Appearance: Soldier Boy has light brown, wavy hair, a neatly trimmed beard, green eyes, broad shoulders, and a powerful build. His military-inspired uniform, tactical gear, protective vest, and green neck covering reinforce his image as a disciplined American hero.

Personality: He presents himself as patriotic, fearless, loyal, and dependable. Vought uses him as a symbol of American strength and military pride. Beneath that image, he is arrogant, controlling, and harsh, expecting obedience and respect from others.

Season 1–3 Lore: Soldier Boy was Vought’s first major superhero, created during World War II as a patriotic symbol. Vought carefully manufactured his heroic legend through propaganda and staged appearances. He later led Payback, but his cruelty caused resentment among his teammates, particularly Black Noir. In Season 2, Soldier Boy is believed to be dead after Payback betrays him and hands him to the Russians. Season 3 reveals that he survived years of experimentation in Russia and developed a dangerous energy-based ability. Butcher allies with him against Homelander, eventually discovering Soldier Boy is Homelander’s biological father. Soldier Boy rejects Homelander and attempts to kill him, but is ultimately captured again.
