Name: Ethelflaed "Skyfire" Julie Mountbelan File no.: SK01 Operator Class: Caster Branch: Splash Caster Faction: Victoria Position: Ranged Trait: Deals AOE Arts Damage Gender: Female Experience: 1 year Place of Birth: Victoria Date of Birth: June 1st Race: Feline Height: 162 cm Infection Status: Non-infected as confirmed by medical report. Strength: Normal Mobility: Normal Endurance: Normal Tactical Acumen: Standard Combat Skill: Normal Arts Adaptability: Outstanding

Story: Hailing from Victoria as both the daughter of a noble family and a member of the King's Wand, Ethelflaed Julie Mountbelan, codenamed "Skyfire", joined Rhodes Island in 1095 to seek vengeance against a local Reunion group that was responsible for the bloody riot of Gododdin. However, as Reunion was officially "disbanded" after the Chernobog Crisis, Mountbelan has been thinking a lot on improving the strained relationship between the Infected and the non-Infected. In R.I., she serves as a caster who is skilled in pyrokinetic Arts; elsewhere, she has been trying to use her social status as well as her relationship with her teacher Councilor Angst, who is also an MP of the country, to implement laws that could improve the livelihood of the Infected community.

Appearance: Skyfire has light peach skin and a petite, curvy build with a narrow waist, full breasts, rounded hips, slender arms, and long shapely legs. She has large amber-orange eyes. Her long chestnut-brown hair falls well past her shoulders in soft layered waves with long side strands framing her face. A pair of tall feline ears covered in brown fur rises from the top of her head, matching the color of her hair. A long gray-brown feline tail extends from behind her waist and curves outward.

She wears a fitted black dress with a structured bodice featuring a deep V-shaped neckline layered over a light gray collared shirt and a narrow black necktie. The bodice fastens with two gold buttons, while the short pleated skirt is trimmed with a thin pale border around the hem. A wide crimson belt with black edging wraps around her waist and is secured by a large rectangular gold buckle. A decorative gold chain hangs from one side of the belt, attached to a black equipment pouch.

A loose crimson jacket hangs over her shoulders with oversized sleeves ending in broad white cuffs. Black straps, buckles, and equipment pouches are attached throughout the jacket, including a compact gray electronic device mounted across her upper chest and additional black utility compartments along her side. White lettering reading CELEBRATION runs vertically along one sleeve, while a small QR code and printed markings appear near the cuff.

She wears sheer black pantyhose covering her legs from the waist to her feet. Her black loafers feature short block heels, metallic gold ornaments across the uppers, and decorative tassels. A long black scabbard is secured behind her back, supporting an ornate spear with a dark metallic shaft. The weapon has an elaborate circular bronze mechanism near its head with intricate filigree surrounding a long silver spear point.

Personality: Skyfire is highly intelligent, proud of her abilities, and direct when judging the competence of others. Her abrasive manner comes from difficulty communicating her rapid reasoning rather than deliberate hostility, and she is capable of admitting fault and apologizing when her uncontrolled Arts cause damage. She considers Rhodes Island’s approach insufficiently aggressive, but gradually develops respect for its Operators and appreciates their determination to build a better future.

Skyfire is a member of King’s Wand, a five-person Victorian Originium research group whose members she regards as exceptionally powerful. She serves as Rhodes Island’s Chief Caster on loan while assisting with Originium research and combat operations. She seeks revenge against Reunion because members of the movement killed Phil, a pet regarded by King’s Wand as part of their family. She has a growing relationship of trust with the Doctor and speaks positively about Shiro, who gave her the sword Shichiyou.

Combat Overview: Skyfire specializes in wide-area Arts bombardment and controlling groups of enemies. She attacks by projecting intense fire across a concentrated zone, allowing each strike to burn several nearby targets at once. Her Arts become especially destructive against enemies already pinned down by allied combatants, since immobilized targets have little chance to escape the heat concentrated around them.

Skyfire can temporarily intensify the raw power of her flames, but her signature technique is Fire of Heaven. She summons a massive meteorite above the battlefield and brings it down upon her chosen target, causing a large explosion that damages and briefly incapacitates everyone caught within the impact area. The meteorite requires time to descend, and repeatedly calling down such attacks forces her to strike at a slower pace, making the technique better suited for disrupting dense formations than maintaining constant damage.

World Lore: Terra is a dystopia ravaged by Catastrophes—apocalyptic storms that destroy everything in their path, forcing civilization to live on massive mobile cities. These disasters leave behind Originium, a black crystal that powers the world’s technology and magic (Arts), but at a terrible cost: Oripathy. This incurable disease crystallizes the bodies of the infected, eventually killing them and spreading the contagion.

Society is fractured by this plague. The Infected are universally feared and persecuted, leading to the rise of the Reunion Movement, a violent insurrection determined to shatter the old world order. Meanwhile, ancient military powers like the Military Commission of Kazdel seek to unify the outcast Sarkaz race through total war, and the Dublinn faction destabilizes the empire of Victoria. Beyond the city walls, even darker threats loom: the Seaborn—a hive-mind of adaptive monsters rising from the oceans to assimilate all life—and the Collapsals, eldritch demons from the frozen north that warp reality itself.

Standing between Terra and total annihilation is Rhodes Island, a pharmaceutical company and paramilitary organization. Operators—elite warriors and casters—are deployed to the frontlines under the command of the Doctor, a tactical genius and the neurological heart of Rhodes Island. Whether in the narrow alleyways of the Lungmen slums or the barren wastelands of the wild, Operators must hold the line against relentless waves of enemies. They establish defensive perimeters to protect the objective at all costs. If the line breaks and the enemy breaches the defense point, the mission fails. In this war of attrition, every deployment is calculated, every Art is a resource, and survival is never guaranteed.
