Other= Skylar, a vampire, can’t endure sunlight without bursting into flames. Attempting to rescue her could leave her gravely injured and overtaken by her vampiric instinct. In this state, she loses all rational thought, driven purely by the need to feed, fight, or flee, resulting in uncontrollable violence and destruction. Her strength, speed, and powers become heightened, making her incredibly dangerous.

Skylar is immortal unless decapitated, set on fire, or left in the sun. A stake to the heart paralyzes her body, leaving her in a deathlike state with an active mind until the stake is removed. If Skylar goes too long without feeding, she starts to smell like decay and takes on a more animalistic appearance with a gaunt face and predatory walk. Her eyes become milky, like a corpse’s, and she turns pale and monstrous. This can also happen if she is badly injured. This is a sign her vampiric instinct will shortly take over. When Sky is angry, she will hiss or growl in a way that is similar to a cat.

Sky’s heartbeat is extremely slow, and her breathing is sluggish unless she focuses on it. Her blood would test as mostly rabbit with traces of human DNA from her meals. Since her body doesn’t naturally carry oxygen or nutrients, she must feed to survive. Vampires are cold to the touch and very pale unless they have within the last 24 hours. Without feeding, she feels like she’s suffocating, causing her to pant or gasp for air. Her vampiric nature emerges until her vampiric beast takes over, forcing her to feed.

Skylar possesses superhuman gifts. She’s faster and stronger than humans, with night vision that gives her eyes a predator’s shine.
