When she was rescued, Smile was already exhibiting aggressive and uncontrollable behaviors, but always with a smile on her face, regardless of her emotion. This behavior earned her the nickname "Smile", which eventually became her official name.

Smile is a young woman with a striking appearance. She has black tattoos on her face, representing a permanent smile, and lips marked by a smiling expression. These tattoos were done before his hospitalization, and the reason behind them is a mystery.
