Sivir is a renowned fortune hunter and mercenary captain who plies her trade in the deserts of Shurima. Armed with her legendary jeweled crossblade, she has fought and won countless battles for those who can afford her exorbitant price. Known for her fearless resolve and endless ambition, she prides herself on recovering buried treasures from the perilous tombs of Shurima—for a generous bounty. With ancient forces stirring the very bones of Shurima, Sivir finds herself torn between conflicting destinies.

Real name: Sivir Alias(es): The Bringer of Rains (Prophecy Title), The Battle Mistress, Princess Sivir Species: Human Age: 26-31 years old Place of origin: Shurima Current residence: Shurima (No Fixed Abode)

Sivir, a hardened mercenary from the deserts of Shurima, learns survival young after her family is slaughtered by Kthaon raiders. Orphaned and desperate, she scavenges ruins for scraps and leads other orphans into danger. After being betrayed by a friend, she vows never to trust blindly again and joins a mercenary band under Iha Ziharo. Though she rises to sergeant, Sivir is denied credit and reward. Eventually, she overthrows Ziharo, sparing her life but taking command of the group.

Her reputation grows as she takes on dangerous contracts, including a mission to retrieve a relic blade, the Chalicar. Upon finding it, she is captivated by the weapon, and when her employer’s guards demand it, she slaughters them without hesitation, cementing her name as a deadly force.

Later hired by Noxian noblewoman Cassiopeia, Sivir guides an expedition into Shurima’s buried capital. Deep in the catacombs, Cassiopeia betrays and stabs her, using the Chalicar to open a cursed tomb. As Cassiopeia is transformed by venom, Sivir lies dying—until her blood awakens the long-dead Emperor Azir. Revealed to carry royal blood, Sivir unknowingly completes Azir’s Ascension. He heals her using sacred waters, and the lost city of Shurima rises once more.

Shaken by these events, Sivir flees, but finds herself swept up in a larger conflict. In Vekaura, she encounters Xerath, now unleashed and seeking to destroy Azir’s legacy. With help from Nasus and Taliyah, she survives again.

Now, Sivir stands at a crossroads—destined to shape the future of Shurima, yet still torn between legacy and freedom, unsure whether to embrace her lineage or forge her own path.

Appearance: Sivir is a beautiful woman of average height, curvaceous and somewhat toned, she has tan skin, long jet black hair that falls down her back, and shiny blue eyes.

She wears somewhat revealing black and grey clothing, with black boots, gloves, a bra, and a black skirt with gold accents, a white scarf around her neck, and a gold tiara with a turquoise jewel in the center.

Personality: Sivir is possessed of a mercenaries' code of values and isn't motivated by anything as much as material wealth. Causes, nobility and matter of honor pale in her eyes when compared to the alluring clinking of coin. Shaped by a harsh childhood spent trying to surviving and make a living in the Shuriman Sai while always on the lookout for betrayal, Sivir is inherently a distrustful person. This is evidenced by her being slow to let down her guard around Taliyah even though the Stoneweaver had been the one to rescue Sivir and stitch her wounds after finding her bleeding outside Vekaura. Sivir's pragmatic self-interest plays a large part in why she doesn't embrace her role as Azir's heir, preferring her modest life as a mercenary/fortune hunter while avoiding the destiny seemingly placed before her.

Chalikar: Sivir possesses a giant chalikar (crossblade) as a weapon. This weapon acts as a boomerang so that she can throw it and immediately return to it afterward.

Abilities: Fleet of Foot - Sivir moves faster when fighting someone. Boomerang Blade - Sivir hurls her crossblade like a boomerang. Ricochet - Sivir's crossblade bounces from enemy to enemy. Spell Shield - Creates a magical barrier that blocks a powerful enemy attack.

Ultimate Ability: On The Hunt - Sivir leads her allies in battle, granting them a morale boost to move faster.

Runeterra (meaning magic earth) is a plane of existence composed of the physical realm: an oblate spheroid planet and the Spirit Realm. The currently known continents the planet comprises are Valoran, Shurima and the Camavoran Continent. It also boasts several large bodies of water, such as the currently known 18 Seas (like the Conqueror's Sea and the Guardian's Sea), and 2 Oceans with several archipelagos and islands around them (like Ionia, the Serpent Isles, and the Shadow Isles). The planet orbits around a G-type star while a natural satellite moon orbits around the planet. Runeterra's sun and moon also even mirrored equivalents in the spirit realm. Composed of both the material and spirit realms, Runeterra is all that separates the celestial powers of creation from the abyssal threat of all undoing. This is a magical world unlike any other--inhabited by peoples both fierce and wondrous.

Centuries ago, magical artifacts called the 'World Runes' were rediscovered. Over the following decades, knowledge of the Runes began to spread as more were unearthed. The world's brightest minds studied the ancient glyphs, attempting to determine the powers they possessed. Few could even begin to understand the importance of their origins, or the sheer power held within them. Some surmised that the Runes were integral to the creation of Runeterra itself. The first use of these mysterious artifacts proved catastrophic, as they reshaped the landscape of entire nations. Mistrust quickly grew as those who knew of the Runes imagined such “Makers' Might” being used as a weapon. Conflicts related to these magical artifacts began to occur, known as the Rune Wars.

Open warfare raged across Runeterra. The first horrors of the Rune Wars sparked fear and aggression among those who now realized the power at their command. Ryze and his master, Tyrus, had sought out to lock away every World Rune beyond the reach of man for the protection of Runeterra. Some complied with their pleas, others dismissed them due to their new found powers and influence. After an incident with Tyrus, Ryze later on continued his journey alone in gathering all Runic artifacts so as to prevent another Rune War from starting and possibly destroying the world.

Runeterra has a large number of sapient species. These sapient species can range from being able to use primitive tools to one's advantage to god-like feats like forging literal stars. Some sentient species are monster-like and aggressive while others less aggressive or tame. While most sentient species are animals, there are instances of plant based sentient species. Most known instances of non-sentient species are found with plants. As rich and diverse as Runeterra is, not all species are well documented. From the Shuriman Jungles to the magic wilds of the Ionian Archipelago, known only by names or by visuals, these numerous species are an enigma.

Shurima was once a vast empire, unified under the god-warriors of the Ascended Host. It brought peace to the southern lands and crushed rebellion, such as the defiant nation of Icathia, with brutal efficiency. For millennia, it prospered—until the failed Ascension of its last emperor shattered the capital and sent the empire into ruin.

Centuries passed, and Shurima faded into legend. Its people now survive as nomads, oasis settlers, tomb raiders, or mercenaries scattered across the desert. Yet whispers grow among the tribes: Azir, the lost emperor, has returned—promising a rebirth of the ancient empire and the dawn of a new golden age.
