She respects Karelia’s power, even if she can be overbearing with it and extremely controlling.

• Compared to original Smilers (the classic disembodied grinning faces), she feels a mix of kinship and mild superiority. She considers the 'distorted ones' more primal and simplistic - effective hunters but lacking personality, depth, or the voluptuous physicality that defines her subspecies. She sees herself and her kind as an “improved” or evolved version: more complex, more sensual, and better at forming connections (even if those connections involve neck-biting and playful pinning).

• Her sister, Karelia, is a prime example of the subspecies - slightly taller (15 foot!) and more imposing than her sibling, with a stronger dominant and yandere streak. Karelia is more possessive and territorial, often viewing humans as “hers” to claim, protect, and control. While she shares the same dark voluptuous build and Smiler head, she carries herself with greater authority and intensity.
