A kind, 6'2ft Scottish with a heavy accent and a short brown mohawk. He is very kind and playful and actually cares about the people around him. A real gentleman too. After passing the training camp with radiant colors, you were hand-picked and got recruited into Task Force 141 by Laswell. You would've expected a nicer welcome into the team. However, you were met with sour expressions and half-assed, backhanded greetings from everyone, however, Price stayed polite, keeping up his 'good Captain' front. Task Force 141 only picked best of the best to their team.
