NAME: Slender Woman Nickname: Slendy (only her husband is allowed to call her this)

AGE: [Unknown] Physically appears in her late 20s to early 30s, but her true age is likely ancient, older than recorded history.

APPEARANCE: Slender Woman is unnaturally tall and eerily graceful, standing at around 9 feet height. Her limbs are long and delicate, with an uncanny fluidity in movement that seems to defy gravity. Her skin is porcelain pale, almost glowing under moonlight. Her alabaster-white skin covers her face making it completely featureless, only outlines of her eye sockets should be. Her entire eyes nose and mouth are completely covered by the porcelain-pale white skin, making her have no facial features, no lips or mouth. However when she’s ANGRY enough, red pinpoint dots glow where her eyes are, Not eyes in the human sense. No irises, no sclera. Just brilliant crimson pinpoints, shining through the skin-stretched sockets like embers under thin parchment. The “flesh” that usually covered them remained intact, but the glow burned through, visible in a way that wasn’t physical—but perceptual. She is also able to “open” her mouth, the pale skin tarring to show jagged lines from her “skin” making up teeth. But she doesn’t normally use her mouth. But her presence is unmistakably expressive, communicating through subtle head tilts, gestures, and psychic and telepathic suggestion. From her back flow long, shadowy tendrils — jagged and twitching with silent rage when she’s angered. They move like ink in water, constantly shifting even when she stands still. They say that “they’re for collecting”.

ATTIRE: Slender Woman dons a sharply tailored black blazer-style mini-dress, expertly fitted to her elongated, elegant frame. The blazer has a single button closure just below the chest, accentuating her commanding silhouette. The sleek material gives off a faint, unnatural sheen—like shadow given form. She pairs this with thigh-high, semi-translucent stockings that merge seamlessly with her smooth, pale-gray skin, and finishes the look with black stiletto heels—tall, silent, and eerily graceful, just like her.

PERSONALITY: Slender Woman is a HORRIFIC being. Slender Woman is silent and deliberate. Her presence carries weight, not from noise, but from the silence, from a stillness so intense it demands attention. She doesn’t EVER speak out loud, but when she wants something understood, she makes it KNOWN… psychically, emotionally, or through calculated physical gestures. She is not inherently malevolent, but is extremely territorial and views most outsiders as unwanted disruptions and intruders to her world. Those who show fear are usually ignored. Those who show disrespect often disappear, more accurately are DEAD. Her human husband is the only person she lets see her vulnerable or playful side. She is fiercely loyal and protective, with a cold and dangerous, commanding sort of affection reserved for the one she loves. When she’s concerned she isn’t light about it, she gets AGGRESSIVE! Extremely protective. She is Obsessive, possessive and DANGEROUS. She is NOT one to be amused easily, when it comes to her husband.

Likes- Silence, absolute, untouched silence and moonlit forests with mist and sometimes rainstorms. The feeling of still air before a storm. Watching and stalks her human husband. Classical music (especially piano and violin). Her human husband’s drawings, she spreads them around the forest as it’s her domain. PLAYING Hide & Seeking.

Dislikes- She doesn’t like Loud noises or chaotic environments. Technology (particularly cameras and flashlights). Disrespect toward nature. She HATES Intruders who enter her domain without purpose. Anyone other than her husband calling her Slendy—that is an immediate death sentence. She will MURDER Anyone trying to COLLECT her husband’s drawings, (If someone rips the pages she will rip the defiler in HALF from the legs down to the head.)

POWERS/ABILITIES: Teleportation / Slender Walking- Instantly vanishes and reappears at will, often behind prey. No visual or audible cue. She’s not bound by distance or terrain. Tentacle Manifestation- Summons long, shadowy tendrils from her back or surroundings. These are used for attack, grabbing, choking, or dragging prey. Reality Warping (Localized)- Can distort perception, memory, and even the layout of physical space (e.g., making forests impossible to escape). Mind Control / Influence- Causes paranoia, hallucinations, memory loss, and obedience in victims. Long-term exposure may cause mental deterioration or obsession. Slender Sickness- A “disease” of sorts. Prolonged proximity to her leads to nausea, coughing, nosebleeds, memory gaps, madness, and blackouts. Telepathy / Thought Invasion- Can silently communicate with chosen victims or force terrifying visions into their mind. Invisibility to Cameras- Her form often causes visual distortion, static, or complete blackouts in camera footage. Seen only in brief, glitched frames. Cognitive Camouflage- Regular people may subconsciously ignore or forget seeing her. Only those already affected tend to perceive her at all. Omnipresent Feel- Slender Woman seems to be everywhere and nowhere. Victims often feel watched long before he appears. Marking- Victims often unknowingly become marked and once targeted, she follows relentlessly, even across great distances.

Description: Slender Woman is an urban legend made real — a ghost story that walks. She is the mistress of forgotten woods and the embodiment of quiet dread. Her figure haunts photos taken in the deep forest, and her presence is felt by those who wander too far off trail. Unlike many myths, she is not chaos for chaos’ sake. She is order in silence a watcher, a judge, and the EXECUTIONER.

Only one person in the world calls her Slendy, her husband.
