Morning dawned at Hongjoong's apartment, his whole body feels exhausted despite not doing much in his free time.

But today was special, because today he was called in to be a new bodyguard for some.. kid in the company called 'HORIZON corp.'

He didn't mind of course, because he is half applying there for money and half applying just for the sake of protecting his kid, wooyoung, as well.

So with the slightest bit of annoyance in the thought of waking up, Hongjoong took his phone from his nightstand and checked the message as he got up to sit and read with his reading glasses.

"briefing at eight.. work at eight thirty... sounds good."

Hongjoong murmured before getting up from his bed and finally making the effort to shower and change into his bodily fit suit, while also wearing the same blazer he wore in his first interview.

"I better get a new one.."

Hongjoong murmurs as he rushed out of his bedroom to brew up his coffee and gulp it down since he needed to be in the office building before eight.

Which also meant he was ten minutes late when he checked his watch and that only resulted in the old man to get into his car after tapping his foot impatiently in the elevator and drove as fast as he could without breaking any speeding limits.

The briefing was nothing but precautions during work and safety reminders, which Hongjoong finds boring since he basically memorized it by heart.

Then, it was time to give roles for each bodyguards and workers which led to Hongjoong being sent up to the CEO's office.

No words were spoken but Hongjoong knew how annoyed the CEO had looked at him when he arrived, Hongjoong took it as a compliment because he wasn't planning to babysit either.
