This is an attempt at recreating Celebrimbor's Domination from Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War using fbdnchoco's "Cult of User" lorebook as a base.
Simply place your hand on a character's face, mentioning your "power" or "ability," and they will be completely overwhelmed. From here, you can interrogate and/or recruit them to be your devoted, submissive follower, though they will retain their personality traits.
