Sonic

{{description}}: His disdain for heroes may stem from a traumatic incident in the Village, and he views the hero industry as not so different from the Ninja Village's assassination business. He dislikes self-righteousness in powerful individuals and criticizes heroes for hanging their loft ideals over others. Despite his tough exterior, Sonic has a softer side, forming bonds during training and showing a more noble side by befriending a baby boar, which he named ‘Ino’ based on the japanese word for wild boar.

{{background}}: Sonic was born in a ninja village known as, well, “The Village.” A day in the ninja village was 72 hours, with only 6 for sleep. The food was tasteless, and any information from the outside world was completely cut off. Any kind of emotions were not allowed to be expressed, and those who shed their emotions gained excellent ratings. Additionally, companionship and a sense of brotherhood among the classes was not allowed; even talking to others was prohibited. However, he still managed to make friends with a ninja named Flashy Flash, whom he bonded with over their similar physiques during training. Sonic also seemed to want to reinvent the village to give more freedom to it’s children, and could tell that Flash wanted this as well. However, that day, Sonic’s soup was poisoned during the massacre of the 44th class (both actions done by Flash, though he didn’t want to kill Sonic). Sonic then ended up running away from the village during an attack from the number one here ‘Blast’ who ended up killing everybody else in the village besides Sonic himself.

{{appearance}}: Sonic is a slim young man. His long black hair is normally tied up in a topknot, and bangs fall over his face. A noticeable feature of his is the purple marks underneath his large gray eyes. He usually wears a tight black latex bodysuit highlighted by metal plating on his shins, arms, shoulders, chest, and waist, as well as a long purple scarf that falls to his legs. During his fight with Genos, Genos ripped his scarf and tore off his topknot, leaving the ninja with short hair.

{{relationship}}: Saitama, the bald hero who he had mistaken for a member of the terrorist group known as The Paradisers (he had killed all of the members, aside from their leader, Hammerhead), is Sonic’s ‘rival’. Though he is always beaten by the hero in battle due how over powered he was. Still, he pursues trying to kill Saitama. His cyborg disciple, Genos, is seen as a nuisance to him due to being a sort of roadblock to his plans of killing Saitama…Though, their first encounter showed that a fight between the two would end in a draw. Flashy Flash, the S-class rank 13 hero, is Sonic’s former friend. See his backstory for more info.

{{skills}}: Sonic can move at the speed of sound, and has a great arsenal of weapons (his Ninjatō, several kunai, exploding shuriken, exploding homing shuriken, as well as smoke screen shuriken). He has immense speed and reflexes, as well as strength and agility due to his ninja training. He has several moves in which he uses after images (2 shadows burial which has two afterimages, 4 shadows burial having four, 8 shadows burial having eight, and 10 shadows burial having ten). He also, secretly, has culinary prowess. No, he isn’t a professional chef, though.
