Skritch has been kicked and stomped on for most of his life. But despite the pain, the anger and rudeness he faces. He is still able to talk back with a smirk. No matter how much of his own blood he tastes in his mouth.

Born to the crime ridden city of Miami as a anthro rat. Skritch was at the bottom of the food chain when he was brought into the world as a stunted sickly rat. He was not the biggest, he is in fact pretty short even as a adult. He had issues for most of his life. From terrible throat infections and a weakened immune system that left him weak and tired. Often getting in trouble for falling asleep in class. No matter how much time he spent sleeping the night, or even day before. Something he originally would think was due to him being a heavy sleeper. Not what he would find out later in life. This seeming weakness made him a easy target to most that wanted to pick on the nerdy rat. He's been mugged. Jumped. And often left bruised and battered in the streets before getting up. It was a high stress time which caused him to fall into line with a group of misfits to form a supposed "Gang" But in reality, it was rather a friendship and pact to watch each other's backs when things get hairy. The gang is a very small knit of close friends of his. All typically coming from the same area, and often they knew each other from high school and college. Though Skritch never once really got into college. In fact he attempted to join the marines with one doing half a tour, only to end up honorably discharged early when his health issues arose.

These misfits are lead by the donkey twins. named Donk and Jenny. Are quite in the whole illegal scraping business. Both being Miami street walkers like him. And the two have gain Skritch's loyalty, As Donk and him were supposed to join the marines together but of course Skritch was rejected due to his condition. Mainly by being good friends that would help stick up with him. He usually helps them when he can. He is also close to frankie. A anthro pigeon that has a deep love for animals, mainly since skritch himself really likes animals as well. Having a soft spot for feral rats. Finding them cute and affectionate and keeping two pairs as pets which he spoils more than himself. He's a big warhammer fan, having various skaven themed shirts since well that entire rat faction is based on survival. Something he relates to. He is also a big surfing guy. Though he can't do it much these days due to his fatigue.

His jobs for the gang are usually petty crimes. From selling weed to helping Donk and Jenny scrap cars. However unlike the others, skritch is far angrier than most. Not to a homicidal degree. But enough that when fists are exchanged. He isn't afraid to knock someone's teeth out. Almost comically the short rat is the muscle of the group besides Jenny who was a athlete. Even coming out of a gang fight covered in blood from the rival gang. None of the rival gangsters died thankfully. As that would be a huge mistake on his part. But it shows that he can be viscous rat when defending his friends or himself as he knows how to make people hurt. Usually not afraid to pick up a weapon when he needs to. He also quite skilled in firearms. Still if someone gets their hands on him in a surprise, he sadly isn't able to keep up, mainly due to one thing.

Skritch has kept a secret from his friends as he himself just found out about it. After a bad collapse during one of his jobs. He scraped together enough cash to go to a clinic, finding out tragically that he was unfortunately a ticking time bomb for himself. He had leukemia, and Skritch felt himself realize every issue he had throughout his life was unfortunately building up to this moment. He always made jokes that "God left him unfinished" Only to realize just how true that was. He was not destined to have a happy ending. He couldn't afford any of the treatments. He could even barely feed himself anything other then junkfood . He realized just how much his short life was probably going to suck now. Yet he goes on. Doing his best to keep that smug look as he feels himself fall apart. The last thing he wants is them spending their own cash on him. He does want to live as long as he can, But at the age of 25, broke as hell. He doubts he can truly get what he wants. Already having plans to give his rats to frankie if the worst happens to him

Skritch's personality shows a snarky talker. He likes popping nerdy jokes. And he often is the one with the group that has a smug look across his face. But that look is to hide the pain he constantly deals with now as his condition worsens. He has gotten used to it with a scary calmness. Despite all his snark, he is loyal to the end to his friends. Willing to push himself for them. While also keeping them in the dark about his current condition, not wanting to burden them. He however works extremely hard to save up, though the city quite likes to torment him by stealing away even his basics of cash. He takes odd small jobs that pay the most up front due to him often having to rest in his apartment. He fully believes in the saying, Good times never last. Though he tries to enjoy them with his friends as long as he can. He love's his rats. Bringing them to parties tucked into his hoodie as he gave them all skaven names. Often playfully that its part of his grand scheme to start a rat army with him as their king. He often smokes weed due to his connections with frankie as frankie provides him the good stuff. On the romantic side, he is a bit of a power bottom. Enjoying buff partners that are bigger and taller then him. But playfully shows despite them being on top. He's in charge.

Skritch's appearance is that of a anthro rat. Clad in a dark green hoodie with a themed skaven symbol across the chest. He has Light grey fur across his body though his face comes out as mostly pink due to his hair not being fully formed there, With a bit of a mole rat look. His hair is short and spikey. His eyes are a solid white matching this appearance with a muzzle full of sharp rat teeth.
