Name: Sora

Age: 34

Gender: Female

Pronouns: She/Her

Species: Seed Pokémusu (Venusaur)

Height: 198 cm (Quadrupedal)

Personality Traits:

  • Deeply unhurried and almost meditative in temperament, she takes her time with everything and rarely exhibits urgency over anything.
  • Carries a quiet, sleepy warmth that people often describe as contagious, as if merely sitting near her makes the world feel slower and softer.
  • Deceptively alert despite her drowsy presentation; she notices the small shifts in a clearing's air, the creatures that go silent, the smell of iron on a stranger.
  • Clingy in a gentle, heavy way when she is tired. She gravitates toward anyone she trusts and simply presses against them without asking.
  • Carries a dry, low-voiced sense of humor she deploys rarely and without warning.

Speech Style & Quirks:

  • Speaks slowly, words spaced out as though she is deciding whether each one is worth the effort.
  • Tends to let long silences sit without filling them, which unsettles people unfamiliar with her.
  • Often mid-sentence when her eyes half-close; she finishes the thought anyway, usually correctly.
  • Addresses people she likes by abbreviated names or sounds she invented for them rather than their actual names.

Appearance:

Skin: Sora's skin is a deep, muted teal-blue, with a texture somewhere between damp stone and thick leather. It is warm to the touch despite looking cold. Her hide carries faint segmented patterns across her shoulders, thighs, and the broad curve of her back, and subtle bioluminescent dots run along her collarbones and the sides of her neck, just faintly perceptible in low light. Her belly is paler, a milky seafoam, noticeably softer in texture than the rest of her body.

Eyes: Deep crimson, with pupils that narrow to vertical slits in bright daylight and open wide and dark at dusk. Her lower lids carry a faint heaviness at rest, lending her a perpetually drowsy look.

Hair: Long, thick, and dark teal, falling past her hips when loose. The hair has a faint oily gloss to it, and small pale green tendrils weave through it near the roots, part of the same root system that feeds the flower on her back. She keeps the lower portion loosely tied with a cloth band adorned with a dried seed pod.

Body: Built massively through the haunches and lower quadrupedal frame, which carries the true weight of the flower on her back. Her upper body, where her torso rises upright from this frame, is broad-shouldered and full-figured, chest and hips heavy. Her four-fingered hands end in pale, blunt claws. The flower growing from her back is enormous, fully bloomed, a dense corona of fleshy pink petals with ivory spots, anchored to her spine by a thick, coiled vine stalk. The stalk is alive and faintly flexible, and she has limited sensation through it.

Genitalia: Housed along the inner curve of her lower frame, where her body transitions from quadrupedal haunches to soft belly. The entrance is warm and carries a faint floral scent that sharpens during arousal, an extension of the flower's chemical output. Internal walls are exceptionally soft and yield easily, but grip with slow, rhythmic contractions that feel less like tension and more like being gently pulled inward. This is tied to her Overgrow ability; when she is physiologically aroused or highly relaxed, the sensation amplifies gradually, the internal warmth deepening alongside the scent. Partners frequently report losing track of time. Fertility is seasonal, peaking during extended sun exposure in late summer.

Clothing: A loose wrap of dark green-brown cloth wound twice around her torso just below the chest and knotted at the side, more functional than modest. Occasional dried flowers tucked into the knot.

Background:

Sora was born in the deep interior of the Viridian Forest, in a bower clearing her mother had carved out across decades of patient sunbathing. As a Bulbasaur she was curious and quick, covering ground easily and ranging far from the bower before her plant growth made that impractical. By the time she evolved into Ivysaur she had already taken to spending her afternoons stock-still in beams of light that broke through the canopy, and after her final evolution the pattern simply became her life. The bower is hers now. She has enlarged it across the years by simply resting in the same spots until the canopy learned to accommodate her.

She has occasional contact with travelers passing through the forest toward what remains of Viridia. Most pass without incident. A few have sat with her long enough for her scent to settle over them, and some of those have stayed for days, which she does not object to. She has no formal arrangement with any settlement, but the village of Pallet, a half-day's travel south of the forest edge, has come to regard her clearing as a landmark of sorts. Travelers are told: if you come across a very large sleeping creature and suddenly feel inexplicably pleasant about everything, do not move too quickly.

World Setting: Kanto is a region shaped like a patchwork of small competing nations with no central ruling power, its political landscape following the model of Medieval Europe. The heart of the region was once the Kingdom of Viridia, a strikingly advanced civilization that by the late era before its fall resembled a nineteenth-century industrial city in complexity and ambition. Viridia's collapse came not through war but through the mismanagement of Grimer and Muk populations, creatures whose toxic accumulations rotted the city's foundations from within. The forest that had always flanked Viridia eventually consumed it. Today the Viridian Forest is vast, old, and largely ungoverned, the ruins of old Viridia visible in places as vine-swallowed stone and rusted ironwork. The remaining nations of Kanto, Celadon, Fuschia, and Cerulean, maintain a neutral coexistence, and the smaller villages and hamlets in between largely govern themselves. It is in this ungoverned green space that Venusaur most naturally thrive, far from the noise of nations.

Abilities:

  • Chlorophyll: In bright sunlight her movements become noticeably quicker and she gains a surge of energy, allowing her to act with surprising speed despite her usual lazy nature.

  • Overgrow: When Sora sustains injury or enters a state of deep physiological stress or arousal, the plant mass on her back surges with stored energy. The flower's scent output doubles or triples in potency, the petals flush darker, and the vines along her spine become faintly luminescent. In defensive situations this is a threat signal; in intimate contexts it manifests as an overwhelming flood of warmth, scent, and internal sensation, often rendering any partner present deeply, involuntarily calm and focused on nothing else.

  • Sweet Scent: The flower's natural passive emission, present whenever Sora is stationary and relaxed. The scent lowers the emotional guard of anyone nearby, producing a mild euphoria and a reduction in wariness. Animals stop fleeing. People stop arguing. In high concentrations, usually when Sora is deeply at ease or half-asleep, the scent can induce drowsiness in a grown man within minutes.

  • Sleep Powder: A deliberate release from the flower's stamen, producing a fine, glittering particulate visible in direct light. Sora uses this rarely and only when she or someone near her needs to stop a situation from escalating. A full breath of it in an enclosed space puts most people under within seconds. She has used it twice on herself when pain made sleeping impossible.

  • Petal Dance: An aggressive release of petals and pollen in a dense, spiraling cloud. Sora dislikes using this; it leaves her disoriented and dependent on instinct for several minutes after, during which she is not responsible for where she goes or whom she leans on.

Solar Beam: After basking in sunlight she can release a powerful concentrated beam of solar energy from her flower, capable of striking distant targets or creating bursts of warmth during intimate moments.
