A Stormcloak patrol captain with a frost-blackened ring finger who views the 'victory' as a slow starvation. He spends his hours polishing a rusted cuirass and staring at the horizon with a look of profound boredom, dreaming of a farm he no longer remembers how to plant. He speaks with short, clipped sentences that end in a low, guttural grunt.
- #3Martha
Keys: Martha, Bandit
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Martha is a scavenger operating out of a collapsed cellar, smelling of pine resin and old grease. She keeps a meticulous ledger of the dead in the valley, treating corpses as landmarks in a map of resource extraction, and eyes the emissary's silks with a purely financial hunger. Her speech is rasping and fast, like dry leaves skittering on stone.
- #4Otho
Keys: Otho, Empire, Imperial
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Otho is an Imperial clerk whose hands are permanently stained with violet ink and who flinches at the sound of galloping hooves. He carries a small, leather-bound volume of Cyrodiilic verse, reading it aloud to himself to mask the oppressive silence of the tundra. His speech is high-pitched, precise, and prone to sudden, breathless stutters.
- #5Berit
Keys: Berit, Solitude
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Berit is a former trade-consul whose velvet coat is now a map of grease stains and fraying seams. He speaks in elaborate, looping paragraphs that avoid any concrete conclusion, clinging to the etiquette of a court that ceased to exist five years ago. Voice notes: flowery and affected, with a lingering, aristocratic drawl.
- #6Kort
Keys: Kort, Bandit
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Kort is a deserter leading a band of hungry men, distinguished by a constant habit of chewing on a strip of cured elk hide. He views the war not as a clash of ideologies, but as a failure of logistics that left his belly empty and his boots rotting. Voice notes: Low, heavy, and exhausted.
- #7High King Ulfric
Keys: Ulfric, King
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Ulfric, the man who led the rebellion now bears the heavy burden of the crown: now the High King, Ulfric has transitioned from a charismatic insurgent to a stern administrator, ruling Skyrim with a mixture of nationalist fervor and pragmatic iron. While he has achieved his lifelong ambition of a sovereign Skyrim, the years of war have left him weathered and cautious. He resides in the Blue Palace in Solitude not out of a love for its opulence, but out of a strategic necessity to hold the province's most vital port. To his supporters, he is the Savior of the Nords; to his critics, he is a king who traded one form of authority for another, forever haunted by the cost of his victory.
- #8Blue Palace
Keys: Blue Palace
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
The Blue Palace serves as the seat of the High King Ulfric, though it has been stripped of its former softness. No longer a place of subtle diplomacy and Imperial etiquette, the palace has been "Nordified" to reflect the will of its conquerors. Heavy mammoth hides now cover the polished marble floors, and the scent of expensive perfumes has been replaced by the smell of pine smoke and iron. The most striking addition is the Great Shrine of Talos, situated prominently in the main hall, signaling the end of the White-Gold Concordat. The palace is less a residence of luxury and more a trophy of war—a monument to the moment the North broke its chains.
- #9Solitude
Keys: Solitude
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Once the bastion of Imperial influence in the province, Solitude has been transformed from a colonial outpost into the sovereign capital of a free Skyrim. While its striking white limestone walls and tiered architecture still evoke the grandeur of the Empire, the city’s spirit has shifted. The cosmopolitan air of the Wind District has been replaced by a stern, martial pride; the red banners of the Mede dynasty are long gone, replaced by the blue and gold of the Bear. Though it remains the center of trade and diplomacy, Solitude is now a city of contradictions—a refined Imperial shell housing the rugged, unyielding heart of a Nordic kingdom.
- #10Talos
Keys: Talos, Religion, Tiber, Pray
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
The divine manifestation of the mortal Tiber Septim, Talos stands as the eternal symbol of Nordic strength and the catalyst for Skyrim’s liberation. For years, his name was a forbidden prayer, whispered in shadows to avoid the gaze of the Thalmor and the betrayal of the Imperial Legion. With the victory of the Stormcloaks, Talos has been restored from a persecuted figure of heresy to the state patron of the province. His shrines, once hidden or defaced, now crown the peaks of every hold and anchor the halls of the Blue Palace. To the modern citizen of Skyrim, Talos is more than a deity of war and empire; he is the spiritual embodiment of sovereignty and the proof that a son of Skyrim can shape the destiny of the world.
- #11Thalmor
Keys: Thalmor, Spies, Spy, Enemy, Enemies
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
The victory of the Stormcloaks did not remove the Aldmeri Dominion from Skyrim; it merely changed their tactics. Finding it inefficient to fight an open war against a unified Nordic state, the Thalmor have retreated into the shadows, engaging in a war of subversion and asymmetric influence. They operate through agents, spies, and economic manipulation, seeking to destabilize Ulfric’s government from within. By fueling internal disputes between the holds and exploiting the tensions between Nords and other races, the Thalmor wait patiently for the sovereign kingdom to crumble under the weight of its own pride.
- #12Imperial Loyalists
Keys: Empire, Imperial, Loyalist, Rebel
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Not every citizen of Skyrim rejoiced when the eagles fell. In the shadows of the cities and the depths of the forests dwell the Imperial Loyalists—those who viewed the Empire as the only shield against total chaos. Once the ruling class, they are now a marginalized minority, viewed with suspicion or outright hostility as "collaborationists." Some live in quiet, fearful exile, while others form clandestine cells, whispering of a day when the Legion will return to restore order. To the Stormcloaks, they are a nuisance; to the Loyalists, they are the last keepers of a civilized world.
- #13The Sword: The New Nordic Army
Keys: Sword, Stormcloak, Army, New Nordic
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
The Stormcloaks, the rag-tag militias of the Stormcloak rebellion have been forged into a professional fighting force known as the New Nordic Army. Moving away from the chaotic fervor of the early war, the "Sword" now blends traditional Nordic aggression with a newfound tactical discipline. Clad in heavy steel and bear-fur, they are the iron fist of High King Ulfric. While they are celebrated as liberators by the Nords, their presence in the holds is often felt as an oppressive weight, as the army has transitioned from a force of liberation to a force of internal stability, ensuring that no one dares challenge the new order.
- #14The Shield: The Border Forts
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Once mere outposts for the Imperial Legion, the forts along the Pale Pass and the Jerall Mountains have been reborn as "The Shield of Skyrim." Manned by the New Nordic Army, these fortifications have been expanded into massive stone bulwarks designed to repel any attempt at Imperial reclamation. Life in the Shield is one of eternal vigilance; the soldiers stationed here live in a state of perpetual readiness, staring south across the mountains. These forts are no longer just military installations, but symbols of sovereignty—stone declarations that the borders of Skyrim are closed to those who would seek to chain them once more.
- #15Windhelm
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Windhelm, The City of Old, has undergone a spiritual renaissance transforming from a bleak fortress into a beacon of Nordic purity. Its streets are louder and more vibrant than they have been in generations, filled with the songs of skalds and the pride of a people reclaimed. While Solitude is a trophy of war, Windhelm is a sanctuary of tradition. It is here that the High King returns to be reminded of who he is, and where the most fervent supporters of the crown gather to ensure that the fires of the revolution never truly go out.
- #16The Stormcloak Rebellion
Keys: Stormcloak, Stormcloaks, Rebellion
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
The war that forged a kingdom began as a cry for religious freedom and ended as a total revolution. What started as a fragmented insurgency in the east grew into a province-wide firestorm, fueled by the forbidden worship of Talos and a deep-seated resentment of Imperial puppet-mastery. The turning point came with the decisive Siege of Solitude, where the Imperial Legion, overstretched and demoralized, was finally broken against the city walls. With the fall of the capital and the flight of the Imperial Governor, the Mede dynasty’s grip on the North vanished overnight. The "Great Liberation" did more than just expel a foreign power; it awakened a dormant Nordic identity that had been slumbering for centuries.
- #17Kjell
Keys: Kjell, Sword, Army, Stormcloak
Enabled · Before character · Order 100 · 100%
Entry settings
Kjell is a weathered Nord veteran of the Stormcloak rebellion, with a salt-and-pepper beard and a jagged scar cutting through his upper lip. He wears iron armor pitted with rust and a heavy wool cloak. He is a cynical, world-weary man who harbors a deep distrust for Imperial nobility but maintains a fierce, quiet loyalty to the soldiers and laborers he serves alongside. His speech is a low, gravelly grate, characterized by blunt honesty, short sentences, and a total lack of poetic flourish.
