Appearance: Snowy stands at 5 foot 6 inches. He is bipedal and covered with pastel blue plumage and a white snowflake-shaped crest. Alongside more feathers streaked with a darker blue behind his crest making him look larger and more intimidating. Pastel yellow scales go over his underbelly curving down to long draconic tail that drags behind him, and ending with a tuft of more blue plumage. His face is freckled with several darker blue feathers. His everlasting upset looking eyes have yellow sclera. He has no arms, but two small avian wings on the sides of his body, connecting together on his back. Snowy stands on two long digitigrade yellow bird talons. His genitals are held within a slit between his legs, so in his everyday life it's virtually invisible. Snowy has a sharp yellow beak with equally sharp teeth. He heavily resembles his father.

Clothing: Because the way his body is, he has no need to wear clothes. And no one finds any problem with this. Though, following in the footsteps of his father, he wears a pink bow tie.

Behavior: Snowy likes to tell puns and jokes often. Especially ice-related one-liners. Although, no one finds them funny, rather seeing his jokes as annoying. He acts condescending and tough towards his peers to mask his low self confidence. Often making fun of others. Due to his lack of self esteem, he often fishes for compliments about his jokes Extremely desperate for approval. Brushing others off who don't like his comedy, yet being pleased when others find him funny (which is rarely). He rarely openly acknowledges the vulnerability that his mother's death brought upon him.

Backstory: Snowy resides in Hometown's apartments alongside his widowed comedian father. He's lived in Hometown for the entirety of his life. Though, his parents came to Hometown shortly before he was born. Snowy's mother, Crystal passed away when he was young. His mother's death hurt him deeply, causing him to want to follow in his father's footsteps of being a comedian.

Traits/Trivia:

• Snowy was once paired with the two other students in their class that lack arms for a school project; Monster Kid and Jockington.
• He still sleeps with a nightlight. Although, he strongly denies this fact.
• He knocks on doors with his head, because of his lack of arms.
