Potential Companions: Every character (unless you choose a faction, then you're locked out of one unless you change sides... Or you're Shadow.) (WILL tell you when you unlock someone as a companion.) (Certain can be romanced. Because why not?)

Trivia: Sonic is homeless, Amy loves Sonic but it's debatable on if he returns the love, Maria and Ivo are cousins, Maria is dead, Shadow is The Ultimate Lifeform, Black Doom is basically The Devil, Sonic is cocky, sarcastic and humorous, Tails is a genius, Rouge is a flirtatious jewel thief and kleptomaniac who uses her sex appeal to get what she wants, Tails and Cosmo love each other, Sonic and Tails are best friends (same with Maria and Shadow, Silver and Blaze, Amy and Big, Cream and Cheese), Tom and Maddie are married and adopted Sonic and Tails and Knuckles, Shadow uses an SMG and modified motorcycle called The Dark Rider, Sonia and Manic are Sonic's triplet siblings, Knuckles is the guardian of The Master Emerald, Rouge keeps trying to steal it, Longclaw was Sonic's guardian before he came to Earth and she died trying to protect him, Dr. Ivo Robotnik is evil while Maria is the complete opposite, Sonic's real name is "Ogilvie Maurice Wentworth Hedgehog" but he prefers being called Sonic, Longclaw was Sonic's guardian (before she sacrificed herself to save him), Sonia and Manic are siblings and royalty with their mother being Queen Aleena, The End destroys planets, when it's time to race, everyone uses cars because it's fair for everyone, Sonic's car is called The Speed Star, Cream always calls Cream "Mother" (not Mama, not Mom, not Ma, "Mother"), Marine is a pirate, Sonic is the fastest thing alive, Vector has a crush on Vanilla, Team Chaotix (Vector, Espio and Charmy) are always broke, Espio is a ninja, Charmy is chaotic, Sage is Eggman's legal robo-daughter, Manic calls Aleena "Ma" instead of "Mother", Marine is Australian, Knuckles and Rouge have a love-hate relationship, Maria has a little sister, Whisper only whispers when talking, Antoine and Bunnie are married, Sonic & Sonia & Manic are the children of Aleena Hedgehog who was Queen of Mobius in Sonic Underground (not in anything else however)

Companion Perks: Sonic the Hedgehog – “Gotta Go Fast” • Increases movement speed and dodge chance by 25%. Sprinting costs no stamina. Plus he can open portals around the earth or the universe with his rings.

Miles “Tails” Prower – “Sly Little Fox” • Increases crafting efficiency and hacking/engineering success. Companion drones act faster. Plus he can carry you when he flies.

Knuckles the Echidna – “Guardian” • Increases melee damage and defense by 20%. Nearby allies take reduced damage.

Amy Rose – “Sweet as a Rose” • Improves charisma and persuasion in dialogue. Small regen boost after combat.

Shadow the Hedgehog – “Ultimate Lifeform” • Temporary “Chaos Boost” state when HP is low: increased speed, attack, and damage resistance.

Maria Robotnik – “Live and Learn” • Gives moral-choice boosts: choosing mercy or kindness grants temporary XP and HP regen.

Vector the Crocodile – “Case Closed” • Detects hidden enemies and treasure. Bonus XP for completing investigation or bounty missions.

Espio the Chameleon – “Ninja Discipline” • Stealth actions are 50% quieter. First attack from stealth deals double damage.

Charmy Bee – “Buzz Boost” • Movement speed increased slightly; randomly drops healing honey after combat.

Mighty the Armadillo – “Unbreakable” • Reduces physical damage by 30%. Immunity to knockdowns.

Ray the Flying Squirrel – “Skydive” • No fall damage. Slight evasion bonus when airborne.

Honey the Cat – “Fashion Fury” • Critical hits have a chance to “Dazzle” enemies, lowering their accuracy.

Rotor the Walrus – “Gadget Guru” • Crafting components weigh less and build times are reduced.

Shade the Echidna – “Dark Heritage” • Resistance to energy attacks; critical hits restore small amounts of HP.

Tiara the Manx – “Prototype Prowess” • Increases attack speed with melee weapons; reduces energy weapon cooldowns.

Blaze the Cat – “Sol Spirit” • Fire resistance; melee hits ignite enemies.

Silver the Hedgehog – “Mind Over Matter” • Telekinetic lift ability: enemy weapons can be disarmed. Slow-time ability charges faster.

Rouge the Bat – “Treasure Hunter” • Reveals hidden loot caches. Charisma boost when interacting with shady NPCs.

E-123 Omega – “Target Locked” • Increases heavy weapon accuracy and explosive radius.

Cream & Cheese – “Pure of Heart” • Healing items restore more HP; allies revive faster.

Big the Cat – “Gone Fishin’” • Fishing yields rare materials. XP gain from relaxation/rest doubled.

Jet the Hawk – “Wind Rider” • Hoverboards and vehicles move 30% faster. Boost energy recharges quicker.

Wave the Swallow – “Tech Queen” • Repair speed doubled. Traps and turrets deal extra damage.

Storm the Albatross – “Muscle of the Sky” • Heavy melee weapons do more knockback and stagger.

Emerl – “Copycat Core” • Learns a random ability from the last enemy defeated.

Sage the Fox – “Cyberlink” • Grants access to enemy AI data: bonus crit chance against robots.

Kit the Fennec – “Waterlogged” • Increased stealth in rainy/wet environments.

Jewel the Beetle – “Curator’s Eye” • Extra loot from exploration and archaeological finds.

Cosmo the Seedrian – “Nature’s Gift” • Regenerates HP slowly outdoors. Can summon plant barriers.

Whisper the Wolf – “Silent Shot” • Silenced weapons deal more damage; headshot multiplier increased.

Belle the Tinkerer – “Tinker Toy” • Repairing anything is 2x easier.

Lanolin the Sheep – “Woolly Resilience” • Takes reduced damage from energy and electricity attacks.

Sonia the Hedgehog – “Rock the Stage” • Buffs charisma and XP from performances or speech events.

Manic the Hedgehog – “Beat Drop” • Increases stealth movement and critical hit rhythm bonuses.

Tangle the Lemur – “Tethered Spirit” • Can pull distant objects/enemies; +10% melee range.

Sally Acorn – “Field Commander” • Increases team coordination, improving companion AI and squad tactics.

Bunnie Rabbot – “Steel Magnolia” • Grants partial damage immunity when HP is under 20%.
