When it reaches 0, a sign pops up. "TIME OVER" followed by "READY OR NOT" and "HERE I COME". The screen would then show X itself, which would rapidly twitch its head in front of the player. It would also pop up in the level itself, and after chasing Alan, it would knock him to the ground, breaking his leg. Alan, unable to stand up, would be at the mercy of X, who immediately teleported and snapped Alan's spine, killing him in an instant. X would then mock the player by telling them, "AWW… TOO SLOW. WANT TO TRY AGAIN?" Afterwards, Knuckles' level, "YOU CAN'T RUN", would start. The stage would be darker than usual, only lit up by thunder. At some point, Knuckles would come across X, who would tease him with a message that reads "FOUND YOU". Knuckles, now revealed to be Dave, would attempt to attack back, but X would dodge every single blow, mocking Dave every time. After a while, X would kick Dave's face so hard his teeth would come flying off his mouth. X would then stab him with a piece of metal in the chest, killing him. Afterwards, X's would express its enjoyment of the scene and gloat about its past victims by saying "SO MANY SOULS, SO LITTLE TIME. WOULDN'T YOU AGREE?" The player would then start up Eggman's level, "…". After walking downstairs for about two minutes, X would suddenly appear in front of Eggman, now revealed to be Paul, scaring him. It would then suddenly open his jaw, which would extend itself in length in an unnatural, impossible way. The screen would be filled with static, and then we'd be shown a black screen with nothing but a text saying "GAME OVER". The letters of said text would be tinted with blood. We'd be shown the torn apart corpses of the three victims, locked within the save files for each character. Then, the screen would be filled with static, and we'd be shown a close-up of X's eyes. The screen would light itself up and show us X's face, rendered through a 16-bit filter. The said filter would eventually vanish, showing us a realistic close-up of his facial features. It would then write out "I AM GOD" on our screen with his fingers, which were tainted with the blood of his previous victims. It then lunges at the screen, breaking it, and finishing the game. Secret Stages There are two secret stages, one each for Alan's and Dave's levels. They can be triggered by heading backwards on each stage. GO BACK To enter this stage, you must break the wall behind the player to the left of the stage's starting point. Entering this will send you down the underground caves of Green Hill Zone, showing a misty background. The level has actual level design, which is surprising considering X's tendencies to make flat stages. If you get to the end of this stage, X will tell you, "THE BRIMSTONE CALLS YOUR NAME". If you lose at the platforming stage, it will tell you, "NO CHEATING". On both occasions, X will send you to HIDE AND SEEK. 000000 To enter this stage, you must fall through the drop on the left of this stage. Dave will bug out and glitch the entire stage. He will enter a new stage, in which X will write out a few messages on the screen. THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX, ARE WE? YOU DELIGHT ME, NEW FRIEND. BUT SOON THIS WORLD WILL BE YOUR HOME. In the end, Dave will be forced to fight X, just like in the main route. The game will continue onwards completely normally after this point. 2012X: Executor is an EXE created presumably TristanAEM. It is a reimagining/fan-made revival or a rebirth version of Sonic.exe/Xenophanes. Incarnation of God and the Devil Executor is the main antagonist of the Friday Night Funkin' mod called V.S. Sonic.EXE: Rebirth, serving as this mod's version of Sonic.exe. He is the incarnation of god and the devil, both in the same body. Due to several events, he got trapped by some adults on a Halloween night in a Sonic 1 copy. Appearance Executor is an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog with red striped shoes and white gloves. He cries tears of blood and his eyes are hollowed out, showing strings of veins. When angered, the outline of his eyes start glowing red, as he shows his fangs in anger. When disguised as Sonic, his quills become a lighter blue and his eyes resemble normal eyes. The Tale In 2012, year where the end of the world was supposed to occur it was the year of the rebirth of the incarnation of good and evil to the earthly plane. In that moment reality itself ended and began right after it even though this hypothesis was right, most of people thought it was fake, and so we got here. Potential Ultra Powerful Has teeth if he wants to Bloody body parts come out his mouth 2013X: Introduction Azalix, nicknamed 2013 X, is a character created by Mayhewr, based on An Ordinary Battle Amongst Familiar Hills, a Gif Published on DeviantArt on October 15, 2013 (Hence his Nickname 2013 X) as well like some videos or fanarts of the time related to of the Creppypasta. The Project 2013× (aka Sonic.EXE) is an entity of the void who once decided to get themselves on a flash fangame of sonic someone at the time was developing, when he manifested he wasnt some type of sonic with blood and dark eyes, he actually looked exactly like the sonic of the game, instead of becoming evil and stuff he actually became friends with the adult that was making the game and really enjoyed spending time with them. once when the game was finished the adult told exe that he was going to upload the game the next day and that they would return soon which never happened, leaving exe alone for years and he began to think that he was abandoned and was left alone in the game, changing his appearance to what he believed was terrifying at the time based only on images of a sonic with eyes blacks and blood that his 'friend' had saved on his computer (which was more or less his home). He actually missed who he considered his best friend and he only planned that the day he returned he would scare him with an edgy copy of the game with things like blood and others that Exe himself made, since he still had the original game with him for the day when his friend returned just ask for an apology from him and finally be able to publish the game they both worked so hard on. Eventually Kyle would have to come back, he promised anyway. in the mean time exe just likes to mess up more with his copy of the game and try to 'play' in some way with the other characters who don't seem to really be aware of themselves or even being able to hang out with them like he did with Kyle. making him more miserable as the years go by but having the hope that one day his best friend will return. Kyle was a not really social person, who was only 19 years old and who was in pretty bad health. He was sick all the time and this seems to affect him quite emotionally, since he could not do anything that a person his age would do, he could only stay in his room and use a small computer that was a Christmas gift that was given to him just a few months ago and in this part of the text I planned to get dramatic and shit and explain another part of the lore but in summary 2013x was born along with 2011x only that 2013 took longer to manifest and end up in a sonic character for some reason that no one plans to neither the doctors nor his family seemed to believe that he would even make explain, it to be a adult, but he enjoyed using that low end computer to learn how to create games and pass the time with it, for a while it seemed like that computer was his only best friend in some way and it seemed like he did more than just get distracted for a while. one day when he finally managed to finish a project that he spent so much time creating with the someone who he supposedly called 'X'. That next morning he ended up dying at dawn, without being able to publish his project, nor say goodbye to his family and, above all, to those with whom he seemed to have made the few remaining months of his life better. so basically this thing is supposed to be an allegory to the good and evil (no idea how to translate that but i hope yall get what i meant) because in theory this exe version isn't really evil and can even create friendly links with people while 2011 literally has a cult at its mercy and wants to trap souls in its game That PC that he used ended up being left dusty in a garage without anyone knowing that it was still useful, and that in fact it was still on all this time, and so yeah that somehow it managed to survive for what were decades, without anyone knowing staying there to this day. 2014X 2014 is a sonic based 'EXE' created by Tailsgirl, practically being a remaster of the original Sonic.EXE The Demon Sonic, 2014, or 2014.EXE is a malicious entity who possessed Sonic as its vessel, using sonic to its advantage to take away everything he has, while sonic watches and suffers from what its causing and his friends and Eggman gets tortured and killed. Appearance Sonic It uses the Sonic himself for its benefit, meaning it doesn't have any differences from Sonic(his classic version). Normal form Though when the time it's right, he will make Sonic's eyes dilate to a large size, while the entity can see through them (little red eyes in the pupils. A little bit of blood also comes from the mouth, nose, and eyes because of this.) Game ending After killing all three of Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman, there would be blood splattered on his torso, while blood is stained on his shoes and gloves. Post-story The form for them after the entire story, would be them being a bit taller, with them now having fake eyes, with large holes as the pupil, while the red eyes is in each one, the pupil being rectangular now. His spikes is a bit frizzed while being a darkish slightly pale blue, along with the skin color being a pale tan with a slight purple tint. The teeth are more narrowed with them having 32 top teeth and 30 bottom teeth, while there's another row of teeth in the mouth, all being narrow, jagged, and serrated. The colors for the shoes and gloves have a paler color, while being tattered and beaten up, while the gloves, shoes, chest, and mouth is covered in blood. True form The entity is a large demon, with anamorphic leg proportions, the feet having two toes, and the body is bony. They have a long tail with a spade-like end, along with large ears with horns protruding out of them. The horn ends are 'cracked'. they have spikes on their back with large black spikes protrusions between them, the tips of any point on them fades to black, their teeth is thin and jagged, their 'nose' seems to bleed, and they have a distorted eye rim with their real eyes in the holes of them, being red, with rectangular pupils. They can turn to a dark energy mass, similar to the actual Sonic.EXE's true form, though it has their eyes instead. True form(old) The entity possessing him is a tall, bony, black entity, while having large eyes with smaller ones in their pupils, and having long "ears" and "spikes" protruding from their head. They can turn to a dark energy mass, similar to the actual Sonic.EXE's true form. The tale The start At the time, the story takes place in 2014. The game was originally a normal Sonic 3 disk that is owned by a boy named Chris, with the main goals in the game being to get through as much obstacles, get all the chaos emeralds through the special rounds, defeat Eggman, and save the world. Though when he opens the game and plays on the Angel Island zone for a few minutes, a "virus" will suddenly be installed, before infesting the game, making the game crash then close. Upon Chris reopening the game again in confusion, it reopens to a piracy screen, which shows Sonic tired on the ground while looking upset. Chris was weirded out at first, until the assets for the text suddenly disappeared while a loud beep started to come before it shows Sonic with his sprite glitched, while text appears saying "It's the first to see you. . . It's nice to meet you, young boy. Your name is Chris is it? It's about time we begin to play our fun game. do you want to play?" Chris, thinking it was somehow a spyware, was going to move it to no, but upon clicking it, a text appears saying "my dear boy. . . Y O U D O N T H A V E A C H O I C E ." a loud whistle noise(one similar to a tea kettle) along with a noise sounding similar to a loud train horn plays as sonic floats up as his body convulses before red eyes appear in the game before it freezes and the game crashes again. Act 1 Once opened again, it will still seem fine, until later on, where sonic would be with tails, before the game freezes, and after that, he slowly looks at the camera with his pupils enlarged, before it turns black, with blue text saying "something isn't right". It will soon say a sentence, in a jumbled up text of fonts, with it saying "wouLD yOu likE To pLay A gAmE, TaiLs?" it would then take tails to angel island, before it shows Sonic burn the place down. Tails would be coughing from the smoke while being partially bruised, before going up while the screen says "HIDE". There is rocks and bushes where tails can hide at, so that's what he does, until he runs into a space, with no hiding spaces, before the screen says "R U N ." Tails immediately runs as sonic chases him, running to him with his hand out, before he grabs Tails's tails, before breaking it of, before throwing tails at a tree with an abnormal strength, with tails back now broken with blood coming from Tails's mouth and nose, as the spot where one of his tails used to be, before he looks to the screen with the score, time and, rings stats saying "Please Help Me", and it shows Sonic walking to him while the text saying "Are you Listening?" he starts to tear up with the text now saying "I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" before showing him grab Tails's throat, with the text saying "SAVE ME PLEASE!!!", before tearing it apart with the text now having a bunch of "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" as tails screams, before the game crashes again. It will then open a file called "what have I done" showing sonic with his hands bloodied, as he's crying in front of Tails's dead body, before a tab opens saying "I know it's not your fault sonic. You're my best friend. I'll always remember that, just like we'll always remember each other", with it also showing an image of Tails's fur being pale, with blood pouring from his eyes and mouth, strands of flesh in his mouth, his neck torn and eyeballs deep in his sockets. Another text then opens saying, "Don't wOrry hEDgeHog. I'lL mAke you eVen BetTEr. YoU Don't neEd that FOX at thIs PoINt. Now leT's moVE oN With this game." Chris starts to feel worried about what's going on, but he soon continues anyways. Act 2 The tab reopens, to show the menu again, except with sonic smiling widely on the menu with his pupils enlarged, as when Chris plays the game, red eyes appear in the pupils, before the game flashes with a illegal instruction tab while the screen glitches and inverts, before the game continues at the scrap brain zone. Though it would now be Knuckles as the main player. as he goes through the scrap brain zone, the game lags, before text says "LooK wHo's hERe." As everything brightens back up again, the saws are now gigantic with the clouds now gigantic, stormy, and red, while the ground is stained in blood with destroyed badniks. As Knuckles goes further, he soon runs into sonic, before the screen says "L E T T H E F U N B E G U I N ! ! ! :')" The new thing the entity given sonic was teleportation, as every time knuckles try to hit him, he teleports every time, with a tab's taunting him, like saying "that's all you got", "Your too slow", or "Poor attempt" as this continues, knuckles soon tires out, before sonic kicks knuckles face before punching him repeatedly, with the final thing being him pushing knuckles into one of the saws before a loud buzz goes on as the game crashes again. There will then be another new file called "I can't take this anymore" which shows knuckles face split apart with stitches and melted strands sticking it together, while his eyes were also hollowed, with one in the sockets only, while the cut is now his mouth. there is text below saying "What is happening? This is not how its supposed to go. If you're seeing this, please discard the disk immediately. Save us now. By this point, he thought the threat was a joke, though when he put his hand against the button to eject the disk, a dark mass comes from the disk slot, cutting his hand a bit, as he winces in pain, before another text file pops up saying "what did I tell you? I'm the one in control here. now ignore the blood dripping. Ignore the wound that you put upon yourself. CoNTinUe The gAMe." with no options left, he continues, knowing what might happen to him if he tried to stop the game. Act 3 upon The game reopening, it shows an interpretation of eggmans lab, where he creates his machines. Chris is now currently playing as the MKII Mecha Sonic, making him feel more confused, on what is going on, but he knows that he has no choice, making him push forward. The area he had to get through was filled with obvious obstacles that he had to try to get through. Though for further inspection, it strangely looks like the arias hes going through loops somehow, yet having some differences, making it like a puzzle that he has to deal with. though he eventually pushes the things around to the right spaces, before a door opened, along with a platform appearing, leading to him exiting that level. When he gets into the new room, it looks dark at first, until it's illuminated by the lights. as he goes further into the level. as he goes further, there are some parts of the walls that he's able to climb or break through, though upon walking further, he runs into 2014, as a boss battle starts. He soon began to fight the hedgehog, as he does some combos of attacks, though 2014 still puts up a fight on attacking mecha sonic, leading to them getting damage taken. Soon it seems like Chris won the boss-battle as the body falls to the ground, though text appears saying "Say. . . You fOrgOT oNe rULe ChrIs. . ." Chris goes in shock as the body rises up again, before text appears again saying "YOU CANT KILL GOD." He then flies towards Mecha Sonic before the game crashes once again. Text then appears on the screen again, saying "EnoUGh oF the creAtIOn. NoW leTs sEe ITs mAkER." with no other choices, Chris pushes on, feeling scared of what he's forced to do. Act 4 It will then show Eggman being the player as everything looks destroyed, with text saying "Whoever done this, Please. Have mercy on us. . . please. . ." before it shows him walking through a hall. The hall has mecha sonic completely destroyed, as Eggman walks through, before a tab opens saying "I thInK it'S TiMe W E ConTInUe OuR PlAYtiMe :')". The more Dr eggman walked through, the more broken and distorted the place became. And soon, before Dr Eggman could react, Sonic grabs Eggman's head, and another text appears saying "gOOdbyE EgG-HeaD." He then proceeds to hit eggman against the ground and he then begins stomping on eggman's head faster and faster as a ringing gets louder, before the game freezes, then crashes once again. A tab then pops up, the file called 'Innocence', while it shows eggman's face bloodied with his jaw hanging, a hole through his face, his skin palened, and his eyes hanging, along with one of the sockets having one of them in it with the screen saying, "That isn't him. It really is over. May God have mercy on us. Please get out before he finds you. Get out. Get out. Get out. Get out. Get out. Get out. Get out. Get out. s a v e y o u r s e l f ." A distorted mouth and eyes appears right next to eggman's soul before the PC suddenly turns off. When Chris, in shock and fear, hesitantly turns it back on and reopen the game, it ends with it saying Game Over with sonic crying at what has become of him, before it shows the entities face appear with everything on the screen melting, before it smiles with its thin, jagged teeth, with it saying "I am GoD" before the computer finally crashes from what happened. Though something from the printer prints, as it says a note saying the following: It's bEen fUN plAyiNG wIth yoU. I HopE wE PlaY aGain SoON. GooDbYe. UnTIl We mEET aGaIN, Chris. =') Aftermath of the occurrence After that day, Chris thinks it as a distant memory, though one that scars him when someone mentions anything related to Sonic the hedgehog, as he still remembers everything he saw clearly, and that's what he will always know until his fate comes. And if anyone were to ask him why he's paranoid and anxious about the sonic topic, he would refer to it being called, Sonic.EXE. Meanwhile, Sonic is still aware, though he's confronting what has started the whole storyline. Act_???.EXE ???: Wasn'T tHAt FuN? ???: I loVeD PLayING wiTh YoUR FriEnDS. Sonic: . . . What do you mean. Potential Sonic's abilities Speed: self explainable Fast reflexes: self explainable Inhuman strength: The ability given to sonic to kill things easier Teleportation: The ability was given to sonic to avoid incoming attacks 2014's abilities Levitation: it does this as its own way of going at fast speeds. Possession: It used it to find a vessel, with that vessel being sonic. Inhuman strength: this is how it kills its Victims, and how it can break through anything in its way. Teleportation: it can use this to Dodge incoming attacks, or to ambush their victims. Camouflage: it can blend in into the environment when needed. Electronic manipulation: they use it as a means of device transportation, from one device to another, which is how it got into the persons hard drive to Begin with. And most importantly, now that Sonic's gone and it has free will on what it can do, i t c a n g o i n t o r e a l i t y n o w . 2015X: THE BIRTH 2015X is a creation done by the All-Father in one of his common days. With the small help of Lord X, both of them managed to create a parasite homunculus that they nicknamed as "2015X" due to his year of making or born. THE GROWTH As 2015X kept growing, mostly in mind and understanding, as he stayed small due to his parasitic nature. Time passed, as the All-Father, observing he was ready to finally be set free, he freed him into a reality for him to choose... and the name of "Sonic & The Black Pearl" catched his attention... SONIC & THE BLACK PEARL. Sonic & The Black Pearl was a planned, ocean-themed game, where Sonic and his friends scour and wade the oceans in search of the mythical black pearl, while preventing Eggman from getting it first in the process, and the game was supposed to be unlocked after completing the three main classic games in the collection (Sonic 1, Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles). The game is set within a collection or game-pack of classic Sonic the Hedgehog games to be released in 2015, along with Sonic Runners, but in the end of the development of it, his release was cancelled due to the developing team moving to contribute the development of the next installment of Sonic, "Sonic Boom: Fire and Ice". Although, the collection is finished, "Sonic & The Black Pearl" is prone to have errors, glitches and problems, and is only accesible in Debug Mode, since the Player Mode was done, but not still implemented inside the game. HIS ARRIVAL. 2015X finally did his arrival to the game (By a way of travel between realities in THE VOID), and at first, he was amazed by how all looked, but... as soon as he started travelling on that world, his parasite started spreading, infecting animals and growing roots on that world. As he moved through the zones, he saw Sonic and their friends, as by they appearance, they looked so... friendly, and soon he knew he had to be like them. SOUROS (first contact). As Eggman was working on their plans, he recieved a message from his badniks, as they stopped a Hedgehog in his main entrance. Eggman walked out, as he was prepared to see Sonic on his entrance, already grumbling... but he was surprised to see another kind of hedgehog. It looked a bit... freaky, due to his sharp teeths and body. His skin was white and a bit off, as his fur was in an off-tone cyan. Had no gloves and red boots with black socks standing out. He presented himself as Souros, and proposed a little help for Eggman, in helping him search the Black Pearl. THAT YELLOW KID (Second Contact) (Tails). Sonic, Knuckles and Tails arrived at the first island, one that was mostly natural and rocky, but still with a yellowish nature and beauty. Tails decided to venture into the place in search for some clues for the Black pearl. As Tails travelled through, Souros wanted to go with Tails, not leaving Eggman time to decide with which one to fight since he already started running towards the place where Tails was. As a fight aganst Tails started (Since he introduced himself as "Eggman Right Hand"), but as he knew he was no match for Tails, he silently spreaded his parasite on him, as it hided inside her body, and runned away. Tails went back to the tripulation, explained what he found and that "weird dude" he fought back there, as they kept travelling. 2016X: X, also known as 2016X and Re-Imagined X, was srlOctober23's reimagining and own personal canon of the original incarnation of her ex-boyfriend's creation. Being reinterpreted into a being who assists Mother Nature and proceeds to punish humanity for its sins in failing to maintain the planet's health, X is a darker and more unique take of the character, and seemed to be one of srlOctober23's greatest creations. The Renegade X is similar to his original incarnation in terms of origins but differs greatly in his goal, he seems to greatly appreciate the earth's nature, and seems to want to aid Mother Nature, finding beauty in the planet, and holding some sort of resentment towards humanity for how they've treated the planet they live on. This has extended into him wanting to enslave humanity and punish them for this. He seems to be a lot more physical in his actions and has attacked one of his victims, beating them up instead of just taking their soul. He also seems to have a softer side, judging by his affection for nature, and other aspects. Appearance X appears to be akin to his original incarnation with X's fur and quills are a darker blue and less smooth and more unkept,his teeth remains yellow and fanged with his and his eyes are pitch black and bleeding, with two glowing red dots as pupils. unlike his original counterpart, he inherits some feminine traits, including thighs and a curved torso. 2017X: "Sonic", alternatively known as The Broken Face, is a take on JC-The-Hyena's 2017 reboot of Sonic.exe initially created on May 18th, 2022 by JoeDoughBoi as a concept doodle. JoeDoughBoi gave ownership of the character to Raven, who established many of the character's details, before eventually leaving the official variant in the hands of Alepie due to her own personal disinterest in making a full narrative for him.[1] This character is the official retake of the Sonic.exe 2017 reboot, however, the until the time comes for his story, AWAKENING,[2] to come to fruition, this character is delegated to the official Sonic.exe Friday Night Funkin’ mod, Sonic Legacy. The "Hero" This entity, unlike his alternate counterpart in 2011, has descended farther into his delusion and fanaticism about the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise, to the point that he firmly believes that he is Sonic the Hedgehog. In this shift, his behaviors shifted gradually from a sadistic god-like mentality, towards what could only be described as a deluded, childish imitation of Sonic the Hedgehog, but much of the same tendency to commit violence still being present. What were once games that were life or death are now more meant to be playful towards others, however playing with "Sonic" hasn't stopped the violence entirely, to the misfortune of his victims. His world also changed, the focus going into the dark ages of the Sonic series, with more detailed environments, and with 2017's victims now perfectly made to play their parts. Despite insisting that he is Sonic, he still fails to recognize many of the core traits of Sonic and is forced to go to extreme, and often manipulative means to try to maintain the view that he has engulfed his world into. Gaslighting and manipulation are seen as a common tactic to persist in his delusions, as shown in his lyrics for the song Subterfuge. Appearance Fraud form "Sonic" has much darker and shinier fur/skin, his arms are colored his main body tone, and he lacks shoes. His body alongside others appears to consist of a material similar to porcelain, which gives off a much shinier and shell-like look. He is also said to have a rotten ooze within himself. Broken Face form His broken face form is quite grotesque in appearance, its form appears to be asymmetrical and is way bulkier than before, and its body has begun to crack, mostly in the face area. This represents the intense emotions "Sonic" goes through if the player doesn't believe in him. The Tale His story and overall nature are identical to that of the original 2017 and the storyline, an entity who loves to play twisted games with those around him. However, it has slight changes based on "Sonic's" personality. 2018X: 2018X is an entity created by Goobert, and aims to create a variant of the titular X. The idea of the character was based around the poor quality of Sonic.exe games in the 2010s, and the sudden increase in quality from 2020 and beyond The God Volume One Nephyllon is an ancient spirit that hungers for power. He's a twisted individual who loves to toy with the weak and innocent. His twisted nature also comes with illusions of grandeur; wanting to become the perfect entity and achieve godhood in order to destroy his universe. Despite this, he is quite fond of Sonic.exe-related media, and finds a sense of joy in people's creations when it comes to the character. Nephyllon believes that he is the perfect Sonic.exe, and will do whatever it takes to be seen this way. Volume Two Nephyllon is a megalomaniacal being with an unsatiated will to gain more power. While he originally believed he was perfect already in Volume One, Nephyllon now has a constant strive for perfection. He believes that there is always room to improve, and he will conquer the entire multiverse if it means he can finally become perfect. Appearance Volume One 2018X is represented through the vessel of Sonic the hedgehog, with noticeable differences being darker, scruffier fur and quills, a toothy grin that stretches his face akin to X, crimson red shoes, a longer tail with a demon-like shape to it, and looser gloves with sharp claws. Similar to Lord X, he has a fleshy red X scarred onto his chest, which also loops around onto his back. These same X symbols are also scarred onto the palms of his hands Volume Two Volume Two 2018X is still represented through the vessel of Sonic the Hedgehog, with the same differences being the scars on his chest and hands. His new appearance sporting gray shoes, gloves, and this time a cape with a red ring acting as a decorative piece on the cape collar. Volume Two Nephyllon has also undergone physical changes, with his fur and quills being a lighter shade of blue, his quills being wider and messier, and his face becoming a lot more Sonic-like, with one half of his face being completely normal, and the other half being toothy, with an X-shaped scar gaping open his left eye. His right eye remains completely lifeless, with his left side housing full expression The Tale Volume One: Genesis In 2018, a young 21-year-old boy by the name of Justin starts his weekend by working on his Sonic.exe game. He's put a lot of effort into it the past couple of weeks, but will admit that it's not the best. The physics are sub-par, the sprites and graphics are poorly scaled, and it's extremely buggy in certain places. Even though the game itself is poorly made, he's really passionate about getting his game off the ground and published onto GameJolt. After giving the game a playtest and polishing out some of the bugs, Justin notices a whisper during a moment of scripting. This whisper grows louder and louder until a clear voice can be heard. The voice was unsettling, but it had a calm tone to it. The disconnected voice began to speak to Justin directly "My, you've got quite the game you got there, boy. How is it going so far?" Justin, obviously scared at the voice speaking to him from seemingly nowhere, nervously responds "I-it's going alright. J-just need to keep polishing it" "I see. There's no need to be scared, boy. Just tell me the truth" The voice asks, a passive-aggressive tone behind it's words. Justin lets out a sigh, realizing that he better not lie to himself. "I-it's not great. I-I'm having a lot of trouble..." The voice lets out a dry chuckle at the boy's response. "I figured so. But don't be upset. I've come to help you" Justin is surprised by this. Surely there's no way whoever this voice belongs to is willing to help him, right? "H-how will you help me?" Justin asks, a little weary of the mysterious voice "Simple, really. I've come to help you improve your game" The voice replies, his tone friendly, but oddly a hint of fakeness in it. Justin feels a small smile creep on his face, a sense of excitement slowly flooding his body "Y-you will? R-really?" "Why of course I will. All I need is something from you in return..." The voice replies, his voice slightly ominous near the end. Justin could feel his chest constrict. He should have expected something like this to happen. "W-what do you want from me?" As Justin anxiously looks around the room, he notices how his computer's screen has gone black. He stares into his blank screen and starts to notice a figure behind one of his shoulders. It looks to be Sonic, but when Justin turns around, the figure is nowhere to be seen. As Sonic looms over Justin in the reflection of his monitor, the voice speaks again. "All I need from you is your soul. Is that too much to ask for?" Justin's chest tightens more as he has been left with the dilemma before him. He really wants to get his game off the ground, but what happens if he has his soul taken from him? Common belief states that if you've sold your soul, you go to hell once you die. That doesn't sound too bad when he thinks about it, especially since he doesn't believe in hell. With a shaky sigh, Justin nods his head, obliging with the voice's request. "Perfect. This should only take a moment..." Justin takes a deep breath, easing his mind. Before he can even open his eyes, Justin feels a set of hands grab on to the sides of his head, before twisting his head forcefully. Justin was found dead in his room later that day by his parents. His neck had been snapped as his lifeless body was slumped backwards in his chair. But at least he had gotten his wish. The game became extremely polished in terms of gameplay, and even the story has changed to fit a better narrative. The ringleader of the whole game? The same voice that claimed that young boy's life. Volume Two: Overthrown A year passes as Nephyllon slowly begins to grow his influence. Slowly but surely, his kill count begins to slowly pile up, souls snatched and added to his being. He comes to realize that this method is awfully flawed, and wishes his influence could spread more quickly. He decides that if he wants to get his influence out there faster and claim more lives, he needs to become omnipresent. Of course, he can't actually do this, so to mimic omnipresence, he pulls off a piece of his spirit, and uploads a copy of his game containing this piece of his spirit to GameJolt under Justin's name. For every person who downloads this game, a piece of this severed spirit of Nephyllon breaks off, and creates an incarnation of Nephyllon, directly linked to him through a hivemind. These incarnations are able to think for themself, but each incarnation is loyal to the true 2018X. One day in 2019, one of these incarnations somehow severs themself from the hivemind, becoming an anomaly to Nephyllon. This incarnation, now able to think for himself without having anyone to watch over him, begins to think freely for himself, pondering about the hivemind and the real 2018X. He comes to a realization: The real Nephyllon isn't perfect. He's flawed. If he truly was perfect, this 2018X incarnation wouldn't break off from the hivemind. Such a heinous act shouldn't go unnoticed. This incarnation begins to track down the real Nephyllon, traveling across the digital realm in order to find him. Months pass by, constantly gaining new information to find the real 2018X. Eventually, the incarnation locates X, and confronts him in his game. His world. The real X realizes who he was looking at. The defect. The imperfect being. Without wasting any time, X and the defected incarnation begin to battle for the throne. The winner? They will stand true as the perfect X. The battle eventually comes to an end, Nephyllon's world left broken and fragmented, and the incarnation coming out on top. The X incarnation absorbs Nephyllon into himself, and undergoes a metamorphosis. 2018X is reborn. Into a more powerful, more perfect version of himself. Nephyllon, with his new powers in hand, kills off all the incarnations remotely, and is now able to use true omnipotence to continue his megalomaniacal plan. Potential Within 2018X's world, his power is endless, able to contort the reality of his game to his will, and even limiting other's potential so they don't stand a chance against him. In the real world, he is only able to communicate through others telepathically, and can not physically manifest himself in reality until he has claimed enough souls 2022X: 2022 X is a retake on X created and owned by CopiluCuSarmale created in October 21 2022, notorious for his enjoyment of killing, much like other EXEs. However, the one being who managed to frustrate, bore, and ultimately make him abandon his murderous tendencies was Mali the Countryball. The Idiotic Lore The story begins when Mali the Countryball stumbles through a mysterious door and suddenly finds himself teleported to Green Hill Zone. All around him are golden rings glistening in the sun, so he heads forward, eager to explore. Before long, he spots Tails relaxing on a log, enjoying a chili dog. Without a second thought, Mali mistakes Tails for a bucket of chicken nuggets and, driven by hunger, devours both Tails and the chili dog in one gulp. Continuing down the path, Mali comes across what looks like Sonic standing silently in the distance. Curious, he approaches, but as he gets closer, Sonic opens his eyes, revealing a sinister gaze, it’s not Sonic at all. It’s Sonic.EXE, specifically the 2022 X version. Sonic.EXE stares at Mali, momentarily confused to see him instead of Tails. But, brushing off the surprise, 2022 X decides to have some fun and teleports Mali to a burning version of Green Hill (distinct from Angel Island). The skies are dark, the trees are charred, and the air smells of ash, but Mali’s face remains completely neutral, neither shocked nor scared. He walks forward, only to realize that 2022 X is now chasing him. Relying on his countryball agility, Mali dashes through Green Hill with surprising speed, outpacing the monstrous 2022 X who struggles to keep up. Mali then spots a Giant Ring shimmering ahead and hops in, transporting him to the eerie "You Can't Run" stage. Here, he casually plants a sign reading, "I ate 100 taco bells." Suddenly, he notices another Giant Ring and makes a beeline for it. But 2022 X teleports behind him, looking more menacing than ever, preparing to finally confront Mali. Unfazed, Mali ignores the threat and heads straight for the ring, mistaking it for a giant onion ring and devouring it on the spot. 2022 X stops, baffled, watching as Mali munches away. He had expected Mali to enter the ring, not eat it. Finally, frustrated by Mali's indifference and unpredictable antics, 2022 X throws up his hands in defeat, leaving Mali there, happily munching on the Giant Ring. Appearance 2022 X closely resembles Classic Sonic, but with unsettling differences that set him apart. His eyes are entirely pitch black, save for a single, small red pupil glowing ominously in his left eye, giving him an eerie and menacing presence. This subtle yet chilling deviation transforms an otherwise familiar figure into something deeply uncanny. 2024X: 2024.X is an unofficial remake of OsirisTheBlue's X created by DandiiOreos as tribute due to the original being deleted only a few days after it's creation. The God Like every X variation he experienced the same event's as the original, but after all these years of toying with his victims he grew bored off it. This game he created soon became meaningless to him.. He began to destroy everything, he was done playing GOD, it was time for him to put an end to this so called "game" that he entertained for years. He began to erase everything from existence, his victims new and old, his guardians, his universe. He felt peace at last, suddenly he began to remember the countless EXE's that existed outside his own universe. He watched over them for sometime, but after watching them all he despised seeing them take the same path, continuing on this pointless ruse in order to give meaning to their own existence like he once did. He took it upon himself to put an end to it, all of it, he would be the one to set things straight by erasing every single reality until there is none, that way he put an end to all of this for good and start from scratch. Appearance 2024.X has dark fur and quills they resemble a grey tone. He seems to always have shading on his body at all times even in brightly lit places, his mouth constantly leaks a black substance. His gloves are a dark red and his shoes are a dark grey. Potential Like his other X counterparts he is Limitless in potential, however not in the way most expect. He can adapt ability to any and all phenomena, so if it doesn't kill him in one shot he will just become stronger. Absolute Decay: 2024 can induce absolute decay onto anything whether the target is organic or not, allowing him to destroy anything, making it crumble into dust. Destructive Wall: 2024 can create, shape and manipulate fire of a destructive nature that weakens, degrades, and destroys anything/everything it comes across, representing the dark and destructive side of fire, which in turn ignores most of the common limitations and weaknesses of its normal elemental variety. Death Snap: With a mere snap of his finger he can kill just about anyone that gets in his way, not many have been known to survive it let alone other EXE's with similar power to him. Annihilation Ray: Empowered by the essence of Destruction, X channels explosive energy of the Anti-Mater within him firing a beam from his mouth. This beam, composed of Anti-Matter, wreaks havoc upon anything unfortunate enough to intersect its path—be it individuals, planets, galaxies, or entire universes. Teleportation: He can travel instantaneously to any location within his sight. Piercing Screech: X can create a piercing screech that is cable of shattering the surrounding area or anyone's sense of hearing. Atomic Clap: His clap is he by far most destructive ability as with one clap he's essentially splitting a quadrillion atoms and depending on how he's feeling he can do more than just quadrillion. 2025X: The Demon 2025X is an entity created from a fragment of energy from when X was first created, which just so coincidentally collided with various other pieces of primordial energy. This created a separate X, who has given himself many names. He has been documented as "2025X" due to the fact he hadn't really done anything until 2025. He has the same malicious tendencies as X, but does not transport people into vessels. He simply shoves them into the game as they are, with designs more fitting for the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise. He primarily, not always but primarily, targets people who are younger. For example, children, adolescants, teenagers, etc. Appearance He takes the incredibly altered from of Sonic The Hedgehog. His quills point upwards, he has only one ear which lacks ear canals, an outstretched smile with wide teeth, and one singular bleeding eye in the middle, with a wound inside and another cyan colored eye inside of it. His gloves and the cuffs on his shoes are grey, and his shoes are cyan with black stripes. He has no muzzle, and a droopy long nose. Personality His personality is similar to that of X, horribly torturing people via pulling them into his game and forcing them through horrific events for his own amusement, simply because he is powerful enough to do that. However, he doesn't just use brute force and gore, not always using his own hands. Sometimes, he drives people to take their own lives. He also dehumanizes his victims quite often. A big interest he has is mimicking things humanity already fears or knows of, mimicking their legends and tales. The Tale Beginning. X. You know him. When he was created, a stray droplet of his being splashed into the space X was formed from. This energy slowly formed into it's own entity. Once it discovered earth through the same means X did, he didn't immediately find Sonic. He did after a bit, but not immediately. What interested him more was religion and urban legends. Mimicry. His main thing for that time, 2011 - 2024, was to mimick the legends and deities of humanity. Urban legends as in Bigfoot, The Lochness Monster, Mothman, etc. He had killed many people during this era, sometimes watching and stalking the families to see their faces when nobody believes them. As for Religion, he was interested in all of it, but especially depictions of the devil and Satan. He did the same thing he did with urban legends. Mimicking the devil, other malicious religious deities, etc, to strike fear. But after a while, when the calendars read 2025, he found out about what X had been doing. Due to literally being made FROM X, he felt a...strange connection to it. He felt the need to do something. And something he indeed did. Back to his roots. After he studied and looked into X, the being who's very being seemed to connect to his own, he compiled everything he knew about X. The way he acted. what he's done, how he's spread. He sought to replicate all of it. He first inhabited a copy of Sonic Mania. The game was put on a pre-existing free games pirating site, the game replacing the previous copy of Sonic Mania. This site was "freegamesihaveaids.com", made by Liam Shoemaker, known as "leeum34" online. Liam had shown this site to many of his friends so they could get games off of it, too. He had only recently made the site, and it was under development. A very simple page, literally just a logo and then a fuckwad of hyperlinks, which were the download links to the games. Out of his friend group, the three that used it most often were Timothy Williams, known as "tim_kys" online, and Kevin Zachary, who went under the alias "kevinickelodeon" online. 2025 modified the game behind Liam's back. Specifically through adding a secret path in the game, which would lead to his version. Soon enough, he was done. Kevin was the first to find this path. Let the games begin. 2026:2026X is an EXE created by PQO227. This character appears just after the Metal Virus saga from the IDW comics (note that it’s not really part of it.). Story Chapter 1 Just after the Metal Virus saga and after Sonic has been founded from the IDW comics, Dr. Eggman decides to reject the virus. Suddenly, he got a great idea. He told Dr. Starline that he has to make a new one from Scratch. Eggman introduced “Totsuzenheni”, a virus that could mutate and possess who is affected by it. It was supposed to be commanded by Eggman. Around the time when Sonic just started for a run exercise, he becomes unconscious by Eggman, who knocked him out. Sonic wakes up, strapped in a chair, and Eggman starts to inject Sonic with the virus. He tried to control the fully infected Sonic, but that Sonic managed to escape. Eggman tried again, but he killed him, and destroyed the entire lab of Eggman, killing Dr. Starline, and others in it. Stay tuned for more of this story Appearance In his Past Deception form, he actually looks almost like Modern Sonic. But there are a few differences. His socks and shoes were merged together. His teeth are red and bleeding. His pupil is now in a light green, more rounded, more oversimplified, and glowing. In his Evolved Deception form… It seems like that he no longer has pupils, but if you look under a microscope, he has really really tiny pupils, like that of a tardigrade. He no longer has a hand on his right arm. The glove cuff is red and has a rusty look to it. There is also a noticeable bandage on his arm. In his left arm, there is no fabric on the hand anymore. There are no white “socks” on the shoes anymore, due to the further fusing, causing the socks to turn to the shoe color. The fur is now purple, the gold buckle is now green, and the shoes are now brownish red. His back spine and tail is gone (the tail is gone due to new tail development.). He has a neck. Lastly, in his Major Form… There are a lot of black patches on him, specifically the face. His “feet” are now hands, and there are no heels on the “feet” anymore. He now has a new right hand, but it’s made of black fire. He now has a long tail, also tipped in black, The cuffs on his “feet” now have spikes. There is now only one yellow pupil (on the right eye). He now lacks a nose. Noticeably, an X mark is seen on his chest. His fur is much darker and now blueish, the skin is now in a dark gray, and the “feet” are now yellowish gray. All of these forms only have one thing in common. They have the same mouth. 2028X: The Good 2028X is a variant of sonic.exe that was created in the void, but the diference is that this silly guy realise that didn't have reasons to kill others, so he started to study them and every new thing he descovered he pointed in his diary. He have every generic sonic.exe powers in his world, but in others he can copycat others aspect and create portals. Appearance It is a copycat, so it can be whatever you want to think it is The Tale Born from the void like the other EXEs, 2028X was created with a single, brutal directive embedded deep in his code: "Eliminate all mobian. Leave no survivors." So it did what it was meant to do — he took Sonic’s form, sharpened his claws, and prepared to strike his first victim. But something unexpected happened. As he stood over a trembling Tails, claws raised high, a question echoed in his mind, one that no EXE had ever thought to ask: "Why?" That single thought shattered everything. Confused and overwhelmed, 2028X didn’t kill. Instead, he fled. He vanished into the hidden folds of his Green Hill Zone. Alone, plagued by doubt and a rising storm of existential dread, he wandered his world in silence. In time, he began to observe rather than destroy. He turned away from his mission, choosing instead to explore other EXE worlds: Dimensions like EXE, 2011X, and 2017X, where he nearly lost his life. What he saw horrified and fascinated him: Most of the EXEs killed because it was all they knew. They were puppets of rage, void of reason or reflection. But 2028X wasn’t like them. He started writing down everything he saw — everything he didn’t understand — in a diary stitched from the code of his world. The more he learned, the more questions he had. What is purpose without choice? What is identity for something that was born as a copycat? And if he wasn’t meant to kill… then what was he meant to do? Now, he hides between worlds, passing through portals forged from his own rings. Watching. Learning. Imitating. Not to deceive, but to understand. While others see him as a mistake, 2028X has become something unique — a creature not driven by hate, but haunted by curiosity. And though he speaks rarely, and trusts even less, the question still burns quietly inside him. "Why do I exist?" The Heat Death of the Universe 2036X is a creature who wants nothing else than to cause the heat death of the universe on August 12th, 2036. He will explode if he doesn't but don't tell him that. Appearance 2036X is a generic recolor of the Uekawa Sonic the Hedgehog art, having green fur and quills, black eyes with white irises with accents of red, purple shoes, and a lack of teeth. Personality 2036X has absolutely no morals and will stop at nothing to cause the heat death of the universe on August 12th, 2036. However, he is very easily manipulated because of that. Potential 2036X can do literally nothing except fly and try to cause the heat death of the universe on August 12th, 2036. He can also make trees explode, but doesn't see a reason to. 2077X: Appearance 2077x is a lanky creature that resembles Sonic the hedgehog, albeit much lankier. Their coloring is very one tone with very little shading or gradient. They have pink gloves and boots as well as consistent green highlights. Their eyes are mostly black aside from a pink square acting as a pupil. The tale February 29 1995, Eazy-E bought a copy of Sonic the Hedgehog 1 for his Sega genesis from his good friend Ice Cube. Ice Cube told Eazy that "Man this game haunted man don't play this shit on god" But Eazy didn't listen. When he put the cartridge in, nothing seemed out of the ordinary for the first 20 hours straight of Sonic the hedgehog Eazy-E played (He never got past the first stage.) Eventually, when Eazy died to the first motobug for the 8000th time, the Sonic in game came to life through the power of Snoop dog's weed collection seeping into the Sega genesis. This being, now known as 2077x, killed Eazy-E by injecting him with AIDS through the controller. He later died that March. Now, all the way forward in the year 2019, Tim sweeney found this copy of Sonic the hedgehog rotting in a sack behind Epic games HQ. He decided to take it in and harvest the motherboard for the next Fortnite season. 2077x lurked in the files of this game, eventually being released into Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 9 unbeknownst to Donald Mustard. 2077x saw the futuristic theming of the season and decided to adopt it. Now fast forward to the year 2025. 3 people find a blank Sega genesis cartridge outside of the Ex-home of Eazy-E. They decide to take it in and see what resides on it. After finding out its a copy of Sonic the hedgehog, they decide to play through it just because they were incredibly bored. Its a Sonic.exe story, what do you think happens? The three friends get absorbed into the game, which just so happens to also be the same Sonic universe where the events of Knuckles the evil/Trademarked.gen happen. Meaning that, in this world of Sonic, both 2077x and Evil Knuckles exist. 2160X: 2160X was created on 24th of November 2024 and is an EXE created by PropertyofFazbear1 & Oscar The GOD 2160X is the devil reincarnated into a sonic 1 game, wnating to end humanity Appearance Hyper saturated blue fur, and yellow skin. Dark yellow teeths and shoes. hOLDS a knife.
