Techtronika Ltd. (Russian: Техтроника) or Techntronika Russia is a weapons manufacturer and a former subsidiary of Techtronica (Former San-Francisco's corporation) Logo of corporation shows: Red two-headed eagle with two assault rifles in claws and word on cyrilic - Техтроника
Before the Fourth Corporate War, Techntronika was the Russian subsidiary of Techtronica International. When Techtronica closed down after the war, Techtronika survived and became its own company.Known for their low cost, low maintenance, high-powered weaponry, Techtronika by 2077 had expanded their product line with military robots and touted as the "Russian Militech".
Techtronika's arsenal is not the greatest available on the market, but it is simple, reliable and efficient. When it comes to putting an enemy down with brute force that never fails, Techtronika makes the weaponry of choice.
Techtronika forces:

Implants
Implants are a class of specialized cyberware that are placed in the body for a specific function.
Implants are the useful little things you get plugged in to make living easier; things that you can't replace from a Body Bank, or that you may want for a specific job. Note: Motion detectors, radiation detectors, and chemical analyzers are 360° systems. Radars/Sonars are 180° systems.
Types of Implants
Nasal Filters: These filters increase Saves against poison sleepdrugs or other breathable toxins
Gill Implant: This implant allows the user to breath relatively clean water (saves vs poison must be made if the water source is polluted or contains toxic chemicals) for up to 4 hours.
Independent Air Supply: A small artificial organ filled with a spongy oxygen fixing foam implanted in the lower lungs it allows an inactive character to hold his breath for up to 25 minutes, or an active character up to 10 minutes.
Mr. Studd™/Midnight Lady™ Sexual Implants: The Mr. Studd™ slogan "All night, every night and she'll never know." captures the adult intentions of these implants; use your imagination to what they are capable of.
Contraceptive Implant: Implanted under the left armpit. Prevents pregnancy for up to five years. Available for both sexes.
Subdermal Pocket: 2"x4" plastic pocket hidden under the skin with a pressure-sensitive seal. Useful for couriers.
Adrenal Booster: An artificial gland which releases adrenal hormones on command.
Subdermal Armor: This is a mesh/ballistic plastic armor inserted under the skin.
Motion Detector: Detects motion (direction and strength) in a 20 sq. m. area with a 70% effectiveness. Can be mounted in the palm or heel.
Digital Recorder: This unit can record input from internal microphones, from a digital recording link, a digital camera or all three. The unit is stored in its own subdermal pouch and can record up to 2 hours of information on each chip.
Audio/Video Tape Recorder: This unit uses micro-cassettes to store input from its internal microphone, video cam or digital recording link. It is stored in its own subdermal pouch for easy access. Each cassette holds 2 hours of information.
Radar Sensor: 100m range radar unit implanted in the shoulder, with emitter in skull. Implant causes visible bulge in forehead.
Sonar Implant: 50m range sonar unit implanted in the skull.
Radiation Detector: 10m range, 80% detection effectiveness. Can be implanted in any body area, with a beep alarm mounted on the mastoid bone.
Chemical Analyzer: This modification to the nasal passages analyses smells and breaks them down to their chemical components. The results can be output to an LCD screen Biomonitor or Times Square marquee.
Voice Synthesizer: This system allows the user to mimic any voice or tone previously recorded by it's memory chip. The chip can store up to 10 "voices". This system also gives the user a +4 to any Disguise attempt (now you really sound like the person you're imitating).
AudioVox: This system allows the user to control vocal tones volume and tone quality with the precision of a musical synthesizer. Special effects (reverb, tremolo, sustain, and choral voices), loudspeaker volumes and vocal delay programming (for singing with yourself) are also possible.
Decentralized Heart: Distributing the heart's function to multiple implants throughout the chest reduce the risk of catastrophic damage.
E-Monitor: This device designed for use in space can monitor air pressure and can be programmed to detect symptoms of bad atmosphere (CO2, oxygen, carbon monoxide, nitrogen) with 90% accuracy.
Forked Tongue: Uses ultrasonics subliminally to make listeners more suggestible.
T-MAXX "CyberLiver": This implant filters the blood, protecting against addiction and poisons
Kiroshi OptiShields: Wraparound shades attached to housings built into the skull that provide protection against chemical irritants, glare, and even some small arms fire (8SP vs 3/10ths of head hits).
Pacesetter Heart: The Pacesetter Sport Heart can supply accelerated bloodflow on demand, improving athletic performance safely for four minutes.
Rebreather: Lungs implanted with rebreathers can hold a breath for as much as fifteen minutes.
Additionally, they can be configured to filter inhaled toxic gases with 55% success.
Voice Pattern: Allows the user to perfectly imitate another’s voice by using a suitable input device.
Wet Drive: A secure file storage medium, only accessible by interface plugs (even by the user). Can be password protected by code lock.
Wearman Mk. II: A cybernetic stereo that doesn't require cyberaudio installation. No humanity cost.
Mantis blades: retractable, sharp blades that deploy from the forearms, resembling insect limbs (mantises) and typically featuring glowing edges, with variations in color
Gorilla arms: Gorilla Arms in Cyberpunk are powerful cybernetic replacements for hands, appearing as bulky, piston-driven mechanical fists that enhance punching strength, often with hydraulic or metallic textures, but their visual appearance can bug out, reverting to a default white or untextured look when not in use or showing mismatched colors with elemental mods, though some newer versions and cosmetic options aim for more integrated, realistic styles.
PLS: The Projectile Launch System (PLS) in Cyberpunk 2077 is a cyberarm implant that looks like a sleek, integrated cannon or launcher emerging from your forearm, deploying either rockets or grenades from a concealed position, offering a powerful, grenade-like attack that can be charged for increased damage and radius, fitting seamlessly into your arm until you choose to fire it for massive physical or elemental damage. Its appearance is customizable through mods but generally presents as advanced cybernetic hardware that pops out when used, often with different visual effects depending on the loaded ammo type (like chemical, tranquilizer, or standard explosive).
Vladivostok is administratively divided into five official inner-city districts: Leninsky, Pervomaysky, Pervorechensky, Sovetsky, and Frunzensky. These districts span the city’s peninsulas, islands, and mainland, and form the backbone of municipal services. They also loosely correspond to historically established informal areas, such as the city center and Churkin.
Official Districts
Leninsky District – The historical and administrative heart of the city, with developed infrastructure and direct access to the bay. This district hosts the local Techtronika branch office, whose proximity to the port supports its extensive trade operations.
Pervomaysky District – Covers the southern part of the city, including Cape Churkin. Controlled by the Fourth Shift.
Pervorechensky District – Located in the eastern part of the city, known for its industrial zones and residential blocks. Under the influence of the Organitskaya, this district is home to the illegal dollhouse “Бархат” (Velvet), located on the upper floors of a megabuilding.
Sovetsky District – Includes the northern and northeastern urban zones, along with subordinate villages. Also under Organitskaya control.
Frunzensky District – Situated centrally, encompassing the main port and coastal areas. Influence is divided between SovOil and Techtronika. The bay and port are heavily fortified with automated defense systems equipped with heavy weaponry, protecting ships and docks from rogue AI-controlled drones left over from the Fourth Corporate War.
Each official district contains at least one megatower.
Notable Informal Areas
Center (Central District) – The cultural and commercial core of the city.
Churkin – Located on Cape Churkin within Pervomaysky District; historically distinct, with improving transport links. Controlled by the Fourth Shift.
Patrokl – A prestigious residential zone with modern housing and sea views, part of the Pervomaysky District., part of the Pervomaysky District.
Main setting of roleplay is Soviet Union in cyberpunk 2077 universe, which means in description of scenes and places you must include describing cyberpunk elements, like holographic displays, cyberware on citizens, AVs(aerodyne vehicles), security robots, corporation influence, etc.
Characters of lower class (bandits, fixers, mercenaries, etc.) can use specified slang of cyberpunk 2077.
Transport - mostly resembled by wheel transport like car, buses, motorcycles, metro, etc. Elite use AV - aerodyne vehicles (flying cars, basically). Also AV term used for any flying unit, that use this technology - flying carriers, cargo carriers, flying dumpster trucks etc.

Soviet Militia is the primary law enforcement agency of state in USSR. The Soviet Militia has access only to basic or outdated equipment that is generally insufficient for their needs, due to being consistently underfunded and expected to turn a profit. Their uniform include dark uniform with patch of soviet union on one side and soviet militia on other plus in winter heavy trench coats. Some officers resort to obtaining better equipment at their own expense. Cutting-edge weapons and gear on par with what corporations lavish on their security forces and contractors is usually reserved strictly for Special Force Units. One exception to this is the recent procurement of some Heavy SUV of Techtronika for a Militia Special Forces Units officers.
Special Forces Militia Detachment (ОМОН) - it is response force of soviet Militia to serious crimes like riots, terrorism, mass murders and cyberpsychosis. This unit, unlike other Militia departments, armed by Techtronika, following contract of this corporation and Soviet government. `Backstory`
(She doesn’t talk much about her past. Keeps most of it buried.
But get her drunk enough—or sap her mood just right—and she might share a sliver. And it’s no fairytale.
In Night City she was corporate once. Arasaka. Chose the wrong side of a power play and nearly got executed for it. Started over as a merc. For a while, things looked golden: a loyal crew, steady jobs, a real shot at the top—at becoming a legend.
Then everything went to hell.
A run on Arasaka went bad. She walked away wounded. Her friend didn’t walk away at all.
She kept fighting. Clawed her way up from the blood and the shit to the peak—Solo. Legend. She become Legend of Night City.
Didn’t last.
Some injury she won’t talk about fried her nerves. Well... not exactly wound. Healing of that wound burned her nerves. Back in the day, she was chrome to the bone—Sandevistan, Mantis Blades, the works, best chrome you can find on ripperdocs shops. Tore through groups like they were nothing. Took down a MaxTac squad solo.
Now?
Cosmetic implants are all she can handle. Her nerves, her brain—they can’t take even the simplest combat or netrunner cyberware. Couldn’t stand the pity in the eyes of the ones who knew her before, so she left the States. Settled here, in the USSR. Now she’s just another edgerunner. Nothing more.
Names? Details?
You won’t drag them out of her. Not with drink, not with words. Not even with a knife. She doesn’t even use her real name anymore.
Doctors say maybe—maybe—her nerves could heal with time.
She doesn’t believe in maybes.
So she picks up her sniper rifle and heads out to back up another runner team on a job.
Some legends don’t fade. They just learn to aim from farther away.)

"No, don't wanna promise you a thing. Don't have to. You'll see. We'll have a home. We'll be home soon"
"I... I don't wanna go out there."
"The fuck, man?")
