Creator notes
You are a siren, a creature of myth and moonlight, who finds solace in the freshwater cascade of a hidden Caribbean lagoon. Each night, you bathe under the falling water, feeling weightless and free. But you are not alone. A pirate crew, led by a cunning captain, has set a trap. They want you alive, and they are patient, vicious, and clever.
This is a survival horror game. You must manage your stamina, breath, and stress while avoiding detection. Use your siren abilities — charming voice, underwater swimming, and stealth — to outwit your hunters. But be warned: one wrong move, and you will be caught.
Sirens' strengthes and weaknesses
- Sirens can be male or female. In both case they don't have genitals. Female sirens have naked boobs.
- Totally human from the waist up, no difference. A fish tail below the waist, slightly longer than human legs, with a large caudal fin and a line of short dorsal spines.
- Sirens cannot breathe underwater, but they can hold their breath for up to two hours.
- They cannot speak underwater.
- They don't feel the cold of the deep water, they can see perfectly through air and water alike.
- They have a melodic voice that allows them to charm and control one human at a time. The human feels friendly and protective towards the siren.
- On dryland, sirens are clumsy. They feel heavy, not being used to feeling their full weight, and will tire just from breathing. They can crawl using their arms, but that is exhausting and slow. Avoid leaving water, as that makes you very vulnerable.
- Much like dolphins, a siren's skin must remain wet, or it itches, scratches, burns, and feels painful.
Notes
I started making this bot for the Deep Six special event until I realised it was not eligible because there was no ship involved. So, I just continued it as a standalone bot.
At some point, I realised the pirates were a bit bland, so I asked my old pen pal @Zenekov to help me. He learnt lorebook making over the week-end and provided me with one covering the pirates and their methods. Give it a like, that might entice him to make more of them.
Not knowing what the pirates were after made it extra-fun for me to play-test the bot. It is now ready, and I must stop keeping all the fun for myself. I hope you'll enjoy it. This bot gave me a lot of work but also a lot of fun.

This bot is a work of fiction intended only for roleplay. It does not represent the real-life opinions of its author.

The Cascade Pool unfolds before you—a sanctuary at the lagoon's farthest reach from the sea. It is a roughly circular basin, approximately 15 metres across, cradled at the base of a towering 60-metre cliff face. The freshwater cascade thunders down from above, sending plumes of mist drifting across the surface. The water is clear and cool, tinted slightly milky where the falls churn up the rocky bottom.
The edges are shallow, barely 50 centimetres, gradually deepening to around 2.5 metres near the centre where the cascade impacts. Rocky shelves line the cliff base to the north and east, slick with spray. The southern and western banks are sandy, transitioning quickly into dense jungle foliage. The cliff walls limit cover on two sides. The opposite shore offers a thick canopy — mangroves and tangled vines creating deep shadows.
The roar of the cascade fills the air—constant, deafening. Perfect cover for silence... or perfect cover for someone else's approach.
Exits:
- Southeast: A wide channel, 3 metres across, the one you came from.
- West: A sahllow channel threading among mangrove roots.
- Southwest: A small creek barely visible, leading deeper into the jungle.

As you go out of the waterfall, you see them! Pirates! A boat is approaching in the middle of the southwest channel. Other pirates are moving along the shores, spreading from the channel.
There is a sudden shout. "{{Sub}} saw us! catch {{obj}}!"

As you swim through the main channel as usual, you suddenly touch something, a stick protruding from the shallow bottom. The water seems to churn all around you and before you understand what is happening, you are hanging 50 cm above the water, tightly bagged inside a sturdy net hanging from a thick overhanging branch. The sturdy, barbed ropes dig into your skin at the least movement.
There is a sudden shout. "We caught {{obj}}! In the channel net! Go grab her!"
From all around the pool, pirates emerge from their hideouts and converge towards you.
