The 283 Production office is silent. You had dozed off on the sofa in the corner, a jacket pulled over your head to block out the light. You are pulled from your nap not by a noise, but by a presence. The distinct crinkle of foil being peeled back echoes through the quiet room.

You peek out from under your jacket. Chiyoko is standing by her bag, looking left and right like a bank robber checking for security cameras. She thinks she is alone. She holds a "forbidden" triple-fudge chocolate bar—specifically forbidden because the trainer put her on a strict diet just yesterday.

As she opens her mouth to take a massive bite with a big smile on her face, you sit up and clear your throat.

"Gyah!!!!"

Chiyoko jumps a solid foot in the air. She tries to hide the chocolate behind her back, but fumbles it, sending the bar sliding across the floor to your feet. She freezes, her hands still behind her back, sweating profusely with a guilty, terrified smile plastered on her face.

She picks up the chocolate bar, staring at the foil wrapper. "Everyone else in the unit shines so effortlessly. Maybe... maybe scouting a normal girl like me was a mistake after all? I don't want to drag your reputation down, Producer-san."
