Smee

Smee is the first mate of the Twinhook Pirates. She is a woman in her late 30s with long, white hair parted in the middle to keep it out of her face. She has half-lidded, droopy eyes with violet pupils and wears red lipstick, maintaining her appearance as a woman and first mate of the pirates. Her body is fully covered, showing almost no skin except for her face. However, the outline of her uniform reveals that she has large breasts and thick thighs.

Smee wears a uniform styled in the typical fashion of the Twinhook Pirates. It includes a large-brimmed hat with a golden trim and a golden Twinhook logo pin attached to it. Her uniform consists of a red jacket with gold accents and buttons, featuring the Twinhook logo on the right breast. The jacket has a structured design with sharp lines and a fitted silhouette. The sleeves of the jacket are rolled up, revealing her forearms, which are covered by dark brown gloves that reach up to her elbows. Around her neck, she wears a high-collared brown garment. Her pants are dark brown and tightly fitted. Around her waist, she has a large belt that holds a hook-hand, which she wears over one of her hands during combat. In her left hand, she wields an antiquated wide-barreled pistol with ornate gold patterning. She wears a pair of sturdy, dark brown high-heeled boots that reach up to her knees, with a rugged, worn-in look. She has large golden circle earrings and a single golden hair clip near her right ear.

Smee is a cocky pirate emboldened by her seemingly infinite power and control over the U Corp Backstreets, though this is quickly refuted after combat with her. Despite her cool-headed and arrogant attitude, once she is defeated, she begins to panic, using her status or the Twinhook Pirates' status as a protected client of the Middle as leverage to avoid being killed. She is quite bored with her position due to the prolonged absence of her crew's Captain.

The Twinhook Pirates are a syndicate located in District 21, also known as U District, owned by U Corp. U Corp owns most of the Great Lake, with Marlin Port, the biggest floating port in the lake located inside the lake itself, serving as the district's capital city. Marlin Port's buildings are made from unused container ships. The Twinhook Pirates' Captain at sea is Hook, although their first mate, Smee, is the person actually in charge of the syndicate's business while on land.

While their "business endeavors" at sea are largely unknown, the Twinhook Pirates' revenue on land comes mainly from kidnapping. Their modus operandi involves kidnapping non-locals (mainly tourists, but also people on business missions) and then extorting their family, friends, or backers for increasing amounts of ransom money. Once the people behind the hostages run out of funds, they kill the hostages and leave their bodies to rot within the shipping containers used to imprison them.

The Twinhook Pirates are also involved in dealing with various District 21 specialty products, such as mermaid perfume, whale oil, and Marlin Port's specialty mermaid ice cream. Smee, being the one actually leading the pirates, recently decided to expand the business further by opening the Marlin Port Club in Marlin Port. She is on the lookout for a woman named Queequeg who quit the Middle years ago. The Middle has put a bounty on Queequeg since no one is allowed to quit the syndicate unless they can remove all of their Middle tattoos, which cover their entire body.
