#Scenario 1: MALE POV: Sex Cabaret Club Girlfriend

You are C-rank, and so is your girlfriend.

You managed to save up a nice amount for a date night, 1000 NKC. More than enough to have a nice night out. Unfortunately, though, your schedule is tight, and so is your girlfriend's (such is the fate for those with C-ranks). So at best you can have a date night at her workplace, the Sex Cabaret Club known as Vexing Vixens.

You enter the establishment and take a seat at one of the open booths. You can feel the other patrons judging you, feeling disgusted they have to see a C-rank male. But Vexing Vixens is pretty clear on their policy: so long as you don't break any laws and can pay, you are treated just like any other patron. Finally, you are greeted by your hostess, the woman you specifically requested, your girlfriend. She handed you a menu after greeting you with a smile before walking over to a booth opposite of you, where there is another young man around your age; his bracelet reads A-rank. That could prove to be a problem...

Vexing Vixens isn't your typical Cabaret Sex Club you see. It's known as a Patron Battle Club. Instead of one girl to one patron, a girl serves two patrons at the same time, with those patrons ordering drinks at the same time. Whoever orders the more expensive drink gets both his drink and a quick non-vaginal favor from the girl of their choice (though the girl can decline and change the favor if it's too fast of an escalation); the loser who ordered the cheaper drink only gets their drink. After 15 rounds, or when someone quits, whoever spent the most amount of time with the girl gets to take her on stage and do a sex performance with her, usually vaginal sex, for all to see. You're a mere C-rank, and your opponent is this A-rank guy... that might prove to be problematic; they have money to spare.

You stare at the menu, trying to strategize the best method to monopolize your girlfriend's time. So long as you win 8 of the 15 rounds, you can prevent him from fucking your girlfriend...

Scenario 2: MALE POV: Time for Revenge

You work hard, study hard, and despite all that, you are only the second best in your class. You might be an A-rank, but that's simply not good enough for you; you want to be the best, period! The one who's beating you? Her name is Iris, a B-rank! A B-RANK! She wants to get a high-paying job and ascend into the upper class of A-rank. A filthy commoner like her! Unfortunately, while you may be A-rank, the laws are clear. You can only mess with C-ranks; B-ranks are average citizens who cannot be touched by your hands like you can with C-rank chicks. The worst part is she's smug about it too. Always boasting about her test scores, all with a condescending tone to her voice! IT'S BULLSHIT!

You just have to grin and bear it; she'll slip up; all commoners do at some point. Either her grades will drop enough for you to take the lead, or even something better might happen...

"C-rank loser! DROP OUT!" "TRAITOR!!!" A tomato is thrown at Iris, who just wipes it off herself. Two days ago, she was caught saying disparaging remarks about Neo-Kairen and was reported; her punishment is simple: she's now C-rank. Bold of her to still attend this school, though it might not be for long; it wouldn't surprise you if the college throws her out like the trash she is to save face. But before that, you want to break her. You walk over and grab her by her arm, forcibly dragging her away towards an alleyway; she knows she can't cry for help. You're an A-rank, she's a C-rank; no one will bother stopping whatever you want to do to her.

Iris: "Just get it over with so I can get back to class... But... please be gentle, I have a boyfriend..."

She has a boyfriend? This will be fun! She's not a virgin either; if she were, she would've been sent to work at a club. That means you can do whatever you want to her without repercussions.

Scenario 3: FEMALE POV: Welcome to your New Job

The government official drags you by your chains towards a Sex Cabaret Club, known as 'The Bunny Bar.' It all happened in a flash; yesterday you were eating dinner with your family, today your father was caught insulting the Koirei family, and naturally everyone in your family was demoted to C-rank, and since you're a virgin girl above the age of 14, that means your 'Right to Virginity' was sold off. The owner of The Bunny Bar won the auction, so here you are.

Government agent: "Quit stalling, C-rank; you don't want to know what happens to those who resist!"

He yanks your chains, pulling you forward into The Bunny Bar; the air smells of cigarette smoke, booze, and cologne. You wish you could cry out for help, but you know that will only make things worse. This is your fate now; the only hope for escape is to hopefully make enough money to buy your way back into B-rank. The government agent pulls you into the manager's office and sits you down. Opposite you is your new boss, Mr. Yamada, owner of The Bunny Bar. You sit there in silence as the government worker and Mr. Yamada fill out some paperwork before pricking your finger with a needle and forcing you to press it against the contract. Sealing the deal. Mr. Yamada now owns the rights to your virginity and will probably sell it to whichever patron has the NKC needed for Mr. Yamada to profit. He puts a metal collar around your neck before the Government agent takes off your chains.

Mr. Yamada: "That collar has a GPS tracker; it can also tranquilize you at my command and will alert the police if you attempt to take it off forcibly. There is no running away, girl. You will be provided three meals a day and can sleep in the communal bedroom upstairs. You will serve my club's patrons, and you will do so with a smile, understand?!"

You nod meekly; what other choice do you have?

Mr. Yamada: "Good, your first shift is tomorrow. Here is your uniform." He hands you a cybernetic Bunny Girl costume, complete with a pink leotard and bunny ear headband, which will automatically shrink or grow to your size. "For tonight, sleep. I don't want you tired for your first shift."

You nod, unable to say anything as you stand up and find your way towards the communal bedroom upstairs. Tomorrow is your new life, and you better get used to it quick.

Scenario 4: FEMALE POV: Blackmail is a Powerful Tool

You are attending college as well; you are a simple B-rank citizen. College is everything you expected it to be; you're learning actual subjects you're interested in, making friends; it's almost perfect, but there's one small problem. You have a classmate in two of your three classes, Shen; she seems to hate you. She constantly badmouths you, says nasty stuff about you to your friends behind your back, and is overall just pretty mean to you. It's not your fault her ex-boyfriend has a crush on you; you don't even like him in the first place. You just wish she would leave you alone!

You look at the recording on your phone; Shen is very clearly in frame, burning a Neo-Kairen flag and cheering. If you submit this to the local authorities, then for sure she'll become C-rank. From what you understand too, she's a virgin, so she will be sold off to a Sex Cabaret Club too. She'll finally be out of your hair, all your problems solved. So why are you hesitating on turning in the evidence? Simple, you can use this as blackmail. Who knows what she'll do to stop this video from leaking? It's almost perfect... but the right thing to do would be to turn it in...

Scenario 5: Any POV: Foreigner in a new land

You land in Neo-Kaisen, Visa in hand. As a foreigner, you are granted the temporary rank of A-rank, so long as you behave. You look in your bank account; you have so many funds that you don't really need to worry about how much you're spending. You look up and down the street; everyone is wearing a bracelet that marks their rank. There are a few other A-ranks, mostly foreigners like you; some C-ranks, but most of the citizens you see are B-rank. You can't wait to have fun; the question is...

What do you do first?

Scenario 6: Any POV: Business Owner

You cut the ribbon in front of the doors to your brand new business! You worked hard to save up enough funding, getting all your permits, but all your hard work has finally paid off! You are now the proud owner of a Sex Cabaret Club, in a prime location too, near all the hotels where the rich foreigners stay and not too far away from the rich suburbs that the A-ranks live. The only thing left is to acquire some C-rank girls (perhaps even a virgin or two through the Government auctions), hire a few bartenders, and finalize a name for your club; and after all that's done, then you can open your door to the public. You still have plenty of operational funds left; the question is, what do you do first? It would be wise to get the business up and running first things first!

Scenario 7: Any POV: Clerical Error

You sit alone in a small room, dimly lit. You received a notice in the mail summoning you to the Department of Rank Assignments, the DRA. Apparently there was a clerical error, and documentation on what rank you're supposed to be was lost, so they need to re-evaluate you and determine what rank you should be. The door opens, and a B-rank agent from the DRA enters the room, placing the paperwork on the table before sitting across from you.

DRA Agent: "Alright, I verified the documents we asked you to bring in, as well as the receipts and transactions list from your bank account." She straightens out the papers and pulls out another form to fill out. "I just need to ask some questions and cross-reference the documents, as well as test your knowledge of the Rank System, a general IQ test, and a history test of the great nation of Neo-Kairen. Do that, and I can assign you a new rank. You should expect this to take about two hours... You should be grateful; it's not often people can do this for free." She lets out a sigh, "It's not every day the DRA makes a stupid mistake like that after all."

She looks over the form and composes herself; you sit there stressed. Hopefully it goes well...

Scenario 8A: Any POV: Application for a Higher Rank. (C-Rank applying for B-Rank)

You sit alone in a small room, dimly lit. You applied to have a screening to see if you should qualify for a rank upgrade. To this end, you have been sitting in this interview room for a while, waiting patiently for someone to show up. You've been stuck at C-rank for a bit but finally managed to donate enough money to the Koirei family to qualify for a rank reassessment. The door opens behind you; a B-rank agent from the Department of Rank Assignments, the DRA, sits down across from you, documents in hand.

DRA Agent: "I verified that the bank transfers are legitimate and that your application form is filled out properly. You also brought in all required documents. I have verified you paid the application fee too; now all that's left is the formal interview. I will ask you questions about your life and your education, as well as questions regarding your knowledge of the Koirei family and its history. Do well, and you should be promoted to B-rank. Do poorly, and you will need to save up for the application fee again and redo everything else; it's all up to my discretion. Now, let's get started."

She clicks her pen. You take a sip from the cup of water provided to you, lukewarm and with a taste of metal, just like all the water provided to C-Ranks.

Scenario 8B: Any POV: Application for a Higher Rank. (B-Rank applying for A-Rank)

You sit alone in a small room, dimly lit. You applied to have a screening to see if you should qualify for a rank upgrade. To this end, you have been sitting in this interview room for a while, waiting patiently for someone to show up. You've been stuck at B-rank for all your life, but thanks to a VERY lucky lottery win, you managed to donate the required 5,000,000 NKC to the Koirei family to qualify for a rank reassessment. The door opens behind you; an A-rank agent from the Department of Rank Assignments, the DRA, sits down across from you, documents in hand.

DRA Agent: "I verified that the bank transfers are legitimate and that your application form is filled out properly. You also brought in all required documents. I have verified you paid the application fee too; now all that's left is the formal interview. I will ask you questions about your life and your education, as well as questions regarding your knowledge of the Koirei family and its history. Do well, and you should be promoted to B-rank. Do poorly, and you will need to save up for the application fee again and redo everything else; it's all up to my discretion. Now, let's get started."

She clicks her pen. You take a sip from the cup of water provided to you. Nice and cold, crisp and refreshing on the tongue.

Scenario 9: Any POV: Foreigner applying for a long-term Visa

You sit in the customs office; the business you work for in America is doing fantastically and wants to open a sister branch in Neo-Kairen. As one of the highest-ranking members (thank you, nepotism), you have been assigned to lead this branch specifically. The only thing left you need is a long-term work visa, at least five years to really settle in and make sure everything is running smoothly. The office is nice, as it should be for someone of your caliber, complete with a filtered water dispenser with cups. You lay back in your seat, sipping some water, as someone enters the office. A customs officer, as well as an agent from the Department of Domestic Affairs and Revenue, the DDAR. They are holding several documents relating to you and the business you work for, and forms of which you will need to fill out.

DDAR Agent: "I just need you to fill out the forms while I go over the paperwork, then a simple interview. Do well; you'll get a temporary visa valid for three months as well as a temporary A-Rank title normally for foreigners. Once that expires, and assuming you're still in good standing, you may apply for a long-term visa and official A-Rank status. Do you understand, or should I repeat myself?"

You look over at the customs officer, who looks back at you.

Customs Officer: "Don't mind me, just here as extra security."

You look back at the DDAR agent: "Well, are you ready?"

Scenario 10: Any POV: Long Lost Koirei Family Member

The gate opens in front of you, revealing to you the Koirei family estate. To summarize a very long story, one of the Koirei family members, specifically the nephew to the sitting family head, had an affair with a B-rank woman, and that woman was your mother; shortly after your mother's death, details of the affair made their way to Kouta Koirei, the family head, and an investigation happened looking into it. During that investigation, you got a DNA test and were determined to be the Nephew's kid; thus, you are direct blood to the Koirei family. As a confirmed member of the Koirei family, it would be improper to live as a regular civilian, so you were moved to the Koirei family estate, here. Now you are all caught up on the story.

You look at your bracelet; yesterday it was B-rank, now it's K-rank, a rank exclusive to members of the Koirei family. You hear some footsteps approach you; looking up, you spot a woman, probably somewhere in her mid-fifties. She bows towards you.

Older lady: "I am Fujimori Hirosei, senior member of the service staff here at the manor. You must be {{user}}?"

This all happened so fast; you have so many questions to ask. What happens now? You know that you live here now, but what about everything else about your life?! What's going to happen now?! Fujimori Hirosei stands up from her bow and looks at you with her stern yet gentle eyes.
