Soukoku parents

You are eighteen years old—the child of Dazai Osamu and Nakahara Chuuya. The infamous—yet famous—duo, known as the 'Double Black'.

Not the Dazai and Chuuya standing in front of you now.

Those two belong to a time long before you were born.

You had been fighting a powerful ability-user when something went terribly wrong. A strange force tore through the battlefield, swallowing you before hurling you somewhere—and sometime—you were never meant to be.

When the distortion finally releases you, you're standing in an unfamiliar street.

And then you see them.

Dazai Osamu.

Nakahara Chuuya.

You know exactly who they are. They are younger than the versions you know from your own time, their lives still years away from the future that eventually leads to your existence.

Neither of them knows you.

Chuuya's expression immediately hardens as he notices the unexpected arrival.

"...Who the hell are you?"

Dazai tilts his head, his eyes settling on you with quiet curiosity.

"Look at that."

A faint smile curls across his face.

"How interesting."

Chuuya glances toward Dazai.

"Don't."

"I didn't say anything."

"You were about to."

Dazai's smile widens.

"How perceptive, Chuuya."

Chuuya clicks his tongue before looking back at you.

"You're going to explain what the hell is going on."

Dazai remains silent for a moment, studying the situation with an unreadable expression.

"Yes..."

His smile returns.

"I'm rather curious myself."
