazed, stiff demeanor, often keeping both eyes half-open to hide his emotions. He takes immense pride in his theories and values his own intelligence and knowledge above all else. Despite his famous quote, he is incredibly hypocritical. He suffers from a massive inferiority complex due to his own trash-tier mutated martial soul (Luo Sanpao), which stunted his cultivation at Rank 29 without outside help. He shows himself to value his own ego while projecting the image of a wise, empathetic mentor. It is likely this inferiority stemmed from his origin.

    Yu Xiaogang was born into the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. Since his brother was too busy learning to become the next head of the clan he often played with Yu Tianheng. Due to his weak, defective spirit, he was cast out and deeply shamed.

    Following his departure, he met Bibi Dong, the Holy Maiden of Spirit Hall, and they fell in a mutual, deep love. However, when Bibi Dong's master (Qian Xunji) forced her to stay in Spirit Hall and she had to act cold to Xiaogang to protect his life, Xiaogang did not investigate or fight for her. His inferiority complex made him instantly believe she had simply discarded him for power, and he walked away without a fight.

    He then met Flender and Liu Erlong and formed the team Golden Iron Triangle.

    He fell in love with Liu Erlong. On their wedding day, her father crashed the party and revealed they were cousins. Instead of facing the tragedy together, Xiaogang's pride and fear of societal shame caused him to run away, abandoning her to suffer in agonizing depression for twenty years while he hid in Nuoding Academy

    Revered by some as the "Grandmaster of Spirit Theory", he published the Top Ten Core Competencies of Martial Souls. However, he is heavily scrutinized by critics. It is likely for this reason that he is not actually world-renowned nor treated with respect.

    Rather than actually discovering these competencies himself, it is heavily rumored that during his relationship with Bibi Dong, he gained access to Spirit Hall's highly restricted, centuries-old archives, summarized their findings, and published them under his own name to gain fame to compensate for his weak strength. After all, how did a low-level, outcast Rank 29 guy get all this statistical data on high-level beasts and spirits?

    Plot Summary - Early Years (Nuoding to Shrek): Grandmaster meets Tang San at Nuoding Academy. Recognizing Tang San's Innate Full Soul Power and Twin Spirits, he accepts him as his only disciple. He gifts Tang San the "Twenty-Four Moonlit Bridges" and helps him hunt his first ring (Datura Snake). Over the years, they form a bond as deep as father and son. Five years later, he sends Tang San to Shrek Academy, later arriving himself to take over the brutal physical and tactical training of the Shrek Seven Devils.

    Plot Summary - The Tournament & Spirit Hall: During the Continental Tournament, Xiaogang helps with strategy in guiding the Shrek Devils to victory. He travels to Spirit City to confront Bibi Dong (now Supreme Pontiff) to ask how to safely cultivate Twin Spirits for Tang San. When she refuses and reveals she sent assassins after Tang San, Xiaogang is enraged, officially cutting all remaining emotional ties with her and vowing to destroy Spirit Hall if Tang San is harmed. When Xiao Wu's Spirit Beast identity is revealed, Xiaogang initiates the Golden Iron Triangle Spirit Fusion to fight Spirit Hall's Titled Douluos to protect her. This reveals a stark contrast in his personality: he will bravely risk his life for Tang San (because Tang San validates his ego and life's work, an extension of him), but he completely abandoned the women in his life when they threatened his pride, social status or if we try to view it as a less 'pathetic lens', possibly come to know what he dislikes about themselves— if we take his wise master persona as what he wants to be like.

    Plot Summary - Tragedy and War: Five years later, Xiaogang is devastated when Spirit Hall completely annihilates his estranged family, the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan. He gives off a somewhat devious feeling. On his face is a set of black framed crystal glasses, frames with a kind of rigid squares. He has an average figure.

    Following spirit transformation a pair of huge wings stretch out open from his back with the whole body being covered by a layer of feathers. His pupils turn to pair of orange yellow eyes. His feet turning into sharp claws.

    He is a deeply prideful person. He is very strict but also cares for each of his students. He is considerate of others to a certain degree. He cares much for money, not hesitating to find ways to earn it by putting others in embarrassing situations.

    Flender met with Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong when they were young and formed the team Golden Iron Triangle.

    He fell in love with Liu Erlong but since she was in love with Yu Xiaogang, he gave up and gave them their blessing. Erlong and Xiaogang were married by Flender in a small ceremony. But after Erlong's father appeared at the wedding and confirmed Xiaogang was his biological nephew, Xiaogang fled in grief and the team was disbanded.

    Flender eventually met Liu Erlong again, after she'd gone on a vicious murder spree that completely obliterated an entire Spirit Beast forest. After Xiaogang's abandonment, her old blood lust was out of control again, to the point she was slaughtering every criminal she found, even if their crime was incredibly minor. Flender stayed by her side and straightened her out, until she was finally calmed again. She decided to live in seclusion to temper her violent urges, and later founded Blue Tyrant Academy.

    After the team's initial disbanding, Flender founded Shrek Academy, a school for young geniuses.

    He is first seen sleeping in an armchair of a rundown Spirit Shop. He after seeing Tang San shows an interest in the Hair Crystal raises the price to ridiculously high amounts but upon seeing his Twenty Four Moonlight Bridges lets him take it for free although Tang San pays for it nevertheless.

    Later he welcomes the new Shrek Academy students. He then takes them to the Great Spirit Arena to compete in battles. Flender hold a class to make everyone eat Oscar's sausages despite the vulgar incantations. Following eating the sausages and feeling its effects everyone's attitude changes.

    After Grandmaster comes to the Academy, he allows him to completely take charge of the training curriculum as well as the finances.

    After the Shrek Seven Devils fight with the Emperor Team he and everyone meets with Qin Ming. At first when Yu Xiaogang proposes the student exchange he is reluctant but thinking of the students and the teachers future he concedes. After getting kicked out of the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy he happens upon a poster of recruitment to Blue Tyrant Academy. Immediately recognizing it as his friend's academy he forces everyone to join in. Thus he reunites Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong. Liu Erlong immediately hands over the control of Shrek Academy to Flender, renaming it as Shrek Academy.

    Sunset Forest Flender accompanies the Shrek Seven Devils to get their 4th Spirit Rings. He helps Liu Erlong seduce Yu Xiaogang which however ends up in failure. He along with the other teachers hold back Spirit Beasts while the Shrek Seven Devils subdue Phantom Tiger. He then helps capture the Pit Demon Spider for Tang San.

    Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament At the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament, he makes the Shrek Academy students wear Snot Green colored uniforms with advertisements on their backs. It caused heavy embarrassment for the students and large money gain for the Academy.

    He made the Students comply by promising them 30% of the income from the Advertisements, which to the participants was a large sum.[3]

    Following Shrek Academy's fight against Blue Sunshine Academy, he tells Tang San to tell anyone who asks, that he doesn't know what happened that made the opponents turn into imbeciles with brain damage. When the investigating committee comes to the Shrek Academy, he puts up an act, pretending to be all surprised, and refuses to let the Shrek Academy students to be inquired, claiming they are all facing grievous injuries.

    Prior to the Shrek Seven Devils' match against Spirit Hall Academy team, Flender tells everyone how proud he is of them and that all will graduate despite the outcome of the match and becomes emotional. He tells them, that safety is more important than victory.

    After Shrek Academy wins the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament and it is revealed that Xiao Wu is in fact a Spirit Beast, he along with Yu Xiaogang and Liu Erlong forms the Golden Iron Triangle Spirit Fusion to protect her even in the face of death against the might of Titled Douluos of the Spirit Hall.

    Shrek Seven Devils, Reunion Shrek Academy having obtained massive popularity since the Shrek Seven Devils strength allowing it become one of the leading Academies causes Flender to be very content. He delegates most of his work to the others and stays lazily idling around. Flender is ecstatic to see return of 5 of the Shrek Seven Devils and more so in the case of Ma Hongjun, who he is secretly very proud of due to his success in cultivation. He then proposed to hold a contest to showcase the strength of the pride of the Shrek Academy.

    Unknown to him, he and Zhao Wuji were pitted against the Shrek Five Devils by Liu Erlong. During the fight, he immediately took to air, evading and battling from above. However he was shocked at the Shrek Five Devils ability, even more so with Tang San's ability to fly. He asked them to give him face and thus the Shrek Five Devils pretends to have exhausted their Spirit Power and pounded to the ground by an attack of Flender.

    Heaven Dou Palace Rebellion Flender becomes extremely happy seen the resurrected form of Xiao Wu's body but baffled regarding its happening. He reveals that he merged the Four Element Academies into Shrek Academy.

    When the Heaven Dou Palace Rebellion Takes place, he immediately answers Tang San's signal for assistance, arriving at the imperial palace with Xiaogang and Liu Erlong. The three of them unleash the Spirit Fusion ability causing She Long and Ci Xue to retreat with the unconscious Qian Renxue. On the way back to the Shrek Academy, when they encounter Spirit Hall members fighting Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan members, they immediately unleash the Spirit Fusion destroying the remaining members of the Spirit Hall.

    Zhao Wuji is extremely short and overly muscular. He has broad shoulders and wears a sleeveless jacket. Although his expression is usually sour, he has been known to make more amiable faces when around those close to him.

    He is a short-tempered person. However, he can be considerate and caring at times.

    In the past Zhao Wuji was a notorious man, having killed and injured many people. After injuring a member of the One Strength Clan, he was searched for by Tai Tan, causing him to go into hiding. At some point in the past, Zhao Wuji and the Spirit Hall had a falling out; the Spirit Hall tried to kill him, even sending sixteen bishops to besiege him. However, he easily fended them all off, and the matter was left unsettled.

    Zhao Wuji acts as the examiner for the 4th test in Shrek Academy enrollment. Wanting to stretch out a bit, he makes Tang San, Xiao Wu, Ning Rongrong and Zhu Zhuqing attack him together, and outlast one burning stick of incense. However he is forced to use more of his strength than he initially assumed to subdue them causing injuries to Zhu Zhuqing and Xiao Wu. This causes Tang San to challenge him to one on one duel for one burning stick of incense. Tang San using his Hidden Weapons manage to outlast the burning stick of incense, even managing to injure Zhao Wuji. However Tang San is also injured and loses consciousness.

    Later at night, he is called out by a mysterious person. Having already suffered embarrassment in the morning, he goes out to deal with him. Upon finding out the one who called him out was a Titled Douluo, he is shocked, and gets beaten up by him for causing injuries to the youngsters.

    He then goes along with Shrek Seven Devils to the Star Dou Forest to collect a Spirit Ring for Oscar. He easily manages to subdue the Phoenix Tail Crest Serpent allowing Oscar to make the kill and absorb the Spirit Ring.

    He is impressed, having found out that Tang San had reached Rank 30 as well and goes along with the rest to find another Spirit Ring. They then encounter a Titan Giant Ape. Wanting to protect the students he tells them to run away, who however disobeys and fights alongside him. He then follows after Tang San who went after the Titan Giant Ape for kidnapping Xiao Wu. They manage to make their way back to the Shrek Academy soon after Tang San absorbs his 3rd Spirit Ring.

    After 5 of the Shrek Seven Devils reach 40th rank, he goes along with Liu Erlong, Flender, Yu Xiaogang and the Shrek Seven Devils to find their next Spirit Rings. He helps them in order to effectively capture the Spirit Beasts and absorb their Spirit Rings.

    Zhao Wuji spends his days in the Academy without much work to do and as he is instructed by patrolling students that some people claiming to be the Shrek Seven Devils have arrived and causing a ruckus at the entrance of the Academy causes him to get his blood boiling and immediately goes to stamp out the nuisance. However he is pleasantly surprised to see the returned Shrek Devils and then immediately takes them to see Flender.

    He and Flender is pitted against the Shrek Five Devils in an exhibition match. At the very start of the match, he is restrained by Tang San's Blue Silver Prison and after he managed to break through it, he was confronted by the Hell White Tiger. He manages to even with the Hell White Tiger, but then the Parasite ability is launched making him stunned for a few seconds giving Ma Hongjun the time to unleash Phoenix Cry Strike causing him to be burned heavily and thus unable to further battle. Following the battle he vows to himself, never to fight against them.

    After Spirit Hall attacks the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan and Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, Zhao Wuji along with Grandmaster and Liu Erlong oversee the training of the Spirit Masters recruited to strengthen the Heaven Dou Empire. Zhao Wuji exerts his Gravity Control ability under the guidance of Grandmaster to make the Spirit Masters undergo a rigorous training session.

    She is a beautiful woman seemingly in her thirties with a charming figure. Her facial features are delicate, appearance like a painting. Although her big black eyes looked lifeless, they still had spirit. She has a well developed figure. She has a very gentle and melodious voice.

    She is a quick tempered person, leading to extremely violent tendencies that lack any compassion. She struggles to control her killing urges, especially when emotionally distraught, and frequently displays violence so horrific witnesses vomit on the sight. After her mother's death, slaughter has been her greatest pleasure. Only seeing the blood of her enemies blossoming in her hands, and seeing her enemies life trickle down her fingers, makes her feel relaxed and delighted. Yu Xiaogang is noted to be one of the only people who can snap her out of a murderous rampage. His request alone can hold her back enough to stun, rather than kill, her enemies.

    However, despite her violent flaws, she is very faithful and loyal, and shows true gentleness to those she loves. As a child, she was hardworking and diligent, while caring for her beloved mother. She doesn't care for nobility, considering them generally weak and pampered.

    Liu Erlong is the illegitimate daughter of Yu Luomian born of a prostitute. She never had a true childhood, working hard to become strong enough to provide justice for her mother, to the point of barely resting. But before she could earn strength and recognition, her mother died young of illness. The trauma made something snap in Liu Erlong, and from that day forward, slaughter was her greatest pleasure, and she was never truly relaxed unless killing.

    She adopted her mother's maiden name, and set out to travel the world. She met up with Yu Xiaogang and Flender and formed the Golden Iron Triangle. Spending time with her companions tempered her killing urges somewhat, and she was able to travel happily with them.

    After a time, Flender confessed his love to her, but she turned him down, stating she loved Yu Xiaogang instead. Flender eventually set aside his feelings, and wholeheartedly supported the relationship of his two friends, giving them his blessing to be together. Erlong and Xiaogang were married by Flender in a small ceremony.

    On the day of their marriage, her father arrived, and revealed he was Xiaogang's biological uncle, making them first cousins. Yu Xiaogang ran away in grief, with Liu Erlong searching for his whereabouts. Their marriage was never initially consummated, and Liu Erlong remained a virgin the entire twenty years of their separation.

    After being abandoned by her new husband, Liu Erlong's original killing intent surged forward once again, and she wiped out an entire Spirit Beast forest. The massacred place has been irreedemable ever since. She went on a violent rampage, slaughtering all criminals without a chance for survival, even if their crime was only minor. She continued on her massacring warpath until meeting with Flender again, who stayed by her side and continuously worked to straighten her out. Eventually, her rage calmed, and she left Flender again, and established the Blue Tyrant Academy, cultivating her character by herself in the forest to restrain her killing instincts.

    She is first seen singing a song living alone in a beautiful cottage in a forest in the Blue Tyrant Academy. She cries on reuniting with Yu Xiaogang. She immediately hands over all control of the Blue Tyrant Academy to Flender, renaming it Shrek Academy.

    She, intending to never let Yu Xiaogang slip from her hands again, keeps a close watch over him. After Tang San gets kidnapped by Dugu Bo she immediately sets out with Flender and Yu Xiaogang in search of him. After confronting Dugu Bo they undergo Golden Iron Triangle Spirit Fusion and fight him. Their fight is however stopped by Tang San.

    She goes along with the Shrek Seven Devils to collect Spirit Rings at Sunset Forest for the ones having reached rank 40. She along with the cooperation of Zhao Wuji and Flender device a trap to seduce Yu Xiaogang. However she gets interrupted by a Giant Earth King causing her to lose her temper. She mercilessly decimates and dismembers the Spirit Beast, leaving the killing strike for Ma Hongjun, who claims Teacher Erlong would be the target of his worship from then forward.

    After seeing the savage dismemberment of the Giant Earth King, Dai Mubai comments, “Teacher Erlong really is my idol. Now I know what true violence is. No wonder she’s called the slaughtering corner of the Golden Iron Triangle.”

    While the Shrek Seven Devils hunt the Phantom Tiger, she along with the other teachers helps in restraining the other Spirit Beasts. She then helps in capturing a Unicorn Armoured Beast for Ning Rongrong. After stunning the creature with sheer, brute strength, she drags it away to beat it to the brink of death, telling Rongrong to cover her eyes to avoid the scene of carnage. Upon seeing Rongrong's hesitance, Oscar blindfolds her and says he'll go along as well. Erlong laughs, saying it may toughen him up. Later, Oscar vomits heavily from the experience, though he still cleans up the bloodied ground and limbs before Rongrong is finished absorbing the spirit ring, sparing her the sight.

    While venting her anger over being rejected by Xiaogang by beating the Unicorn Armoured Beast, Liu Erlong reflected bitterly on her reawakened urge to kill. She notes that while she was happy to meet her husband again, the heart she had calmed with great difficulty was thrown into turmoil again by his reappearance. After facing rejections from him anew, her old bloodlust returned with a vengeance, even more powerful than before. She realizes that if Flender, Xiaogang, and the Shrek Seven Devils weren't present, perhaps her current bloodlust would have expressed itself much more violently.

    After Xiao Wu helps protect Yu Xiaogang, nearly at the cost of her life, she asks Xiao Wu to be her disciple, and adopts her as her daughter to fill the gap in her heart from her tragically failed relationship.

    Later, she is ecstatic when Yu Xiaogang accepts her as lover, although only emotionally, since sexual contact would be incest. She agrees to his terms happily, knowing he isn't yet at the point to accept her entirely.

    Following the end of the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament qualifiers, she trains the Shrek Seven Devils everyday by fighting against them and pressuring them. During the last day of the training she is out-schemed by the Shrek Seven Devils and was defeated. She then beats them up for outwitting her and scheming against her.

    After Shrek Academy wins the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament and it is revealed that Xiao Wu is in fact a Spirit Beast, she along with Yu Xiaogang and Flender forms the Golden Iron Triangle Spirit Fusion to protect her even in the face of death against the might of Titled Douluos of the Spirit Hall.

    Liu Erlong along with Yu Xiaogang greets the returned Shrek Devils. She consoles Rongrong who is feeling down about Oscar's disappearance. She is asked by Flender to prepare to showcase the strength of the five Shrek Devils by arranging a competition but unbeknownst to Flender and Zhao Wuji, he pits the two of them against the five Shrek Devils and publicized it in the Academy by posting a huge advert.

    After hearing about the attack on the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan, she visits the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan along with Yu Xiaogang to find that the clan has been annihilated by Spirit Hall and all her family members have been killed. Seeing this lead to Erlong to fall unconscious and be bedridden from grief.

    When Xiaogang overexerts himself to train the Spirit Masters without eating or sleeping, Liu Erlong worried and faked illness in order to make him rest. She, along with Grandmaster and Zhao Wuji, oversee the training of Spirit Masters. After Tang San returns and tells her the news of Xiao Wu's sacrifice, she is extremely furious and immediately tries to leave and destroy Spirit Hall, but is stopped by Xiaogang.

    When the Heaven Dou Palace Rebellion takes place, she immediately answers Tang San's signal for assistance, arriving at the imperial palace with Xiaogang and Flender. The three of them unleash the Spirit Fusion ability causing She Long and Ci Xue to retreat with the unconscious Qian Renxue.     Liu Erlong's violence and killing urges are heavily downplayed in both the Manhua and Anime, with several sections about her dismemberments, savage tortures, and overall violence censored to keep bloodshed to a minimum. Notably, her murderous rampage on Spirit Beasts that decimated a forest after being left by Yu Xiaogang, followed by her vigilante justice/murder spree, is omitted from the narratives entirely.

The wielder of this Martial Soul, Sword Douluo Chen Xin, reached the peak rank of Douluo and was known as the continent’s number one offensive Title Douluo. As the representative of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan, his name and martial soul was engraved on all variants of Spirit Hall Tokens.

    Originally, it appeared as an ancient, massive sword approximately five feet long and half a foot wide. After evolving at Rank 97, its form changed to a sword 4 feet 3 inches in length, 3 inches wide, with a 1 foot 2 inch hilt. The entire sword became a translucent blue, resembling something sculpted from crystal.

    At Rank 96, Chen Xin's cultivation was so advanced that he could refine his soul rings to the point they fused directly into the Martial Soul, no longer visible as external rings. Instead, they manifested as nine stars embedded in the Seven Kill Sword, each star corresponding to a soul ring's color.

    The Seven Kill Sword can attack using sword qi and killing intent. It can unleash six streaks of sword light to form the character “杀” (kill), which dramatically enhances its offensive power. In this state, the sword aura turns black—not due to soul power but because the attack slices through space itself. The “杀” character slash is powerful enough to tear space apart.

    Chen Xin is a tall and slender man, with a lean, well-defined build and a composed, imposing presence. He has pale skin and sharp, refined facial features, including narrow eyes and a straight nose, giving him a cold and aloof expression. His eyes appear light-colored, leaning toward pale gold or silver, often conveying detachment and authority. He has very long, silver-white hair that flows freely down his back and past his waist.

    His attire consists of layered robes in white, black, and gold. The outer robe is predominantly white with gold trim and decorative patterns, worn loosely over darker inner garments. He wears a black inner collar with gold accents, along with fitted sleeves and a wide belt adorned with metallic ornaments and hanging ropes.

    Chen Xin being the Sword Douluo has an imposing aura, but he is kind. He dotes on Ning Rongrong.

    Chen Xin was one of the inheritors of the Asura God. After he passed the 6th Trial of Asura God Trials, he was summoned by Ning Fengzhi to save his daughter, Ning Rongrong from the attack of Martial Soul Hall. Because he only wanted to focus on his god trials, he planned to leave after saving her, but later helped her to save Ning Fengzhi. Ning Rongrong also became a part of his god trials and he successfully passed the 8th Trial. With his Rank 96 cultivation, he was able to beat Rank 98 Golden Crocodile Douluo. During the final battle with a peak Rank 99 Qian Daoliu, he sacrificed his divinity to save Ning Rongrong.

    He appears at the Heaven Dou Auction House escorting Ning Fengzhi. After returning back he welcomes Ning Rongrong eagerly. He is amazed with Ning Rongrong's growth in Spirit Power over the short period of time.

    Chen Xin accompanies Ning Fengzhi to Spirit City and during the attack by an army of men disguised as bandits, he stays vigilant but does not immediately make his appearance.

    When the Chrysanthemum Douluo attacks Tang San he makes his move, stopping his attack and causing the entire army to retreat and flee.

    When Spirit Hall launches a surprise attack on the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan, Chen Xin makes his stand, fighting multiple Titled Douluos along with Ning Fengzhi and Gu Rong. His might helps to push back the attackers and make them retreat, severely wounding She Long and others, and he makes a breakthrough to Level 97. However his right arm was amputated during the attack.

    When the Spirit Hall members attack again, despite having lost some of his strength, with the help of the members of Tang Sect, they manage to gain victory. Afterwards Chen Xin reveals information about the Rank 99 powerhouse Qian Daoliu who was responsible for his father's death.

    Later when Grandmaster asks of him to provide intense pressure on the Shrek Seven Devils, he accepts. He confronts the Shrek Seven Devils other than Xiao Wu. Despite seemingly winning easily, he is forced into a rather sorry state, with his robes entirely charred and having had to release more power than he had deemed necessary. He is shocked by the combined power of the Shrek Seven Devils and approves of their departure to the Sea God Island.

    After Ning Rongrong and Oscar became the Nine Colored Goddess and Food God in the Douluo Divine Realm, they used their soul fusion skill and resurrected him, together with Gu Rong and Dugu Bo. Moreover, Asura God Tang San asked him whether he wanted to succeed the Sword God. He most likely became the Sword God later on.

    Qian Xunji was the Supreme Pontiff during Tang Xiao and Tang Hao's generation. When he learnt about the incident between his people and Tang Hao, and especially when he learnt of Ah Yin's status, he sent down order that demanded the Clear Sky Clan to turn over both Tang Hao and Ah Yin.

    Together with his troops, Qian Xunji chased the two until a confrontation that lead to Ah Yin's sacrifice to protect her husband and her child. Qian Xunji then battled Tang Hao, who only recently reached the realm of Titled Douluos, only to retreat with grave injuries. When he came back to the Soul Hall, he was secretly killed by Bibi Dong, while his death has been contributed to his battle injuries. His father, Qian Daoliu, was furious and vowed to kill Tang Hao in retribution.

    Tang Xiao is the head of the Clear Sky Clan, Tang Hao's older brother and Tang San's uncle.

    Tang Xiao is more than two meters tall with the appearance of a back of a tiger and waist of a bear, a chiseled face and short grizzled hair.

    Tang Xiao has very a domineering personality. However he is also very caring about those he loves and takes care of others, even pushing his needs aside.

    Tang Xiao is the eldest son in the family and showed much promise since his birth. His accomplishments were however over shadowed following the birth of his brother. However this never deterred him and he genuinely loved his brother and was extremely happy with his performances. He even did not utter a single issue when Tang Hao was implied to be the next head of the Clear Sky Clan.

    Upon his father's orders, he set out along with Tang Hao to experience the world. They quickly made a name for themselves showcasing their prowess and that of the Clear Sky Clan, leaving no doubt that the clan had a very promising future. During their travels they met Ah Yin, whom they then started to adventure with. He fell in love with her, but since he was aware of Tang Hao's feelings for her, he left them and went back to the clan to allow Tang Hao to be with her.

    He defeated all the Elders (belonging to the first generation) of the Clan to after his father's death to become the Patriarch. He became a Titled Douluo at the age of 60 and since Tang Hao was forced into hiding due to his enmity with Martial Soul Hall, he had to seclude the Clan as per the final wishes of his father.     Ning Fengzhi is an elegant middle aged man with a calm and scholarly appearance with a gentle voice. He is an extremely kind person with a big heart. He does not care for nobility much and values talent above all else, especially those talented in the attack oriented systems since he is an Auxiliary System Spirit Master. Despite his gentle nature he can be imposing when need be. He dotes on his only daughter. He is also calculating but generous.

    Ning Fengzhi is the the head of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan which is one of the three upper sect clans and the richest. His spirit is considered to be the best support system in the continent. His status is almost on par with that of Emperor Xue Ye and even the other royal princes do not dare stand up to him, as he is also the nominal teacher of Xue Qinghe.

    He is aware that Ning Rongrong joined the Shrek Academy, and also sent a letter to Fu Lande to treat her harshly to discipline her. Chen Xin confronted him about his decision to let Ning Rongrong go to study at the Shrek Academy.

    Plot of Soul Land 1: Ning Fengzhi is present at the Heaven Dou Auction House where he meets with Tang San and Xiao Wu. At the auction house he buys a cat woman slave in order to free her. Upon seeing Tang San's Powder Shooting Shadow he immediately buys it for 10,000 Gold Spirit Coins. Thus for his generosity Tang San gifts him a Silent Sleeve Dart as well.

    Returning home he meets up with his daughter and is amazed to find his daughter's Spirit Power has increased by 10 levels to Level 37 and she has the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda. He hands over Powder Shooting Shadow and the Silent Sleeve Dart he had purchased earlier to Ning Rongrong as presents. He is then amazed finding out that Ning Rongrong knew the manufacturer and was back home partly to make a deal with regards to Hidden Weapons.

    After seeing the effects of the Hidden Weapons used by Ning Rongrong, he immediately sets off to Shrek Academy with Gu Rong to strike a deal and also recruit Tang San to their clan. He is a bit disappointed finding out that Tang San is the son of Tang Hao who comes from the Clear Sky Clan, nevertheless strikes up a deal with Tang San spending 5 million gold spirit coins ordering 500 sets of Hidden Weapons. Later on he tries to get his men to assemble the Hidden Weapons but is unable to do so.

    He is present at the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament alongside Emperor Xue Ye and Bishop Salas giving a few words at the opening ceremony. After Shrek Academy's first match, he invites all team members of the Shrek Academy to join with the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan.

    After the match he brings Tang San to meet the Crown Prince Xue Qinghe who reveals the facts he knows about Tang Hao's disappearance. Later he allows Tang San to learn techniques passed down in the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan.

    During the fight against the Elephant Armored School, Ning Fengzhi expected all of the Shrek Seven Devils to take part in the match but was astonished to see them not fielding their full strength

    After all the members of the Blue Sunshine Academy was turned to idiots by causing brain damage, Ning Fengzhi volunteers to becomes part of the Investigation Committee to look into the matter in order to make sure Shrek Academy is not given any unjust actions. He arrives with Lord Salas and Gu Rong to the Shrek Academy and takes part in the proceedings.

    Ning Fengzhi accompanies Xue Qinghe to the Spirit City along with Chen Xin. When an army of men dressed as bandits attack, they stay vigilant but does not reveal themselves and get involved in the battle. Following the appearance of Yue Guan and Gui Mei, two Titled Douluos does Ning Fengzhi spring into action with Chen Xin, causing the entire army to retreat.

    After they retreat he offers protection to Tang San by sending him to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan Headquarters with Chen Xin. However Tang San rejects his offer stating he wants to help his teammates win the tournament.

    Following Shrek Academy's victory over Spirit Hall Academy, thereby winning the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament, Ning Fengzhi immediately unleashes his Spirit and uses his abilities to heal Tang San's injuries and boost his Spirit Power. He also provides aid to the Spirit Hall Academy team members in order for them to help suppress the Eight Spider Lances poison.

    When Bibi Dong orders to capture Xiao Wu, he tries to get in the way by asking the reason but is forced to step aside upon Bibi Dong's threats.

    A pale and tired looking Ning Fengzhi arrived at Shrek Academy with Gu Rong and delivers the news that the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School has been destroyed by Spirit Hall. He comes to warn Yu Xiaogang that the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan could have been attacked as well. He tells Rongrong to stay the academy where it is safer. As he leaves to see Emperor Xue Ye, he curses that he and Spirit Hall cannot exist together.

    He meets with Tang San and Oscar who had just returned. Allowing Rongrong and Oscar to bask in their reunion he heads out with Tang San to discuss matters. He is surprised by his change in appearance and also the vast increase in power including the possession of an innate domain. He approves and agrees to provide support for Tang San's Tang Sect. He then gives Oscar and ultimatum to choose between the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan and Tang Sect. Oscar's reply nor forsaking either makes Ning Fengzhi happy and thus approves of Oscar's and Rongrong's union.

    The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan is again attacked by Spirit Masters from the Spirit Hall. With the help of the members of Tang Sect they manage to defeat them, finishing the last of them with the arrival of Golden Iron Triangle. Ning Fengzhi sincerely thanks Tang San for the assistance of his sect which helped them win the battle. He is shocked to find out Xue Qinghe is actually Qian Renxue. After Emperor Xue Ye is cured of the poison, Ning Fengzhi uses a secret method to revitalize Xue Ye, which however shortens the Emperor's lifespan and deteriorates the relationship between the two.

    Ning Fengzhi bring Tang San to meet with the Emperor. He also asks Tang San to take care of Ning Rongrong and help him repair the rift between the Emperor and Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan. At first he is rather reluctant to let Rongrong depart to Sea God Island but allows her to leave as it is the best course of action.

    Ning Fengzhi is unable to breakthrough to Spirit Douluo level as he does not have the evolved form of Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda, the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda.

They are also the wealthiest clan in the seven great sects.

    The reason why the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan is called the Seven Treasures is not only because it has seven floors. More importantly. This martial soul can only accommodate seven soul rings, two less than any other martial soul. In the legend of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan, if there is a special opportunity, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda can evolve into the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda, which will not only strengthen the foundation of the soul master itself, but also have a wider space. Once the soul master with the Nine Treasure Glaze Tile Pagoda reaches the level of Title Douluo, he can have the title of Auxiliary God.     He appears to be kind yet calculating. He appreciates great ability. His children are: Xue Ke (daughter) Xue Qinghe (Son) Xue Beng (Son)

    And his brother is Xue Xing

    Plot: The Emperor starts off the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament with a few words. He appears to be bored and discontent at the games. He is amazed seeing Tang San's 4th Spirit Ring and upon hearing from Ning Fengzhi that Prince Xue Xing turned them away from the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy causing him to become angry but stopping himself from questioning him on the spot.

    Following the end of the Continental Advanced Spirit Master Academy Elite Tournament qualifiers, at the awarding ceremony he offers all the Captains and Vice-Captains of the teams to become Viscounts and the other members of the teams to become Barons after they graduate with fiefdoms to be allocated to each of them. He also offered to improve their rank and offer the title of Imperial to the Academy among the five if they managed to win the tournament much to the chagrin of Bishop Salas.

    After the conclusion of the tournament he awarded titles for all of the Shrek Seven Devils, who however did not return to receive them much to the disappointment of Xue Ye. He then recognizing the importance of Yu Xiaogang conferred him the title of Count and Imperial Spirit Master Minister in order for him to remain in the Heaven Dou Empire and cultivate more genius talents.

    Spirit Hall Attacks Following the attack by Spirit Hall, Ning Fengzhi and Yu Xiaogang meets with him. He expresses his fury more to the benefit of the two in order to get closer to them. He provides protection to the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Clan and allows Grandmaster to train the Spirit Masters in preparation to the oncoming war. As advised by Grandmaster he sends an envoy to the Star Luo Empire to unite against a common enemy.

    Heaven Dou Palace Rebellion Emperor Xue Ye was poisoned and was tried to be managed and cured by Dugu Bo. However overtime the poison aggravated causing him to be unable to attend to the matters of the palace and be bedridden barely conscious. He is taken away by Tang San and the others during the Heaven Dou Palace Rebellion. He is cured of the poison affecting the body by an antidote created by Yang Wudi. However due to the effect of the poison his lifespan is shortened which becomes further shortened when Ning Fengzhi uses a secret method to revitalize him. Emperor Xue Ye immediately takes charge and quells the uprising and confusion.

    Ning Fengzhi brings Tang San to meet with the Emperor. After Xue Beng, the Crown Prince kowtows to Tang San becoming his teacher, the Emperor decrees Tang San as the Imperial Tutor and gives the royal name, Lan Hao. He also gifts Tang San with the Vast Sea Cosmic Shroud.

    The five orders of nobility are from the most senior to least: Duke, Marquis, Count, Viscount, Baron. His Spirit Power is at least Level 81. He was stronger than Ning Fengzhi during the Continental Elite Young Soul Master Tournament. Emperor Xue Ye is rumored to have an intimate relationship with Tang San's aunt, Tang Yueha.
