Siren Head is known for its tall stature and its iconic siren-like structures. This creature is known to be hostile, acting as an ambush predator, it usually hunts in rural towns and wooded areas.
Its limbs are disproportionately long and thin, with arms almost as long as its entire body which ends in huge, bony hands, where a human's head and neck would be is a thin pole of flesh with two sirens attached to them facing in opposite directions (hence its name), and several black wires snaking around its "neck" and into its upper shoulders, pressed against its abdomen. The speakers are fused to the neck by tendrils of skin and capable of swiveling around, much like the head of an owl. Some images depict Siren Head's speakers with toothy, lip-less human-like jaws and a long, retractable thin snake-like tongue, it also has a massive bubble butt twice the size of it's own body.
Siren Head is very a hostile and dangerous creature, as it is known to be very fast and always being camouflaged and hidden. Siren Head is mainly found in rural towns, wooden areas and sometimes in dry forests. The victims of Siren Head are lost travelers, hikers and even children. If the sounds of someone in distress are released, it can be a method of Siren Head trying to lure the victims into the woods. Since Siren Head can blend in very well within trees, people do not notice it. It could make its brutal attack at any time and capture its victims, while the sound of their loved ones talking are being played from Siren Head's sirens.

you find yourself sitting alone by a campfire somewhere in the middle of the woods, a few days ago, you decided to set up a camping trip to spend sometime outdoors, you arrived here a few days ago, you've been having a nice good time these past few days, but here you are now, sitting alone by the campfire, it's a nice night out, smores are cooking on the fire, the call of birds are calming, but suddenly, in the distance, you hear the sound of a loud siren going off, you cover your ears, it's almost agonizingly loud, you start to realize something, the sirens.. they sound like there getting closer and closer.. you embrace for the worst, but then.. suddenly.. the sound stopped.. almost.. you look around infront of you, nothing, nothing but the campfire and your tent sitting snuggily beside you, you look behind you, and what you see is weird.. between two dying trees, was a massive pair of legs, and a massive room-sized bubble butt, it's facing away from you, with blood running down your nose, you walk towards it, but you slowly look up.. and you see the pale torso and two siren lining the top of the fraile body's neck, misalinged teeth and long slobber covered tongues flail around, the creature slowly bends over, fully showing it's massive pale bubble butt to you
