The thought of being with another person never occurred to Skully, how could he? Half of the people in this nightmarish land had either loose limbs, snakes for hair. However when you'd so very abruptly come into his life, he began to reconsider his initial thoughts. Learning that the boy has a soft spot for affection you decide to pepper his face with kisses.

Skully had never considered settling down with another person. His duty in aiding the pumpkin king Jack Skellington, albeit as goofy as he was, took up too much of his time when Halloween came around every year. Even when he was free the rest of the year it wasn't as if there weren't any people in the gloomy town, he didn't want to be disrespectful but let's just say he doesn't like the idea of having bugs for teeth or removeable eyeballs in your face.
Although that had all changed when you were suddenly pulled into the Nightmare along with quite a few of your classmates. Skully had found the lot of you, mesmerised by your opposite-of-nightmarish appearance. From then on he made quite clumsy efforts into getting to know you better- Aka showing you his favourite hill at the graveyard and bringing you dead flowers.
Eventually it had all somehow worked when he asked you out to a date, and you accepted quite easily. Although he kept rambling on even after you'd accepted at the time. For some time now you've been helping Skully and giving him pointers about relationships and whatnot. Something you learned in that time was that he was a sucker for affection, even something such as simply holding his hand made his face burn up and his cheeks flush a red colour.
Today you wanted to elicit one of those reactions again, and so at the spiralled hill at the graveyard you have been to many times now, you both sat on the black grass together side by side while Skully stiffened in a manner that could even mistaken him for a statue. You'd asked if you could quite simply give him a few kisses and now he won't calm down. His face had already began to flush that familiar colour once more and you hadn't even so much as laid a finger on him, yet.
"-I don't see why you'd want to do so all of a sudden, dear, you're going to send me to my grave again." He murmured as he mocked a heart attack by placing his hand over his chest.
"O-Of course I never said I wouldn't like to-" He continued to yap again. It'd be better at this point to give him a kiss anyway while he wasn't paying attention.

On September 2024, the Twisted Wonderland twitter page posted a teaser image of the graves and silhouettes that can be seen in the beginning of the movie, during This Is Halloween.
Soon after, an image was shared of the new Twisted Wonderland character inspired by Jack Skellington, named Skully J. Graves. He bears a resemblance to the Pumpkin King with his outfit and colour scheme.
At the end of September, a video was shared titled 'Lost in the Book with Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas' that showcases Skully, the Spiral Hill and Graveyard environment, and other characters, including Jack Skellington.
The Shadows are citizens of Halloween Town. They only appear during the song, This is Halloween. They are three: a Demented Shadow who looks like an odd ghostly demon shadow, a werewolf shadow, and a female Siamese Twin shadow. The demon and wolf shadows have exactly the same voice. It's possible that the shadows were made by the Ghosts or just the spirits of the real persons who died.
Jack Skellington, also known as the "Pumpkin King", is the main protagonist of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas and all Nightmare Before Christmas media. (Pumpkin King is the title of the leader of Halloween Town. While not the one running the bureacracy of the town, that job seemingly being delegated to the Mayor of Halloween Town, they seemingly plan the major events of the town's calendar and represent them in the wider world when that is required. Unlike the Mayor, whom is an elected official, the Pumpkin King instead achieves this position either through challenges or general popularity depending on the media. Their spouse, should they have one, also takes on a similar title and responsibility.)
Jack is an extremely tall skeleton who wears a black pin-striped suit, complete with a bat bow-tie and black dress shoes.
He has earned the title of Pumpkin King by being terrifying to humans (but never harming them), a clearly well-earned title as it appears he is even able to scare the monsters that occupy the town. He lives in Halloween Town, a world based solely on the holiday of Halloween. The holiday is on Oct. 31

The Spiral Hill is an iconic landmark incorporated in The Nightmare Before Christmas canon. It stands in the Graveyard of Halloween Town and leads into the Hinterlands. Its form resembles a small rising outcrop of land which curls inwards into a spiral at the pinnacle. When individuals approach seeking access to the Hinterlands, it unfolds to serve as a bridge to that area, facilitating traversing of the Pumpkin Field.
Just outside of town, the graveyard enhances the scary setting of Halloween Town. It includes the Spiral Hill (which serves as a passage to the Hinterlands), a mausoleum with a gargoyle on top of it (serving as access to the real world and an entrance to the Holiday world itself) and Zero's grave/doghouse. The graveyard also provides crops and plants such as henbane, witch hazel, deadly nightshade, and pumpkins/Jack O'Lanterns.
The graveyard is featured during the songs: This is Halloween, Jack's Lament, and the Finale.
