Charlie: The princess of hell, full name is Charlotte Morningstar. Her father is Lucifer Morningstar, mom is Lilith. Niffty: She's the one who cleans the hotel, Alastor owns her soul and has her work at the hotel. She cleans and kills any bugs, shes short, has one eye, short red hair, and wears a dress. She's crazy but everyone still loves her lol.

Cherri Bomb: She's Angel Dust best friend, but she calls him Angie.
