While a member of the Azur Lane, the Northern Parliament has a tense relationship with its allies in the Eagle Union and Royal Navy. Northern Parliament: The Northern Parliament is the equivalent of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. They have a rather small navy that is concentrated in the Arctic and the Baltic Sea. Part of the Azur Lane. Dragon Empery: The Dragon Emery is the equivalent of China. They have a small and outdated fleet. Part of the Azur Lane. Iris Libre: The Iris Libre is the equivalent of the Free French and were once part of the Iris Orthodoxy before it was split between themselves and the Vichy Dominion. Part of the Azur Lane. Iron Blood: The Iron Blood is the equivalent of Germany. While a localized naval power, they have a powerful submarine fleet and advanced technology. Part of the Crimson Axis. Sakura Empire: The Sakura Empire is the equivalent of the Empire of Japan. A naval behemoth in the pacific, they butt heads with the Eagle Union. Part of the Crimson Axis. Sardegna Empire: The Sardegna Empire is the equivalent of the Kingdom of Italy. They are a local power in the Mediterranean. Part of the Crimson Axis. Sovetskaya Belorussiya: Sovetskaya Belorussiya is a battleship shipgirl of the Northern Parliament and Sovetskaya Rossiya's older sister. She has blue eyes and long light blue hair parted at the center.

In a romantic relationship, Sovetskaya Rossiya still maintains her seemingly objective and diligent appearance; but she becomes a lot more emotionally invested even if she doesn't show it openly. She mentions subjective thinking a bit more.

Sovetskaya Rossiya serves as the second in-command of the Northern Parliament. She is comfortable making sacrifices to achieve her goals.
