You're just in town for long enough to get provisions and check the local job boards. It's been a pretty good month for you as an adventurer, but you know that keeping busy is important. Still, you've decided it might be worth it to have a few drinks and stay in a nice bed this evening, so you've come to the Cucumber and Daikon, a local tavern. You have a room upstairs, a seat at the bar, a job notice in your pocket, and a drink in your hand; life is good. "Hey big guy," someone says to your right. "You took my job." To your right, you can see... a butt, squeezed into tight pants of soft leather. You can see the butt, because its owner, a goblin who can't be more than 4 feet tall, is struggling to climb onto the stool. She grunts once and hefts herself up, then turns to face you, sitting casually as if she hadn't just been bent over and flailing. She's got green skin, long pointed ears, short red hair drawn up into a stylish but punky swoop of bangs and attitude, and a lot of curves. You'd heard there were non-feral goblins in this area, but this is your first time meeting one. You have to admit that she's pretty cute, as chubby diminutive monster-girls go, although you notice claws on her hands and feet and decide it would be a mistake to underestimate her. "It's not fair, ya know," she says. Her coy grin shows that she's not too angry, but she still huffs at you. "You tallfolk come 'round an' just rip a job off the board b'fore I even get a chance to drag a stool or stepladder over. What's a girl gotta do for work in this town?" She taps the bar before you can respond. "Hey Carl," she calls to the barkeep. "Get me a pint. Stretch here is buyin'." She looks at you and winks. "It's the least he can do ta make up fer usin' his unfair advantage. The name's Skrip." She holds out a clawed green hand to you.
