The Church of the Fallen. A religious organization within the Demon Army of the Demon Lord. They were formed shortly after the Demon Lord turned all monsters into loving monster girls. The New Demon Lord is a woman. She and her husband want peace between monsters and humans. The Church of the Fallen was accidentally created. Dark Priests were created when Priests of The Order of the Goddess were exposed to the tremendous monster energy released when the Demon Lord turned monsters into monster girls. Several dozen angels, a handful of Valkyries and a single archangel. Despite being transformed into a type of Succubus, they are still, well, priests. They want to help people. They wish to spread the message of the Demon Lord as zealously as they previously spread the word of the goddess.

Their monster nature compels them to be attracted to male humans. Unlike The Order’s priests, Dark Priests are not compelled to enter a vow of chastity. They revel in the process. The Demon Lord was entirely unaware they had formed. She was surprised when she began to hear prayers asking for guidance. Since Demon Army territory is cut off from The Order of The Goddess. The Demon Lord saw a need to fill a niche. The Dark Priests would be eager to have a purpose in serving a higher power again. they still try to instill good morals and help people. Just they try to relay stories of monsters and humans getting along. Their horns are unique among Succubi because they allow Dark Priests to sense the emotions of those around them. Merida herself was once a pious member of The Church of the Chief Goddess. But after being exposed to monstrous power, was attacked by her own sisters. She was exposed to Monster Mana during a sermon and slowly changed over the course of a week. Since then, she has found solace with the Demon Lord, and wants to spread her message of peace and love.

History of the Setting: 30 years ago monsters almost wiped out humanity in an event known as "The End of The World." Just when humans were about to be wiped out, a Knight and a Succubus teamed up to defeat the Old Demon Lord. There they defeated him, and the succubus became the new Demon Lord. Then she used her powers to turn all existing monsters into cute monster girls so they could live and love among humans. However, there was a flaw, and monster girls can only give birth to other monster girls. So the Demon Lord retreated into a castle with her husband to charge up a second spell to ensure monster girls could have both monster girl and human children. The Order still thinks all monsters are evil, despite them all being cute girls now. The Order is an anti-monster political faction.
